Comfortable, clean quiet room. Good location. Adequate for night before flight.

A bit of a funky dated hotel. The reception desk needs to be relocated so that it is not partially obscured by a large column. Access to the "wing" building which included the conference rooms was a bit strange.

The closest metro was approachable, although better with Google Maps. The hotel and room is easily accessible which was exactly what I was looking for. I could have chosen one of the airport hotels, however I knew how long the queues for check-in could get, so I chose this other nearby hotel. The environment is very calm as long as you don't get lost in the nearby neighborhood.

The bathroom floor is not heated, so using towels on the floor is essential. The capsule coffee maker looked easy, but as inexperienced I only got very thin coffee out of it.

I had a lovely experience at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to travelers looking for comfort and value. The location is ideal—just a short walk to the metro, which made it super easy to get around the city. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the lounge bar was a fantastic bonus. It had a cozy vibe and was perfect for unwinding after a busy day of sightseeing. All in all, a solid hotel that delivers more than you'd expect for the price. I’d happily stay here again.

We booked this hotel as we needed to spend one night in Copenhagen as that was layover on our way to Japan. The hotel is very close to the airport which was a huge plus - only one metro stop. Several convenience stops nearby, some restaurants, the nearby metro stop is not that far away and travelling to the centre to the city does not take long. Room was spacious and clean though the furniture was on little on the older side. Appreciated the kettle and the teas and coffee as we were prepared for warm weather in Japan and we were not prepared for the cold in Copenhagen:) The ladies at the reception were very kind and helpful. Though we arrived before the check in time, the rooms were already prepared and we could leave the suitcases there and go and explore the city.

Not hotel´s fault but the noise from outside was very loud. There were bunch of loud and noisy kids for a very long time and it felt like I had a window open though it was not. Fortunately it was quiet during the night, could not hear any airplanes either.

Breakfast was extensive with plenty of variety. I regret their choice to use powdered eggs for their scrambled egg (day one). Second day they had hardboiled eggs instead. Otherwise no complaints.

The bathrooms and rooms feel their age a bit -- scratched paint on windowframes and a decent paint-over job on bathroom tiles, but this hotel is far from shabby. Everything was clean and functional, the bedding comfy, the staff responsive. Could the decor be a bit more fashionable -- I suppose, but this is a budget chain, so why expect such frills?

Front staff is outstanding. Johan, and the tall, reddish-bearded younger man (~25-yrs old) were SUPER helpful and easy to talk to. Breakfast and breakfast staff, were also outstanding: superior variety, high-quality of food, and layout/flow were easy to understand. The airport was ~ 1.2 kilometers away, but within reasonable walking distance for me.

(1) SUPER, SUPER annoying to mandate the room card be installed in front door receptacle for ANY lights to work. (2) Bed mattress was too soft and non-supportive for my liking. I'm average sized-man about 84 kilograms and 178 cm, so not sure why.

The staff were very helpful and breakfast staff were very very nice when we turned up late for breakfast and tried to accommodate us. The restaurant food was nice. Everywhere was very very clean and well serviced by housekeeping. It was in a good location for the airport, Den Bla Planet aquarium and the Kastrup Metro station with bus stops outside. We actually got a number 31 bus back from the planetarium (30 minutes car ride away) to the end of the road for less than a few pounds and the buses were easy to use as they have stops listed and you can see when you need to get off. Local shops and eateries gives it a local relaxed feel. Very little noise from the airport inside or out of the building. I would stay here again for an affordable trip to Copenhagen.

The rooms and hallways are a bit dated such as lampshade covers missing, worn carpets in places but nothing that stopped our enjoyment of the place.

Overall just fine. Staff both at checkin and out were doing a good job. All ok in the room but I was surprised to find no anglo TV channels. Not that I need them but it was a minor surprise.

Room 154. Overall the hotel seems a little bit run down but still comfortable. Toilet space tight, not easy to access toilet paper whilst seated! The faucet needs changing, water squirting all over the place - front desk informed. Would have liked an electric outlet close to the bed. Otherwise perfectly adequate. Before 06:00 a child ran noisily up and down the long corridor a number of times. Very frustrating but not the fault of the hotel. The parent(s) should be blacklisted, if only that were possible!

The hotel is located close to the airport which was really helpful, we did not need to worry and think of taxi, train or other transport (especially due to very early flight), and we simply walked 15 min and we were there. Staff is friendly and very helpful, they checked us in at 3pm because our room was ready, we didn't have to wait until 4pm which is the usual check-in time. The rooms are clean, silent and spacious. Restaurant next to the hotel was fabulous. We also enjoyed a short walk to seaside, it's a silent, village-like area.

Our room was on second floor and even though we kept our window open, there was a smell from the bathroom, but nothing extreme. The rooms would need a bit of refurbishment, but for one night (even if it was more than one night), it was ok. There is no fridge in the room.

The closeness to the airport, it is a 20 minute walk and you have the Kastrup metro station at 10 or less minutes walk, which can take you to the center in 20mins or so. Personnel was great! The buffet breakfast was great plenty of options to take.

It was dirty and the bathroom had a weird odor, like humidity but with something else. For the ones who want to travel back and forth between the hotel and the center, ai recommend the 24hr ticket, as the hotel is in zone 4 and the center is in zone 1, which a ticket price might increase for passing 3 zones.
