A very convenient and comfortable hotel for airport travellers, especially as breakfast is served from 5am. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful, and booking an early morning taxi through reception was very quick and easy. The rooms were a good size, the bed was comfortable, and the lighting was good for relaxing in the evening. The bathroom was modern and the shower was powerful. I found the hotel was quiet. There are nice lounge facilities and a (paid for) bar. A microwave was also available in a common room to hear up food. There was also a small gym which was nice.

Clean room adequate for an overnight stay (such as catching an early flight). Lady at reception was very helpful, providing clear information about the hotel and meal opportunities nearby. With nearby restaurants closed there is a supermarket 8 minutes away to find something to eat.

Photos indicated the room was a bit bigger than in reality, but again, this was just adequate for a one night stay - any longer would have been tough. A little isolated from open cafes/restaurants the night we stayed (a Sunday) Very spartan offering in the room, 2 paper cups and some shampoo/body wash. No utensils of any type if you need to consume food. But this is probably all you get from a spec’d down Sheraton, similar to an Ibis. Surprised the only real option for an early morning airport transfer was a taxi at DKK120 for a 5-6 minute ride.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff at the reception was very friendly in explaining everything at the time of check-in. They even helped us book a cab to the airport. Overall it was a good short stay for us to catch the flight the next day early in the morning.

The location is a bit remote. The only practical way to reach the hotel from the airport is to take a cab. The public transport is not reliable & we had to walk for almost half an hour from the nearest train station. It was just a one night stay for us, so we were not able to experience a lot of things in that time. Also we did not opt for breakfast. Hence can't comment on that either.

The location is quite close to the airport. I walked for about 30-40 minutes at night and felt completely safe. I skipped breakfast since it wasn’t included and I had an early departure. My room was on the first floor—quiet, and clean, and the shower was excellent. I had a great night's sleep. A few hours before my flight, I walked back to the airport. A young man from customer service worked the night shift (I don’t remember his name, but his family was from the Philippines). He was very friendly, kind, and helpful.

The price was a bit higher than I expected (even though it was discounted on the Booking.com app), but I didn’t have a choice

Good value for money hotel which is close to Copenhagen Kastrup Airport , large rooms with comfortable beds and all the amenities required for a short or long stay. Also Good options for the breakfast menu with the pancakes being served here. The hotel is also cheaper than some others in the centre of Copenhagen but does require a 20 minute walk or short cycle to Tarnby Station.

The smell of Kerosene is pretty pungent around the early morning but is to be expected so close to a major international airport.

The room is very basic and small, you get a small comforter that barely covers you. It might be okay in the summer, but in the winter, it is cold!!! There is a heater but it takes forever to warm ( I insist on warming and not heating) the room. You get 1 medium and 1 large towel for 2 people. No shampoo, no body gel, no soap, You get a 3 in 1 bottle for all your needs. It is better than sleeping in the airport but for the price, I would expect a little more.

We only stayed for a few hours to catch some sleep before an early flight the next morning, but the room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. The person at the front desk was also very friendly and helped us to book a morning taxi to the airport, which went perfectly smoothly

It was pretty humid that evening. It would have been nice to have some A/C in the room. But it’s Denmark, I get that you probably don’t need A/C most days of the year

Wonderful hotel with a beautiful reception, kind staff, and super comfortable bed!

The location is a little bit excluded, but we knew that already upon booking. We just didn't realise that there wouldn't be many amenities in the area such as cafes, bakeries, and such. But the busses (34, 32) take you to the metro that goes to the airport and the city center and the bus 250S takes you to the central station of Copenhagen.

Fine and stylish apartments for a short term stay. Location is debatable - not so close to the airport, neither metro, but bus stop is just in front of the hotel and with a step-over to metro you can catch city centre in a reasonable time. No shops or restaurants close to the hotel, but neighbourhood is nice and calm. Price was great comparing other choices in Copenhagen, but still quite expensive comparing average Europe prices (not a problem of the hotel, but general situation in Copenhagen)

The staffs were very friendly and guide us during our stay. The room was clean and the bed was really confortable. Easy access to the city with close bus stop 32,34 and direct navigation to vestebro metro station. Really quiet and confortable room.
