Close to train station (<10 minute): M1 goes to Copenhagen Center, the regional train goes to CPH (Airport) Close to shopping mall, there is a grocery store inside mall. Staff was very friendly and professional. Breakfast was good, not many options but everything was tasty, automatic espresso machine. Pretty quiet neighborhood, no issues at night (might be different when there is a show/concert) Bed was comfortable and had decent pillows.

The room could be cooler for summer. Only one window in the room, opens vertically. Some small issues with the bathroom but nothing that would ruin a stay (shower didn't drain well, toilet flusher got stuck) Breakfast buffet could have more items, but maybe it's normal for a Danish breakfast.

This is the perfect location if you are attending a show at Copenhagen Arena. 1 minute walk to venue. I felt safe travelling alone and staying here. Staff were very friendly. Close to train station too. The monochrome decor of the room was really nice with a black and white concert photo as a feature wall.

Modern reception area., beds comfy, rooms clean, staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Lifts were good. A short walk to Fields shopping mall that has shops and restaurants., a short walk to the metro station and about a 10 minute ride into the city centre

Not enough storage in the rooms, no bedside drawers, only 4 hangers, no shelves in the shower to put your own soap, etc.. on. No air conditioning, only a small fan and the window only opens about 3”, Rooms got hot and stuffy. Hard flooring, no carpet. No tea/coffee facilities in the room, you could buy it from reception. You have to pay for parking in nearby block.

Zleep Hotel Copenhagen Arena is in a great location and it is about 25 minutes on the Metro from Copenhagen Airport. The Metro fare is 30 DKK (3 zones). From the airport take the M2 (Yellow line) heading to "Vanløse Station” and change at "Christianshavn Station". From there take M1 (Green line) heading to "Vestamager Station" and get off at "Ørestad Station”. Cross the road and keep walking on the left. Zleep Hotel Copenhagen Arena is situated five minutes away from Ørestad Metro Station. Returning back to the Copenhagen Airport cost 24 DKK (2 zones). These fares were verified by the station staff. My room in the hotel was spacious. I requested for a fan and one was given to me to use throughout my stay. The Wi-Fi was stable and fast. Reasonable size TV. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic. Generous breakfast to keep one going for the day. Would I use OR recommend Zleep Hotel Copenhagen Arena? 100% YES!

Lack of intercom in the room. The first room that was allocated to me had the wash hand basin leaking. I had to take the lift down to the reception to report the leakage. I was told that since everyone has a phone it is expect for guest to use their phone to call. I find this strange as I have a foreign number. The toilet roll is actually PAPER. Zleep Hotel Copenhagen Arena of this high caliber should provide proper soft toilet rolls. The lady at the reception desk in the morning of 30/07/2023 lack Customer Service skills.

Good choice of items on the breakfast buffet. Able to boil your eggs to your liking. Nice breakfast area with lots of natural light. Walk to Field's shopping center and the Metro under 5 minutes. Rooms of a very acceptable size with a nice shower and bathroom. Rooms either overlook the Metro tracks with a wide horizon, or a court of an apartment building. I think the Metro view is better.

Location was outstanding for a concert at the nearby Royal arena. A 10 minute walk to the train lines which take you to town (approx 20 minutes) or the the airport (approx 15 minutes). No need for taxis or ubers. The room was clean and quiet, no traffic noise even from people leaving the concert. The staff were welcoming and accommodating of a late Check in and had Ateez music videos playing which guests appreciated. The bed was comfortable and I slept very well for two nights. I would definitely again if I go to another concert at the arena.

The amenities are very very basic. All in one shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap. I had my own, but I would recommend bringing your own and not relying on the ones provided. The hotel had recently undergone a name change and was having a mini identity crisis, old branding was still visible in the lobby and the old and new names were on Google maps. The key card sleeve was then an entirely different name. Slightly confusing.

Clean, modern hotel conveniently located for the Royal Arena and five minutes walk from a metro station which gets you into the city centre in approximately 10 minutes. Very helpful staff who gave us lots of information on using the metro and the best places to visit. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice and a bar that was open late. Comfortable bed and nice sized bathroom with a great shower.

Room had a slightly industrial feel and it would be nice to have carpet on the floor rather than lino. No coffee and tea making facilities.

The room was absolutely lovely. Perfect for my grandma who I went with who has significant mobility issues. Spacious room nice and modern and well decorated. Quick fast reliable wifi. Every single staff member that I met was very friendly, spoke excellent, fluent English and helped us with any queries both with the hotel and Copenhagen city. We arrived early to ditch bags and staff allowed us to check in early which really helped. Felt very welcomed. Would 100% go back. Tube station was about a 5min walk with wheelchair user away from the hotel (slight gentle slope) and takes you directly into centre or other routes. Easily accessible by train too straight from Copenhagen station!

There was no plug socket by the mirror in our room is the only real complaint about the room at the hotel. Ended up doing hair with phone camera by the desk. No other issues with the hotel! Otherwise just a warning as we were confused, the fire drill goes on for approx 30mins (unlike most UK places where it goes off for 30secs-1min ish) as we started to worry we actually had to evacuate (especially as there was a tannoy with the alarm saying please evacuate 😂😂) however it was communicated over tannoy and signs round the hotel that this would be happening. Not a complaint about the hotel just a warning

My two nights in the hotel was verry pleasant. Room was clean and had all the necessities exept a mini fridge, but it wast that much of an issue for me. Breakfast was nice and everything was verry good specially pancakes. Staff was amazing and they ordered a taxi for me to the airport. Location wise the hotel is a about 10 metro ride a way from the central city and max 5 min walk away from a shopping center and the royal arena. It's also easy to get there by train. Overall i will definitely be visiting this hotel again in the future.

Given that the hotel is next to the Royal Arena, the location suited me as I missed the PGL Major, so 50 meters away. The staff was very welcoming and although we were many times noisy in the common area at the entrance of the hotel (restaurant), they never attracted our attention. We were able to consume alcohol in the restaurant even if it was not purchased from the Hotel, which was a plus for everyone. Self check-in was also an advantage.

The breakfast was lacking in variety, even poor. It is the only time I see such a poor, almost non-existent breakfast, and I have traveled to many countries in Europe. The first day they were rinsed at breakfast, but the second day they were very strong, after that, on the other days, they were not at all. I also find it silly to boil your own eggs for breakfast. There should be two types of boiled eggs and that would shorten the time each person spends at breakfast. To boil an egg so that it was hard, it was necessary to leave it in boiling water for 18 minutes.
