Very clean and spacious rooms with an amazing view of the city, some green spaces and the ocean. Staff at the front were very friendly and helpful. Very easy to get to the airport - two options of the metro 1 stop + long distance train 2 stops or two metros with a few stops on each of them (from the airport you can also jump on a local bus to Dragor). I think this hotel is primarily for the conference venue it is attached to, but it can also be an excellent, more affordable (than city center) place to stay for sigh seeing too. If staying at this hotel it is best to get a city pass for transit (either zones 1-4 or zones 1-99) as it a perfect place to hop on the subway and get to other places within minutes. You can take a single metro train and go to Kongens Nytorv or Norreport for city sight seeing or from Norreport you can transfer to other metros or catch trains to Roskilde, Helsingor or Hillerod. There is also a large mall one metro stop away at Orestad station. I would recommend staying here for a high quality hotel at a good price in Copenhagen.

Due to the location there were not a lot of amenities very close to the hotel. There were a few restaurants and a Netto grocery store close to the hotel, but it might be best to grab something to eat before coming to the hotel at night.

Free fruit, pastries, water and coffee in the foyer was much appreciated. Very friendly staff. Great views and effective blackout blinds. Architecturally stylish with large spaces for gathering. Near to the train line to the airport and Sweden (one metro stop or 20min walk) so useful if spending time in Malmo. Very clean and the room was well cleaned every day.

Hotel is located out of town as part of the exhibition centre, there's nothing much around it, so unless you are attending something at the exhibition centre you have to catch the metro everywhere. Lack of sound insulation between the bathroom and hotel room and the extractor fan for the bathroom was either not working or not very effective.

The location was perfect and right in front of the Bella Center where I had to attend to a show. Just 2 minutes by walk and got there. Very clean room, so comfy bed and high-quality breakfast - I had the chance to try a gluten free cinnamon roll too. I am gluten free, so that it was very nice to find a well-prepared staff about it.

Well, there were some tiny details of the room that could be improve: for example I had a perfect room, all cleaned and in order, but the quality of the mirror was bad - i think there were some staines on it which couldn't be removed by the cleaning staff. However, it will be nice if you can consider to change it.

Very clean and comfortable. Much more spacious than what you could get in the center, and for a better price too. The view from our room on floor 22 was really nice! Close to the airport but couldn't hear the planes in our room. Although the location wasn't ideal, it wasn't horrible either. A metro stop was a short walk away, and there were a few restaurants and a grocery store in the area for immediate needs. The bakery nearby was great!

I knew location wouldn't be ideal, and it did take at least 25 minutes to travel to any of the key sites in the city center, because you had to change lines, and sometimes longer if you had to wait for a bus that didn't come often. This meant my son and I couldn't go back to the hotel in the middle of the day for a rest. But I knew this was the tradeoff we were making to get more space for a better price.

Quality and variety of the breakfast. It was the best hotel breakfast I have ever had! Kindness of all the staff. One of the lobby's clerks overcame herself by helping us! Christmas decorations. Location: only 5 minutes walking distance to the metro station and with a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Also, lots of taxies at the hotel.

Our bathroom was very small: the vanity was right next to the toilet, which is not very hygienic. Also, whenever I washed my face, water spilled all over the floor and toilet because the vanity was so tiny and the faucet was so big I couldn't wash my face on the vanity. When we got to the bedroom, we realized there was someone else's hair on the bathtub and the bathroom didn't smell very good. We asked at the lobby and someone went there to clean it again, but the smell continued.

The hotel is overall great, really nice and spacious. Everything was working well and I really like the elevator system :) The complimentary coffee and snack in the morning for those who had no breakfast booked is a really nice touch. The staff is super friendly which is probably normality in Denmark

The bathroom had sone stains on the floor and the door holder seemed to be broken. Also the bathroom is separated from the room with glass which reduces a privacy especially is someone is not a couple :/

Good food, chill place to stay, easy to go to because of metro in close proximity, friendly staff

Mirror was dirty, after shower there was a puddle for half of bathroom, shower area had stains with mold in some places + no slippers

This is such a spacious hotel, all the equipments were present to make it a pleasant stay. The bed is really comfortable and the view is amazing. Thank you to Leticia (sorry for the mispelling) at the reception, she is a lovely employee.

The cleaning in my room on my 2nd day was halfway done and felt rushed, the sheets were not changed but i got new towels. I do not recommend to any clients to show up at the Sukaiba on walk-in. The employees at the restaurant are not communicating greatly and were overwhelmed but the quantity of people showing up and looking for a seat when there was no seats left and no one to welcome them at the entrance. It was quite stressful and discouraging to get a seat, specially when you just want to get a drink on a Friday night.

The hotel was in a good position Metro wise. I was upgraded to a lovely large room that was very comfortable and had a brilliant view. It was quiet and well maintained. The room was on the 20th floor in the quiet Tower 2. The bar staff were extremely friendly and polite. was able to build a good vapour. The breakfast was excellent with a huge amount of choice. Always very clean and dirty plates cleared away quickly. The hotels high standards warranted my 2nd visit after 10 years apart. Would stay again no problem

Didn't like seeing cleaners in the reception/ bar areas in the evening. This didn't seem right ' cleaning should be done during the day. No leaflets to attractions available.

Hotel is located 3 minute walk from the metro with direct access to the city center which is great (no need for taxi). The reception hall is large and provides all needed information and a great place to work from. Breakfast is excellent with a plenty of options to choose from. Standard room provides enough space for 2 people with all needed amenities. Bed is very comfortable and snacks/drinks can be purchased in the main reception for the mini bar. Express checkout is useful. In this case the price/value is fair compared to other locations in the city.

There were only minor details, for example the design of the room is slightly awkward with windows only partially toned out between the bathroom and bedroom which may be uncomfortable for some. The reception seemed to be understaffed as there would be often be a line of people booking in which meant waiting to ask simple questions (the staff was very friendly though).
