This hotel is a gem! The decor and general feel of the hotel is lovely, the bar area is beautiful and relaxed. Our room on 6th floor had huge corner windows and the bed was super comfortable. Again, lovely decor and spacious. The staff were lovely! Hotel is right at Bella Centre metro and it’s 5/6 mins into the centre. Walking distance from the Arena - we were there to see Ateez (who were amazing!!) Next door Andersen bakery is gorgeous!

It’s one of the best properties I’ve stayed at. 10/10 will return here.

The hotel is well connected with metro/bus to the city and the airport, and it is within walking distance to the Field's Shopping Mall. The hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. The hotel is petite yet cosy and well equipped. The breakfast was also great.

We've spent 3 nights at the hotel. We love the creativity put into decorating this Ibis Styles hotel! Our room was cozy and had everything needed. The bed was excellent to sleep in. Having breakfast in the morning was great - a decent selection every morning, nice for a head start into a day of exploring the city. The hotel staff was lovely. The location is perfect - a station right across the hotel, very easy to get either to the city or to the airport, or anywhere else for that matter (transportation is not a problem in Denmark :) ).

Breakfast is great, but I don't recommend dinner at the hotel. Having a drink is nice as the lobby is really cool. If you wish to have some fast food, the dinner options will probably be okay for you. One evening we decided to try the hotel dinner. It's a poor selection of dinner options. One of us had the fish and we had to leave it aside without eating it. The burger was better, but all in all not too great for a hotel.

The location was perfect for me as I had a concert in Royal Arena, just one stop by metro or 30 min walk away. It's also right next to the metro station so it was easy to get anywhere. The breakfast was great. There were pastries, pancakes, sandwich material, cereal, some warm food and fruit. There's also a bakery right next to the hotel which had delicious fresh pastries :) The room was well decorated and comfortable and there was a kettle and some tea.

Nothing big but on my second day, even though I put out the sign to not clean my room, it was still cleaned. Doesn't matter much but it really wasn't necessary and I had all my stuff lying around.

The location was absolutely ideal—just three steps away from a metro station, which made getting around the city incredibly easy. The surrounding area is full of great places to eat, and the hotel itself also offers a lovely dining experience. The staff were truly exceptional—on my last day, after checking out, I grabbed a coffee and decided to work from the hotel restaurant for a while. To my surprise, they treated me to a complimentary dessert. Such thoughtful hospitality! The view from the window was absolutely stunning, making my stay feel extra special. I also really appreciated the small touches, like having free access to an iron and ironing board—super convenient. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would happily repeat!

If I had to mention one small downside, it would be the absence of a toilet brush in the bathroom—it would be nice to have one available to tidy up after yourself.

I loved the fact that it was sparkling clean- truly sparkling clean! I also liked the fact that the air conditioning actually worked, that it had a hot water kettle, and that the room didn't have any extra lights in the TV or appliances that make it hard to sleep. It also had a good curtain that kept outside lights out. It is not in the center of Copenhagen but in a new area and that may not be for everybody. But there was a supermarket just a few minutes walk from the hotel. And it is literally 40 seconds walk from the Metro station " Bella Center". There is also a wonderful Bakery next door across the street which is a perfect place for a live breakfast lunch or snack

There's nothing I really disliked. If I had been work trip I would have missed a chair and a desk. The room was cleverly designed so instead of a chair or sofa there is a very comfortable cushion on the windowstill for one kind of position on a high table and have dinner there or recline on the cushiony surface. But the television didn't tilt so when you were in this position you were not really able to watch TV very well.

Room was very nice, clean and the photos of the room were matching with the actual room. We booked a standard double room where bed was more like king size bed. There was a TV, free internet, small table, kettle, mugs and hair dryer. At the reception they offer free tea and coffee for every guest. Reception is also 24h/7. We had only one king sized duvet in the room, so we asked for 2 single duvets and staff was super helpfull. They exchanged it within few minutes. Overal we can rate our stay as 10 out of 10.

Metro station is in front of the hotel and you can hear it if your room is at the front.

Disclaimer: this hotel stay was at the end of my vacation, so I didn't check in until around 9PM and had to be up/check out at 3AM for flight back to the States. However, that being said, the staff was very friendly, the room was nicely sized and comfortable, and for a hotel just a skip to Copenhagen airport/for the amount of time I was actually there, it was very well priced.

No complaints as to my stay. It's located near one of the metro stations in Copenhagen but it probably took ~20-25 mins for the metro to get out there from the city center. So wouldn't recommend if you prefer something more centrally located.
