Spent the night at the Clarion after arriving in Copenhagen airport. Very convenient to walk to the hotel. Beautiful foyer and dining area/bar. Very good sized room, very comfortable and all we needed for an overnight stay. Fabulous breakfast the next morning. Great selection and I especially liked the homemade ginger shots. Only downside to our stay was we left something in the room and it took 4 phone calls over 2 days plus several emails before, eventually, the reception manager organised housekeeping to try and trace the item. Very unprofessional for such a hotel.

The inside doors of our wardrobe were stained. Looked like liquid had been spilled or exploded all over them.

We stayed at the Clarion Hotel because of its proximity to the airport. It was even easier to move between T2/T3 and the hotel than we could have imagined. Check-in was easy. Check-in staff held our bags for several hours, which was very helpful (but also see comment below). Thr room and bathroom were both of a very high standard. The bar area was spacious and comfortable for an evening drink. We will use the Clarion Hotel again.

Although our room was available we could not check-in at 1pm without paying a substantial fee. That was disappointing. The bistro menu was quite limited for such a large and impressive hotel.

Proximity to the airport, can walk in the overpass inside, the rooms are spacious, beds comfortable. The breakfast is unbelievably good. I needed to do some work and the workspace in the room was very convenient. The staff are very professional. The best place to stay for a night's stopover in the airport.

No real complaints. Dining was expensive and not the best value quality-wise, just very convenient. Shower and taps in the bathroom were a bit "tired" but clean, probably because I booked at the last minute the cheapest room. This was my second stay in this hotel.

I've stayed here many times because of it's location. It's right in front of the airport so you can just walk 3 to 5 minutes inside the terminal and you will get there. Breakfast is amazing, I really love it. Full of different options and tasty.

I was told at check in that there was no underground parking slots available. I asked if I could park using the main entrance slots and the lady told me to pay the parking in advance in the machine, which I did. Next morning, I got a ticket for not paying the parking in advance. I still have to file a claim but in a business trip, the least you have is time to do that.

The room was large, with soothing lighting and really nice decor. The triple curtains insulated light and sound well. The bed and bedding were of excellent quality and I slept extremely well.The hotel overall was calm and had a really good atmosphere. I liked being able to book a wakeup call, as I had an early flight and can get anxious about relying on my phone alarm. The food options were good for a late dinner, and the breakfast buffet was varied and of excellent quality. Reception and restaurant staff are excellent. This hotel is the perfect choice for a late night arrival or an early morning departure (I have stayed here three times under those circumstances), and it is connected to the airport by a very short covered walkway.

Only small criticism was that I felt there was a tiny bit of 'upselling' in the restaurant - recommendation of a more expensive beverage, also ending up with bottled water that I didn't need. That said, the service was in all other respects excellent.

I had a long layover in Copenhagen and was able to simply walk across the street to this hotel. I was also able to go for a morning walk near the hotel beginning checking out. My room was super clean with very nice, kind of retro decor. The instant coffee set-up was easy and very good. The bathroom had both a bathtub and a completely separate shower.

The price was high but worth it for the convenience of not needing a cab to and from the airport. I wish this hotel would include at least a light breakfast, given how expensive it is. I would also have appreciated a water fountain somewhere in the building. I paid $8 USD for a bottle of water.

The hotel is located at the terminal, and only steps from the Metro station. If you are looking for a room that is close to the airport, this is perfect. That is what we wanted. It is a short (25 min) ride on the metro into the city center if you want to get there. However, be aware the metro terminates at the airport and the trains to the city can be quite crowded. The room was quiet and clean, and the beds were great. The bathroom and shower were really nice. The breakfast was included and was spectacular, with an omelette bar as well. It was really quite large and exceeded our expectations. It added quite a bit to the value of the room.

There really wasn't anything to dislike if you are looking for a place to stay at the airport. The price was a touch higher than other places in town, but we needed to be close for a flight and did not want to worry about getting there. So it was exactly what we needed.

We rented a family room, it was just enough room for 2 adults and one 10 years old. It was quiet and comfortable. The service was great and predictable. We liked the Danish Breakfast - this was exactly what we needed for 2 mornings before leaving the country. :)

The extra bed for a child was not comfortable - the metal bed frame sticking out on sides and caused some bumps. Plus the mattress on this bed was bad - you could feel steel springs poking under the textile. We used a second blanket under the sheets, which helped a bit. The bar is not cold and just takes precious space. There is no ice machine available in the room or anywhere on the floor and the weather was hot.

I picked this Hotel based upon it's proximity to the Airport itself. We landed at midnight , and had no desire to taxi to anywhere. The beauty of this hotel is that you may as well say it's inside the airport. I didn't ever stepped outside and just walked from the terminal to the lobby. If convenience for a long layover is your objective as it was mine, then this is the hotel for you. By the time you've found somewhere else for less $$ , you'll have spent the difference on taxi fares and inconvenience, just stay at the Clarion !!! The room was very clean and pretty modern. Not a brand new hotel, but well maintained and will certainly not disappoint. The breakfast buffet included in my price was certainly adequate with a number of choices, including an omelet bar which we used. Coffee machine at the breakfast made a nice latte.... no complaints.

Honestly wasn't there long enough to find a complaint. I was so tired, a bus station bench was looking pretty good. I like everything.

Staff really friendly and receptive, helpful. Room was really big and super quiet, with Bose Speaker, Mini Bar, Iron, Ironing Board, Lounge Area, Excellent Storage, Tea & Coffee. Taxis from airport available. Route through airport to enter hotel, sheltered from any rain

Some of the decor was a little tired and dated, bathroom was slightly old and no special toiletries, so not as up to date like the Admiral in Copenhagen, but cost was fair.
