Great facilities, staff. Very quiet rooms for good sleep before early flight. Easy walk to airport. Buses drop off nearby, too. Kitchen served food late. Refrigerators have sandwiches, salads, fruit and EXCELLENT chocolate mousse. Beers on tap. Cost was high for my budget. Important that staff manned the desk for check in and out AM through late evening (maybe later, I don't know.) Nice areas in lobby to meet up, lounge.

I do not like that this facility is cash free. I do not want to be locked in to digital transactions. Denmark and Sweden moving toward tech infrastructure that locks people into digital only, which enables controlling people's activities, travel and transaction like they do in China. That would have been a deal breaker for me if I had been able to find an alternative.

Convenient location if you have an early flight. A bit pricy but standard for Denmark. The breakfast starts at 530 but they provide a bagged breakfast from 3-530, just order it the night before. Easy walk to the terminal.

There is a gym but it was closed while I was there. Not a deal breaker but it's a feature they advertise and it was not available without explanation.

Everything about this hotel was thoughtful and convenient with class. Walking distance from the airport, laundry facilities, 24 hr food available, self check-in and out --- all while being incredibly clean, friendly, and stylish.

Only thing that was odd (which might be cultural because we saw this elsewhere in Europe) was that the shower is not enclosed. It had a glass partition on one side between the toilet, but otherwise open (and allows water spray) to the rest of the bathroom. Extremely minor though, but a possible slip risk.

Breakfast was exceptionally good - best hotel breakfast I've had in years. The room was clean and there were helpful ironing rooms on each floor for sorting out my work clothes.

There is an additional fee for checking in prior to 3pm and they were very militant on this, even though the hotel clearly wasn't that busy.

Being able to hop off the Metro, walk via an internal corridor to the hotel and waltz into the airport was a breeze - just so convenient. The hotel itself was nicer than expected - the reception area was modern, clean and welcoming, and our room had all we needed for the night before an early morning flight. Breakfast was simple but good quality. All in all an easy and pleasant experience.

The only negative I guess is that we booked fairly last minute and the price for the room was more than I wanted to pay really; that said, it did all we needed it to.

Easy to check in, the staff was very helpful to explain what they have to offer. The hotel room was super nice, spacious, clean, modern, simple, comfortable and had everything we needed for a good stay. We only stayed for one night, but the breakfast and checkout was right down the lobby and easy to do. It's a super good pick if you have to stay for a few nights or more. Transportation is 3 mins away or less. The hotel is connected to another hotel, but just walk through and you'll end up at the CPH airport without stepping a foot outside. From there is multiple transportation options from metros, trains, busses, taxis and so on.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Location is the key point with this hotel as it is easy walking distance (covered) from the main airport. Value for money is good for the standard of hotel. Nice open plan layout in the reception area, felt very spacious. Check in was quick and the staff were friendly and spoke excellent Engligh. Lots of areas to chill out in the reception area. The hotel has 6 lifts, so no waiting for lifts.....late food from the restaurant was available (around 10.30pm) and a good and varied breakfast buffet in the morning. Rooms are soundproofed and nicely decorated with a big screen TV. The lighting is a bit dark for me, but it was ok. Bed was comfortable with nice linen. I dint hear any sounds during the night so the soundproofing works well. Will definitely stay here again.

The room temperature was warm and it was difficult to get it down. The thermostat is supposed to bottom out at 21c, but it was around 24c in the room all night, despite me having the setting at 19c. The windows do not open so not possible to cool the room that way. I mentioned this to reception and they said it would take some time for the room to cool down, but also they did offer to change my room. I probably should have done that tbh.

You cannot beat the location for flying in and out of Copenhagen. And, the hotel truly caters to travelers with easy self check-in and check out. Please there are food and beverage options 24/7, which is perfect for late arrivals and early morning flights out. The rooms are small, but have everything you need for a 1-2 night stay. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are quiet, despite being at the airport!

The breakfast offerings are way above standard, but they only offer black, machine-brewed coffee -- They really need to have a self-serve cappuccino machine, which is typically at EVERY hotel in Denmark, and pretty much all over Europe.

Fantastic localization almost on CPH Airport (passage with connection to metro and Terminal 2 and 3). Room was silent, clean and not noisy, with nice window view on departing/arrivals planes. Fast and stable Wi-Fi connection. Easy check-in/check-out. Friendly and helpsome crew. Delicious and rich breakfast buffet - fresh fruits/vegetables, fishes, sweet snacks, juices, coffe etc. also wege options - everyone find something good! This hotel is perfect if someone has early/late flight, but not only. It is my discover and second home during stay in Copenhagen - I honestly recommended! Tak o vi ses snart! <3

I used the hotel for 4th time. Great location because even for your duties in the city, metro is so convenient. Breakfast is from 5;30 but they allowed me from 5:15 as I had a very early flight. They have also comfortable area downstairs for working on PC.

The architectural minimalism is a bit too far. I had bathroom 4 x 4 meters, but just 60 cm bath in the middle of the empty wall and no place to put the cosmetic stuff at all. The same goes for clothes. 3 arm hangers and plenty small hangers but otherwise you are living out of the suitcase. I had a room close to lifts and I could hear silently but still every lift.
