Great facilities, staff. Very quiet rooms for good sleep before early flight. Easy walk to airport. Buses drop off nearby, too. Kitchen served food late. Refrigerators have sandwiches, salads, fruit and EXCELLENT chocolate mousse. Beers on tap. Cost was high for my budget. Important that staff manned the desk for check in and out AM through late evening (maybe later, I don't know.) Nice areas in lobby to meet up, lounge.

I do not like that this facility is cash free. I do not want to be locked in to digital transactions. Denmark and Sweden moving toward tech infrastructure that locks people into digital only, which enables controlling people's activities, travel and transaction like they do in China. That would have been a deal breaker for me if I had been able to find an alternative.

Convenient location if you have an early flight. A bit pricy but standard for Denmark. The breakfast starts at 530 but they provide a bagged breakfast from 3-530, just order it the night before. Easy walk to the terminal.

There is a gym but it was closed while I was there. Not a deal breaker but it's a feature they advertise and it was not available without explanation.

Breakfast was exceptionally good - best hotel breakfast I've had in years. The room was clean and there were helpful ironing rooms on each floor for sorting out my work clothes.

There is an additional fee for checking in prior to 3pm and they were very militant on this, even though the hotel clearly wasn't that busy.

Everything about this hotel was thoughtful and convenient with class. Walking distance from the airport, laundry facilities, 24 hr food available, self check-in and out --- all while being incredibly clean, friendly, and stylish.

Only thing that was odd (which might be cultural because we saw this elsewhere in Europe) was that the shower is not enclosed. It had a glass partition on one side between the toilet, but otherwise open (and allows water spray) to the rest of the bathroom. Extremely minor though, but a possible slip risk.

Being able to hop off the Metro, walk via an internal corridor to the hotel and waltz into the airport was a breeze - just so convenient. The hotel itself was nicer than expected - the reception area was modern, clean and welcoming, and our room had all we needed for the night before an early morning flight. Breakfast was simple but good quality. All in all an easy and pleasant experience.

The only negative I guess is that we booked fairly last minute and the price for the room was more than I wanted to pay really; that said, it did all we needed it to.

This is the second time I've used the Comfort Hotel .... I was part of a group of Fly Fisherman whose members are worldwide going to Greenland and the Comfort is our meeting spot .... the Comfort is in the sweet spot .... you fly into CPH get your bags .... load them up on a SAS dolly and walk it over to the comfort .... no taxi or Uber to hassle with!....love it!....also love that you can leave a piece of luggage at the hotel ... I came in with three pieces but only needed two for Greenland so I left the third at the Hotel for a week....came back from Greenland after 6 days checked back in for a night used your laundry facility which was great ... walked over to the Clarion restaurant for dinner which is first rate and the following morning I had breakfast at your buffet which is the best!...then I changed bags leaving the big one (50lb) with the hotel checked out and took the train to Roskilde to immerse myself in the Viking museum there .... came back after a couple of days ... stayed another night and caught my flight out to California....I love everything about Denmark and I think Copenhagen is the "Gold Standard" for how you should run a city....and the Comfort is the "Gold Standard" for airport hotel's.....it would be very easy for you to get lazy in your service because of your "competitive advantage" but you don't .....I tip my hat to you folks!...Cheers!...

I would like you to put a padded floor mat in the gym so you could do you "Floor routine " like sit-ups etc in comfort also a water fountain would be a nice addition!

Perfect location if you have an overnight stay at CPH airport...it is a 1-2 minute further walk than the Clarion (all indoors), but I saw far less waiting at the front desk at the Comfort Inn. You combine that with perhaps one of the most amazing breakfast buffets (whether covered as part of a hotel stay or going to a restaurant to pay for it) we have encountered, and it is well worth that extra few steps. Likely cheaper too, but not sure. There are two metro train lines you can take into Copenhagen, one takes you to the main train station with Tivoli across the street, the other into Christianhavn and then Nyhavn...cannot beat these options. Room was solid for one night -- had a family room so plenty of room.

24/7 reception open and just a few meters walk when you exit from the airport terminal. The receptionist are friendly🙂

My second time to stay here. First was, everything went well but this second time, I feel a lil bit irritated with the housekeeping lady because she keep on opening the door without knocking first while we are still inside the room and it was before 10 am at first. And when she did that the second time was when we came back in our room from breakfast before 11 am and she saw us that we just came in. There were no Don't disturb signage card available in the room to hang outside the door either.

Thr family XL room has surprisingly 2 bathroom which was a pleasant surprise since there were 5 adults sharing this room. Location is easy to airport and city ctr esp for a short stay. Breakfast was plentiful.

Lack of warmth from staff. We arrived late in the evening around 11pm and wanted to check if there's any food available in the hotel . One of the f&b staff was rather abrupt when I asked him. As he was talking he kept on walking and I had to keep up walking with him while asking my question and hearing his reply. He did not even bother to stop to give us information. Not very hospitable. This was on 12th Junr around 11pm , .male staff working the bar.

Location was fantastic. We had a long layover (14 hours) in the Copenhagen airport and arrived at the hotel around midnight. Staying at the hotel meant we had a chance to get a little sleep, have a shower, and go explore Copenhagen for a couple of hours before catching our flight home. Room was small but clean and quiet. Breakfast was good (I wish I could have brought some of that seedy bread home!) It is an easy walk back to the airport and and easy access to the subway to town.

I had a little sticker shock when we arrived, but that is my fault for not researching it a bit more. Breakfast was pretty good but they did not offer decaf coffee or mint tea and I think there was sugar in the eggs. But there was a lot of variety in the offerings.
