As a family of 4, we recently stayed at Pickalbatros Aqua Blue hotel. We booked a family room which contains 2 separate bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Our experience has been a very positive one. The hotel is very clean and perfect for anyone looking to visit Hurghada. The location is very close to the airport which was convenient to get to. It is also close to other amenities such as the shopping mall, beach, marina etc. The hotel had 3 buffet restaurants and 1 a’la carte restaurant which offered local and international cuisines. We booked the a’la carte restaurant for our daughters birthday and we were received a beautiful surprise from the waiters who sang a birthday song and gave a cake to her. The swimming pools were heated which allowed us to enjoy and make use of. Wifi signal and speed was great in anywhere inside the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and made our stay very special and went out of their way to make us happy, particularly staff members Hossam in reception, Nader in housekeeping, Mustafa the restaurant manager who was always ready to help us. All in all, we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Hurghada. We will book the hotel again if we plan to holiday in Hurghada Insha Allah.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Pickalbatros Hotel Aqua Blue in Hurghada for 5 nights, and I must say it was an amazing experience. This was my first time at this hotel, and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of my vacation. The staff at the hotel were excellent - they were friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that we had a comfortable stay. The service was top-notch, and I felt well taken care of throughout my time there. The facilities at the hotel were also fantastic. The pool area was beautiful and well-maintained, and the beach access was a definite plus. The rooms were clean and spacious, and I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The food at the hotel was also delicious - there was a wide variety of options available, and everything I tried was fresh and tasty. Overall, my experience at Pickalbatros Hotel Aqua Blue was fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation in Hurghada. I can't wait to go back!

* The room was ready at 1:00 PM and the check-in process did not take more than 10 mins. * The room was clean and spacious. It also had a 3rd bed for the child. * The hotel is kids friendly with multiple stuff to enjoy (e.g. different aqua parks, multiple pools, kids area, kids club, VR arcade games, animation shows, etc.) * Food was really nice. There are multiple restaurants, and each offers a good variety of options. * Multiple life guards are present around each pool, which makes it safe for your children. Special thanks to Mr. Khaled Elwaled and Mr. Talaat for their hospitality and cooperation.

Minor points can be enhanced: * Ice-cream is only available starting from 06:00 PM. It would be better if this can be available during the day. * For the VR arcade games, you get only 1 ticket for 1 game per day which is not enough for the kids. * The desserts section during dinner does not contain multiple options and is almost repeated every day. * Room access card does not work anymore if placed beside your mobile phone, so you need to get back to the reception to fix the access card.

It was an amazing experience .. everything was exceptional .. I visited before other Hotels regarding Albatros Group such as Dana Beach, Beach Albatros and White Beach Albatros .. all was great but Aqua Blue was really Exceptional .. special thanks for Mr. Mohamed Karawya (front desk supervisor) for his kindness and support.. also Mr. Mahmoud & Mr. Ahmed Moustafa from the font desk for their cooperation .. thanks a-lot for all the staff at the restaurants, bars, pools and Basem from house keeping crew. See you again in my next vacation إن شاء الله

What amazing stay, we were couple, me and my wife, had very good 5 days 4 nights. The resort consists of 3 hotels You book one room in on of them and have access to all of the others facilities, access to literally everything in all the 3 hotels. Staff are welcoming, helpful, respectful, and polite ( most of them) The reception are so professional and helpful, I would like to thank especially Mr. Mohamed Karawia who has been so decent, helpful, and amazing service. The resort (3hotels) have one Aquapark for adults located in Aqua park Hotel One Aqua for Kids in the middle between Aqua park & Aqua Blue. The 3 hotels is super close and connected of each other, just few walking steps between you and everything. If you are in Aqua Vista hotel (1st hotel) and want to go to the Aqua park located in Aqua Park hotel, it’s only literally less than 2 minutes walk. The resort has many pools, maybe over 15 pool in the whole resort. It contains 4 restaurants with one of the in the open air near one pool. Also, contains late breakfast, and late lunch if you miss the main eating times. They provide a minibus to go for and from beach which is on the other side of the road, so it’s only 5 minutes drive. The beach is sand and clean with 2 safety guards, one spot for snorkeling, it has everything you need, just perfect.

While the resort has full v good service in everything, plenty of food, Wednesday main dish is Fish for your notice, despite all of this, the food is not so delicious or not so tasty, also, you have to go in the early times of lunch and dinner to find all kinds of dishes and they do refill, until the closing time of food, where you may not find all kinds of food.

I had one of the most amazing vacations of my life at this hotel—and it happened to be during my birthday! I was incredibly happy, and every detail exceeded my expectations. The hotel is absolutely perfect for a family holiday, especially if you have kids. Everything is thoughtfully designed to ensure comfort and enjoyment for everyone. The hotel organizes a daily schedule of activities that anyone can join, including stretching exercises, yoga, darts, and volleyball. There are also dedicated activities for children, making each day full of fun and movement. The activities team was fantastic! They always invited us to join in, which really added to the feeling of belonging. The spa section added a special touch to my experience. I had my hair braided at the salon and loved the result! Even when I wanted to take it out, the staff kindly helped me. Getting a massage during this trip was such a treat as well. There are several swimming pools of various sizes to suit all ages. The spiral water slides were so exciting and fun! Lifeguards are stationed at every pool to ensure everyone’s safety, and they respond quickly to any incidents—the level of care from the hotel is truly impressive. The staff were amazing in every sense of the word. They truly embodied the spirit of hospitality. The chefs and waiters played a big role in making this vacation special. The food was diverse and delicious, especially the kitchen team at Aqua Blu. I’ll be sharing some photos of the delicious meals we enjoyed during our stay. Everything you need is available inside the hotel—you really don’t need to leave! They even have a pharmacy, and you can order any medications you need, which they’ll deliver to you—especially helpful if you get a sunburn (like I did!). I also can’t forget the VR game room—such a fun experience for tech and gaming lovers! I highly recommend this hotel, and I’ll definitely be coming back as soon as I can!

The room towels are old !!

It was an all-inclusive resort, and it was easy to navigate meals and recreation. The staff were very responsive. We particularly liked the cafeteria that served middle eastern food. Our favorite part of the trip, however, were the excursions we took away from the resort: we went to a Bedouin village, we rode dune buggies in the desert, and we snorkeled in the Red Sea. Those were great fun!

Only two of the pools were heated, so those were highly crowded. Our kids would have enjoyed exploring a few more pools if the water was less chilling!

Really happy that we chose to stay here. my 6 yrs child, thanks to Khaled from the recipient who helped us on the check-in and made it smooth the aqua park is wonderful so many slides for the children and adults too the staff in the aqua park very nice and always looking for your children in case of danger, the aqua park closes at 6 pm so you don't need to fight with your kids to get out of the water to go for dinner The food in the restaurants is very good and there are lots of variety there are 3 big restaurants that you can choose from, there are some options for vegetarians, vegan and low carb Credit to Chief sameh and soltan from Ali bi And Chief Ali and abd elsalam from Mediterranean restaurant At the pool you can get all drinks too thanks to Waiter Mahmoud Mohamed who was making amazing cocktails The kids club was very good we dropped our daughter and she was happy with many activities thanks to Sasha The gym has fantastic good equipment and Mahmoud the gym manager is very friendly and knows what he does The room was always clean thanks to Mohammed the house keeping The atmosphere in the night is relaxing you can just sit down anywhere and you can get drinks and enjoy We were so happy and we will definitely visit again

The beach wasn't good and small not enough for the amount of guests they have also they separate the aqua blu guest in a small area which we didn't like Only one of the staff chief yosrey in the Mediterranean restaurant was rude and ironic out of all the other staff was nice, friendly and happy to help so I don't think he fits in the resort The mini disco played all of the songs in Russians language but I would love to hear in English as it's common language or Arabic the country language

Staff: are amazing, have a lot of patience, great communication and hospitality skills . Cleanliness: exceptional (I mean it) Value for money: it's very affordable for 4* hotel Additionals : you pay for one hotel AND YOU GET AN ACCESS FOR THE FACILITIES OF ALL 3 HOTELS, AQUA, BLUE AND VISTA. Including pools and restaurants (9 restaurants) Pools: you have many pools to enjoy (8,9 I would say) Mr.Mohamad karawia is such a great manager who understood and accommodated our requirements with great patience and welcoming smile

Nil as for the hotel. The private beach isn't the best.
