Ahmed and Khalie are very nice and extremely helpful. They went extra mile to assist the guest in every way. Very impressive customer service. The apartment was very big, clean and tidy. They even prepared fruit basket for us. Ahmed allowed us to have a late check out since our flight was at night. We really appreciate it.

The only problem was the air conditioner at the master bed room. It stops when it gets to the temperature which make the room hot sometimes.

Khalil was very helpful and made us feel at home. The Apartment was very nice and clean. WiFi worked very well and it was the reason , we selected The beautiful Apartment.

Eevrything was good but there is only one shower room but I think in the description it says private bathroom with an additional bathroom. But this is not the case.

Spacious and clean property in a quieter part of Hurghada. A bargain for the price! The best part about this property was the owner. He was extremely responsive to all my messages and calls. We had a late flight home and the owner let us stay until whenever suited us without a late check out fee. This was very kind of him and massively appreciated. Thank you Ahmed!

If I’m being critical I think the shower could do with some improvement. The flow was quite weak but at least the water was hot. Not a deal breaker at all.

Khalid was very responsive and helpful. We were allowed to check out late in the evening the day our flight was delayed. There's a fixed price supermarket just couple of minutes walk away. The apartment is really spacious and well maintained. The WiFi Internet speed is good too.

The air conditioner in the living room is very loud, but the ones in the bedrooms are quiet and powerful.

We arrived early and the supervisor (Khaled) allowed us to check in early as we had arrived from the boat with a lot of time to spare. He was very friendly and helpful from the start. The apartment is huge, the beds are comfy and everything was really clean. The small pool is a lovely addition to cooling off, as it was 41 degrees whilst we stayed there and you needed to dip in something cool every now and then.

Only downside is the location, from google maps we saw lots of businesses and restaurants around the area so we thought it was in a good spot. Unfortunately the area is a ghost town, alot of the "businesses" you see on google maps are just abandoned buildings. 10 minute walk to the nearest restaurant (but even then, there isn't that much around), or a 15/20 minute taxi drive to the Marina. Luckily taxis are very cheap so it wasn't a hassle getting into town.

I booked this hotel because it appeared to have a well-equipped kitchen and spacious rooms. The apartment exceeded our expectations in both regards. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the kids loved the pools. Khalil was always available and provided us with a lot of assistance. I highly recommend this hotel for those needing a convenient stop on the way to the airport or for anyone planning to participate in many activities in the area.

Quiet place to enjoy the peace of mind. Friendly staff, special thanks to Khalil, who made our stay very pleasant and was ready to fulfill all our needs. The place is close to the beach and grocery store.The swimming pool was very clean.

The air conditioning in the master bedroom was not cooling properly, so we moved into the 2nd bedroom.There was a major plumbing problem. Bad odor in the bathroom. Water didn’t smell fresh. I literally stop using the showe.

Plumbing and water issues. Need new kitchen items such as knives, plates, pots, pans, coffee pot. All these items was heavily worn . Need to be replaced.
