Location is a definite highlight. Situated right on the bustling touristic promenade, Hotel is about a 700-meter walk to the beach Staff were the real stars, commitment to their work was truly outstanding and made our stay unforgettable

Minor point for improvement would be the parking, which is located a bit of a distance away and is uncovered

The property was very close to the airport which was a huge bonus after a delayed flight but not once did I hear any planes overhead. The staff were so friendly and helpful! We especially loved the bar staff (Mohammed Mahmoud) at the pool bar and at the main bar in the lobby as they all went out of their way to mix up and serve us copious amounts of cocktails. The food was very good - there was a huge variety so it catered for all of our different tastes! I didn’t really hit the beach this time as I preferred to be by the pool but I did go for lunch one day and had a great time chatting with the staff there! He was hilarious!!! The spa was wonderful. I had two massages and my husband who normally hates things like that agreed to have one and he really enjoyed it. Plus he got the best hair cut he has ever had!! So … will I be going back again!! Absolutely! Already looking to go back next year at the same time (February). It was a bit chilly when the wind picked up but the sun shone everyday and we all have come back home relaxed and sunkissed! Brilliant value for money. 5 stars in every way.

Everything about this hotel was simply exceptional—truly one of the best experiences of my life. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and even spoke fluent German, which was a pleasant surprise. The all-inclusive package was a fantastic choice. The service from the waitstaff was outstanding, and the hotel itself was spotless—immaculately clean in every corner. One moment that really stood out was when I fell sick late at night around midnight and accidentally blocked the sink. Within minutes, someone came to fix the issue and even cleaned the entire bathroom thoroughly. He apologized for the inconvenience, which was incredibly kind and showed how much they care about their guests. We were also pleasantly surprised with complimentary sweets and fresh fruits delivered to our room during our stay—such thoughtful gestures really made a difference. The hotel’s activities were also well-organized and enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a truly memorable and comforting vacation.

The hotel food was of great quality and nicely presented, but I found it a bit mild for my personal taste, as I’m more accustomed to spicier cuisine. However, I understand this may suit the preferences of a wider range of guests.

Their hotels are always luxurious, stylish, and full of warmth. From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted with genuine smiles and hospitality that never feels forced. Mr. Mostafa at reception welcomed us with such kindness, and Mr. Joseph William in the restaurant made a point to check in with us during every meal to make sure we were happy. Hima from the animation team brought great energy to the experience — and there were so many other team members who went above and beyond. What really stood out was how attentive the management was. It wasn’t uncommon to have someone from the leadership team stop by just to ask if everything was perfect. That level of care is rare, and it shows how much they value their guests. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and well-designed, with great WiFi and a lovely view. The beach is stunning, and the service there is just as thoughtful and attentive. Parking is conveniently close, and the WiFi works seamlessly across the entire property. The restaurant may be cozy, but the quality of the food and freshness of the ingredients are truly exceptional. If you’re looking for a relaxing, luxury escape with outstanding service, this hotel should be at the top of your list.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Iberotel Casa Del Mar Resort! From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally welcoming, making me feel right at home. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and every area—from the beach to the swimming pool—was impeccably clean. The hospitality throughout my stay was truly outstanding. The food was amazing, with a great variety of delicious meals, snacks, and beverages that exceeded my expectations. I’d especially like to thank John at the reception for his warm and professional welcome—it really set the tone for a perfect stay. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be returning! Thank you for everything.

Hotel complex is rather smaller, ideal for a peaceful family vacation. Evening programs are limited, access to the sea is via a "sister's" hotel across the promenade. Staff is nice and polite (only some animators asked for online references although we didn't attend their programs). Food is good and swimming pools are nice (one was heated during the autumn season which was much appreciated). Evening walks at Mamsha promenade were amazing! I would recommend this hotel to the people who like staying at the swimming pool rather than spend the time directly at the seaside (which was our case in autumn) and for those who do not expect a rich evening program.

Peaceful hassle free resort. Quality food

The staff here really made our stay what it was. They are so friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to make our holiday memorable. From the cleaner who took the effort every day to create decorations using towels to a cake being gifted for my partner's birthday. The hotel itself is spotless and is a short walk to the beach which has it's own designated area which was a peaceful retreat.

There's not much to complain about, perhaps the food. I ended up with stomach cramps but I cannot for sure say it was the food in the hotel that caused this.

The staff were fantastic—always going above and beyond to meet your needs, all with warm smiles and a great attitude. I can’t remember their names, but I want to sincerely thank them for making my stay so pleasant. The rooms were spotless, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and there was a nice selection of TV channels. The food selection was excellent, especially the Italian restaurant, which served delicious dishes in a cozy atmosphere.

It would be great if they could add shaded car parking in the future.
