New, clean, spacious, near the airport, helpful boys there, quiet, with all the amenities for cook, spacious bed, lovely balcony, pool, safe.

The wi-fi wasn't too good (sometimes worked, sometimes, not at all). The breakfast for 3 days was all already into the room's fridge when we arrived (a bag of eggs, a bottle of milk, 4/8 small yogurts, a bread, some cheap jam, a bottle of mango juice, some butter, some bottles of water) and we had to manage with that. When we booked considering the „breakfast included”, we expected a standard table room where to serve a fresh breakfast each and every morning... but we adapted even to that new (for us) style of „breakfast included”.

This is the best apartment/hotel experience I have ever had in all places I have travelled to. The apartment was extremely clean and well stocked up with utensils, pots and the like. The bathroom/shower room is very spacious and my daughters never left the lovely mirror in the bathroom. Washing machine came in very handy to wash our clothes before heading back home. The kitchen is separate room and very large. Big enough space for everyone. The master bedroom is absolutely beautiful, well maintained and equipped. The icing on the cake was the fully functioning AC in every room. The pool has large gazebo/tent with a comfortable pool beds. The place lights up beautifully at night. Great for a cosy feel. The best part of everything is Tony and his staff. Tony walked us to the local shops on our first day to show us where everything is. Tony also offered to drive and collect us from the shopping Senzo Mall. Very kind gentleman he is. He also drove us to the beach. My daughters and I are super grateful for you Tony! We are coming back here definitely. Best experience ever and very comfortable.

Nothing, everything was absolutely perfect.

The property was perfect. It had everything we needed and if there was anything the room didn’t have the guys found one. Every member of the team was friendly, welcoming and so helpful. Such a great group of guys and lovely place. Close to everything. It was a home from home (in the sunshine) and we loved it.

perfect location for what our trip was. Uber drive to anywhere you need, we walked to the beach a few times easy straight 10 minute walk. rooms were spacious and the 2 bed apartment was huge! The staff were so helpful and friendly, accommodated all of our needs. towels in the room, towels for the pool. the outside facilities where great, looked after and cleaned daily. we will be staying again and again.

Nothing at all, but so anyone reading this are aware and not let down, wifi doesn’t reach every area of the complex was stronger in certain areas.

The property is clean and has a nice architectural style to it.

As a chef I like better equipment to cook with so I felt the room needed some more utensils and cookware. (We were a family of 7 so it would have been better for a smaller family). We didn’t ask for any extra equipment it I’m sure if we did we would have had some sent to us. We mostly ate out so we o lay really made the odd lunch and breakfast.

The beautiful house with garden and pool was top. Antonio the housekeeper was absolutely exceptional. All the staff were nice and helpful. Instead of the advertised breakfast, everything you need for breakfast was always brought to us. Amazing place to relax. A little further from the sea, but it didn't matter at all, the apartments include the beach, where you can take an Uber for a few change.

The equipment and facilities are older and some would deserve replacement. But there was always an effort to fix everything.

Staff are so friendly and go out of their way to help. Perfect location, everything you need within walk or cheap by taxi. Shop across the road. We love it, it is our third stay 🥰

Any problems I have ever had were fixed and these were minor so I can’t really say there is anything I dislike about the property.

Serenity Home is really the best place to stay in hurghada. Staff are very friendly and super supportive, very clean and well equipped and near to every place you wish to go it was my 3rd booking really feeling as my home and special thank you to Mr.Tony for all your support and very proactive to make our stay very positive and enjoying Thank you Serenity home for great relaxing vacation 😌

We had a few hotel disappointments during our stay in Egypt, until we came upon this gem 💎 ✨️ at the last minute. Affordability, comfortability, and the friendliness of the staff was an exceptional. The host Ebrahim was very friendly, professional, and attentive to us during our stay. He bought us groceries, gave us personal tours, and even invited us to dinner. We connected instantly and our heart ❤️ is truly warm to another friendship from another world 🌎 ❤️. The apartment were larger than we expected. The landscape, the pool, the lighting accent was beautiful yet welcoming once there. Wish we would of stayed longer than a week. Will definitely return.

The balcony is extremely big also there were 2 balconies. 24 hrs access to swimming pool

There was only one washroom for a 3bhk apartment. Also we took free breakfast option, but only to know that they'd provide eggs milk bread and some other items and we should expect to make it ourselves Wifi was not covering every room and it was very week
