We received a free update to a Nile View room, which was had indeed a very beautiful view. The room was spacious and clean. As I was not feeling well on our departure day I was able to book the medical service the hotel provides (a doctor comes directly to your room), which was very helpful. Also the hotel was so kind to leave us stay in the room longer than the usual check-out time for free, so that I was able to rest until our flight. Due to my condition we also used the room service, that provides different dishes for decent prices. We also tried the Libanese restaurant on site, which had very nice food! We can highly recommend this hotel and we would definitely come back!

Luxury hotel with peaceful atmosphere and positive vibes, we have been here during the Christmas holidays and nice music was played every evening in the inner courtyard. Exceptional breakfast. The food quality was amazing, tasty coffee, fresh juices. There are three restaurants in the hotel. I recommend the Thai one where we had a fantastic dinner, but also the Italian and Lebanese are good and the waiters are nice and emphatic. You can also use for free the swimming pool that is heated and well maintained. The staff is very professional, we tried the laundry service and the clothes were returned in perfect state, fully ironed, we also received good assistance to arrange transportation to our next destinations.

Room (superior room with balcony & Nile view): Perfectly spacious with seating area and desk. Appreciated having a small corridor leading into the room. Beautiful view directly facing the Nile to view sunset - also overlooking the restaurants and pool, but no noise heard from 4th floor. Breakfast was a large selection of continental foods (obvs not pork!) and Egyptian dishes, as well as lots of cakes and breads Hotel is still working on foyer, so main entrance inaccessible, but all areas were accessible otherwise. All areas were clean and staff professional in their duties. The hotel is ideally situated to walk into Luxor town/markets Luxor temple/Luxor museum (20-30 minutes)

No complaints!

This is one of the best stays in Egypt (Luxor). The property is at the Nile coast at a good location. We were able to visit the Medinat Habu temple, Valley of the kings, Queen Hatshepsut temple, Artist village, Luxor temple and the Karnak temple all in one day. The property prices are reasonable and the rooms are big and comfortable. The staff is the best! Highly professional, welcoming and helpful. We checked into the hotel late in the night because of the flight delay and still were able to order a good dinner in the room. One can just go ahead and book the hotel without any second thoughts.

Whats not to like! the view of the Nile was breathtaking, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. This hotel takes special care in observing the needs of the guest at the time of arrival so that your stay is care free and blissful. We were so happy - even the pick up service was delightful and the hotel can make arrangements for all tours (for less money than online). By far our best stay in Egypt, we will be back.

The breakfast box was subpar compared to the rest of the experience but definitely doable. I dont have anything else to say on this note.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and blackout curtains ensured restful sleep. - Well-Equipped Bathroom: Large bathroom with quality amenities. - Relaxing Outdoor Area: The outdoor seating area was a pleasant space to unwind, - Wi-Fi Connectivity: Wifi connection was strong and stable, - Breakfast: Nice buffet breakfasts – offered lots of varieties of food. - Early check-in: Allowed us to check-in by 10AM, much earlier than the scheduled check-in time.

- On-side Restaurants: Onsite restaurants are prohibitively expensive.

Nile view; the animal folding of our towels in our room made by Mahmoud were very beautiful and he put a lot of effort and thoughts into it to make us feel like we were at home. Furthermore the travel agent Marina did an excellent job with booking and informing us about tours and made it possible for us to do a hot airballoon trip.

There could be a bit more variety at breakfast.

We absolutely loved everything about this hotel! 🌟 Both on-site restaurants,the Lebanese and the Italian,were absolutely outstanding, with delicious food and beautiful settings. The staff were truly amazing, warm, attentive, and always ready to go the extra mile to make our stay special. For our anniversary, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade to a stunning Nile-view room, which gifted us the most breathtaking sunsets every evening. Every moment here felt magical, and the service made us feel valued and cared for. We can’t recommend this hotel enough and can’t wait to return!

Executive rooms with front Nile view are totally worth it: you can see spectacular sunsets and the hot air balloons at sunrise from the comfort of your own balcony. Buffet-type breakfast offers a great variety of hot and cold dishes and staff members delivered an excellent level of service (they would even remember your drink/coffee of choice and bring it before you even order it). Four different restaurants on site serving delicious meals at really reasonable prices, same for room service.

A bit more attention should be paid to the balconies. While the rooms were cleaned thoroughly, the balcony wasn't and this can be an issue due to pigeons. Given that the view from the balcony makes the whole experience amazing, it would be great if the balcony was spotless too. The chaise longue did not have cushions, while the one on the balcony next door had.

The facilities were excellent, with three wonderful restaurants offering variety and a stylish lounge bar perfect for relaxing. To my pleasant surprise, the Italian restaurant served outstanding cuisine, complemented beautifully by the Lebanese restaurant, which was equally impressive. We also had dinner at the Thai restaurant, where the Thai chef prepared truly authentic dishes – as Asians, we can vouch for the quality and authenticity of the food. We enjoyed great value for money by registering for the hotel’s loyalty program, which gave us a very good price on our dining. The staff were truly outstanding – warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. A special mention goes to Meram, who displayed exceptional customer service and made our stay even more memorable. We were delighted to be upgraded to a higher-category room, which was both comfortable and well-appointed. Room service was also good and very prompt. Overall, a delightful experience that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Luxor.

The only area that could be improved is with the tour operators – it would have been helpful if they were more upfront about how tiring the journey to Aswan can be, especially since tourists are only allowed to use the agricultural road. This route takes longer, has heavier traffic, and the road condition is not as good compared to the desert road, which is faster but restricted for tourists due to security reasons.
