The property is very well maintained. Lots of green and flowers in the middle of the desert. Beach is beautiful and the sea great for snorkeling and Kitesurf. Many excursions are offered. Spa has great prices and offers. Pools are clean. The bazar offers a great choice for some local shopping.

Wifi should be available in all areas. Also in rooms. In the resort many things are extra so you will need to pay in Euros. There is an ATM at the reception but only distributes Egyptian Pounds. So make sure you bring enough cash with you. No card payments is accepted at the bazar, bars, excursions. Only at the spa.

Nice hotel, beautiful view from the room. Clean picturesque territory, friendly staff. Food tasty and varied, heated pool is very useful in winter. Excellent SPA. I highly recommend the massage therapist Mohamed, he has absolutely magic hands. Special thanks to animator Grigorij for his help in so many things.

The hotel wifi was a huge disappointment. The signal was only in one place, near the reception. And it was bad. I had to work remotely at that time, so I spent a lot of money on roaming.

this hotel is with 5 stars facility, over expected , the beach was very nice -sandy beach, a lot of pools and the kids like the aqua park, it is not that big but perfect and well maintained the guards in the sea itself bring most confidence about care, everyone were smiling which reflects on the vibes, food variety was also ok and nice could be rated 7.5/10

Food was delicious and varied throughout the 3 meals and days. The snacks and beverages were so tasty. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool view and the beach were amazing.

Meal plans should be rescheduled. A long time between lunch and dinner (lunch from 12 pm to 2 pm while dinner from 7 pm to 9.30 pm). There was a small issue with the room air conditioning but resolved immediately by the maintenance staff.

They Need Review Bar Mens in Dealing with Customers specially egyptian. Food ..they should use another professional chief because the low quality and tasty food in every meal food 6/10 . Animation Team Need extra effort
