Very central location, a quick walk to the beach and to the pedestrian road (which seems to explode with life at night). Also, by the allocated beach is a rock with clams, fishes and more making for a good snorkel (saw a massive eel). The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The furniture is dated, like other reviews say, but why does it matter? It's very much a case of "you get what you pay for". I only stayed 2 nights, so I was also happy with the food (can't be 'repetitive' when you only have a couple of meals). The staff was really nice, especially at reception and at meals. These guys are overworked and guests sometimes don't treat them very nicely. Please be a good human and be kind.

The room was prepared quickly to let me get in earlier, but this means it was not clean (lots of hair everywhere). I don't blame the staff though, again, I could see that they are very overworked.

I like the hotel design it's not classic . pools every were nice , clean and different shapes like the lakes.. garden's and palm trees around you. the location is great. the staff is so friendly the food is okay . I think this hotel deserves a higher rating on the website.

Honestly, nothing. It's all good, I can't find anything negative. Just the food needs some diversification. . I am surprised by the negative comments about this hotel. In my opinion, it does not deserve them.

Location brilliantly placed for walk into naama bay . Bar and restaurant staff could not do enough for you . Motion Entertainment guys loads of fun not to pushy if you didn’t want to get involved . The food has greatly improved. From maybe a year or so . The lads behind the bar around and in restaurants are out of the world . Make you feel so welcome and will do anything for you without question . Ali front of house manager . If you have a problem . It’s is sorted straight away ( we had a problem with air conditioning in room was fix and sorted with in a hour ) overall it a 10 from me and my wife

The hotel in general was beautiful, the pool was nice and clean, the service was very good and the people were very nice. I highly recommend booking there.

Ghazala Gardens enjoys a central location - only a few minutes walk from the centre of Naama Bay with its sandy beach, many restaurants and shops. The vast majority of the staff we met were very friendly and welcoming and always tried their hardest to make our holiday experience as positive as possible. We had excellent service from Mohammed M and Abdullah in the restaurant. We also enjoyed meeting Hatem Wael from the pool lifeguard team. Always available each day with our pool towels and a broad smile - he made us laugh so many times throughout each day. Also thanks to Ali Rashed and his front of house team for their help. We were always able to find food options to enjoy and all in all had very good value for money for our time at Ghazaala Gardens.

As other reviews point out, the bedrooms/bathrooms are in need of modernisation. But we didn't spend a lot of time in our room so didn't let this bother us.

First of all we chose the hotel based on the good comments and reviews on booking.com . Reception manager Ali treated us ( royal treatment ) with nice welcome drinks been introduced and he was sure that to provide us with all the information not only about the hotel but about all the Sharm Elshiekh . He is really well oriented manager and he is a credit to the place , then he arranged a nice meal plan to us. Thanks the kitchen staff espically Chef Sayed and Chef Ramadan for their nice dishes and the Mexican night was unforgettable. The hotel has own beach on the other side of the road , they have very good beach ( sandy ) . The only thing needs to improve is the Wi-Fi

The hotel has a excellent location which offers easy access to local attractions like narma bay which is opposite the hotel the best thing about this hotel for me as a solo female traveller was the staff who are the best they always made me feel very welcome and safe while I was there .. they are extremely helpful and made my stay amazing .. while the rooms where a bit old they were well maintained and clean which made up for the outdated decor overall it was a great value for the price and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with fantastic service in a prime location …. And I would like to say a final thank you to mr ali rashed the reception manager who could not do enough to help me and make my stay the best … and all the staff at the hotel thank you ….

Lovely hotel incredibly friendly staff especially the waiters in the Resteraunt and the room cleaners , a nice variety of food in the hotel as well as Italian / Brazilian and Mexican food that you can book at the hotel . hotel is across the road from the beach as well as shops , restaurants and night clubs excursions are also very good price in Sharm roughly £25 per person each trip for example diving , quad bikes , boat trips. Very happy with my stay and definitely will be returning in a few months

The cups for drinks were a little small and the rooms weren’t in great condition but for the price you can’t really complain

Location is great! just a few steps away from main streets, and less than 10 mins walk from private beach. Pool is lovely. Rooms are a bit dated, but spacious enough and comfortable with excellent towels. (apparently some sections are being renovated so with time this will be fixed :) ) cleaning Im 50/50 on - some areas are very clean, and you can see cleaned multiple times a day. Some areas could use improvement. Food is quite varied (breakfast is the best!) and was enough options even for me as Vegetarian. Best though is the staff, who are all really friendly and welcoming - I can see they work very hard! They were all very helpful and made our stay great. I will be happy to come back.

Maybe more detailed cleaning into corner of rooms etc - but the main important things are good i.e. beds / sinks / pool etc
