The hotel location is excellent, not too far from the airport or main resort areas. The staff are amazing, especially the waiters,bar staff and animation team and entertainment team. The food is beautiful and varied and never seems busy or crowded. The pool is fabulous, quieter times and also activities going on at certain times if you want to participate, great lifeguards always there if needed. The room we had was lovely, spacious and cleaned every day. The beach is beautiful, sandy, but with beautiful areas to snorkel and see the coral. All in all I would love to spend another holiday there.

I really liked the activities inside the hotel, the swimming pools, the animation teams, the staff in the dining rooms, everything was good and beautiful, the room attendants were very kind, the reception was very disciplined. On this occasion, I would like to thank a very dear person that I met during my stay at the hotel, his name is Karim, Karim is an archery instructor and tennis instructor, he is a very professional person who knows how to do his job very well and teach guests the techniques in archery and tennis, Karim, thank you very much for everything, you are a valuable asset to the hotel

The hotel is very nice, the facilities and the services. The animation team was super, active and very entertaining It is child friendly also there is kids club and aquapark for kids and minidisco. As we have a one year old. The vartiey of food is very good and it it delicious. The drinks also the cocktails are very good. The staff are very helpful and the room was very clean and luxurious. It is also great for adults and there is senrenity pool for relaxation and fun aquapark for adults. The animation shows at the amphentheater was also great. Definitely coming back again. The stuff was very nice, everyone was trying to help and make us enjoy, specially, the guy in the reception, he helped us so much changing our rooms to meet our family needs, and the chef (Tarek) was making an amazing bolognese, Stuff in bar and in the restaurant were very welcoming and showing so much hospitality.

Staff are nice but unprofessional, some of the staff were very disrespectful, specifically the guy by the bar on the pool (his name was Abd-elfattah), he was cussing at people in Arabic, one time he was walking by the pool and he said “hey animals” (ايه يا بهايم), another time I was taking a drink and he told other guest „here, stuff yourself” (خد اطفح ياله). I think this guy shouldn’t be around guests.

I had a great stay overall, with many positives and just one disappointing experience at the end. First, the hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of appearance—it actually looks even better than the pictures on booking sites. At check-in, the receptionist was very accommodating, providing the room I requested and even allowing early check-in, which started my stay off perfectly. The room was spacious, newly renovated, comfortable, and clean, with excellent housekeeping service from Fathy. All the staff offered great customer service, especially in the main restaurant and the snack bar. The beach, while rocky, is easily accessible with a short walk, and sea shoes make it safe for kids to swim. The coral reef is one of the best in Sharm el-Sheikh, especially on calm days without wind. The variety of food was good, though it did become a bit repetitive. The kids' club staff were wonderful with the children, and the animation team was fantastic, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. Unfortunately, my experience was slightly spoiled after check-out. About an hour After leaving my room and I had already checked out at the reception and was ready to exit with my car, a security guard at the main gate asked me to wait while they checked the room. I found this unprofessional and honestly disrespectful—I mean, what did they expect to find? Did they think I’d try to take the TV or pillows? I’ve never encountered this in any other hotel, even within JAZ hotels. While I truly enjoyed my stay, this ending left me feeling disappointed and upset, which was a shame after such a lovely experience.

There are always no towels available at the beach, and you have to go back to the pool area to get one. The water served in the main restaurant doesn’t taste good at all.

The hotel staff starting from reception to services team are very friendly and doing the best for support. And I was there with a family and kids. So the kids Club was amazing for kids they like it so much specially the girl responsible for it called (Rym). She is very smart and decent and made everything as a best for them so they liked to go there and playing with her every day. The hotel is very quiet. So if you target a relaxing hotel it will be your best choice.

Everything was good except the foods at restaurants. They didn't have a variety in food and no changes in menu during the whole stay. And taste was bad in many items. Plates wasn't cleaned enough and most of time the food wasn't hot at all.

The hotel is completely renovated and the room is nice and clean. The food in the hotel is very good and could be better. The water games are new and suitable for children. The only thing that I do not like is the design of the outdoor pools and the few green spaces and the large number of rooms and buildings in the middle of the resort.

There is no good air conditioning in the hotel lobby or public areas such as restaurants. In addition, the entire hotel does not have fresh juices!!!! When asked the reception staff, they said that this is the hotel's policy. Another thing that was asked about the entertainment and parties in the evening needs a lot of attention and better work to attract tourists again. Thank you.

Fabulous, we would highly recommend. All the hotel staff, management and animation team were so friendly and so helpful. Food was so delicious. Beautiful room, bed was so comfy, slept so well Unfortunately we only stayed 5 nights, we didn’t want to leave but we will definitely return.
