Great house reef, really nice food and friendly staff. Perfect spot for Snorkelling and the in house dive shop have great staff who offer both shore and boat dives. Despite having mainly Italian and Russian guests, the staff seemed to cater for a far wider variety of languages. Plenty of pools so it never felt crowded and the options for drinks and snacks is always close by.. A little more shade would be great. The resort is big, but a shuttle bus is running most of the day making it easy and comfortable to get around.

Single use plastics are everywhere. Plastic cups are used for every individual drink and small bottles for shower gel and shampoo are in the rooms. We fished out so many plastic cups while Snorkelling. It's 2024, this should be a thing of the past. People don't have an introduction to how to protect the reef, so lots of tourists are often seen standing on the corals 😭 more signs and possibly some guidelines can be provided at check in. The aqua park is in need of some maintenance, 2 slides were closed and a number of the features in the children's area were broken or non functional.

You can stay in hotel with no need for any other activities out the hotel.

The staff in all areas were exceptional. Every single one that we met were friendly, engaging and talkative and it really made the holiday very distinctive special mentions should go to mr Nabil, Bahaa, Maher and Moman in food and beverage section but you could go on about the sports, life guards and cleaning staff as well. We stayed in the Royal Suite which was a very large two bedroom luxury suite with exclusive use of a shared pool that almost no one else used. They treated is like royalty which was an experience i have not had anywhere in the world before. Definitely worth spending more for this luxury experience.

There was some construction work going on to renovate some of the rooms near us which meant it was not as peaceful as it could've been on this occasion but the staff did everything they could to compensate for y to be fair.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. It was our second time and we were 17 guests. The snorkeling experience was incredible, with a beautiful house reef just steps away from the shore—perfect for both beginners and experienced snorkelers. The sea was perfect for kids to swim in—calm and shallow with gentle waves, making it an ideal spot for little ones to enjoy. The variety of food was impressive. I especially enjoyed the wide selection of dishes, all of which were tasty and well-prepared. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent, making the stay even more comfortable. A special shout-out to Mido, the best animator! He made our stay truly unforgettable with his energy and enthusiasm. Overall, a fantastic vacation spot—I highly recommend it and we will return back!

Some rooms are quite old and in need of renovation, and in some rooms, Wi-Fi is not available.

The location for resort snorkeling and the resort features are amazing, and the staff members are the best. Wonderful. The rooms were fine and the beds were very comfortable. The sea view rooms are worth the extra cost. The resort is, however, quite old and it shows. The intermittent availability of hot water was a problem, and the occasional scent of raw sewage. The bathroom fixtures and room electricals all need to be changed. It needs more than just maintenance, but a sizeable investment for updating. The all-inclusive food offerings are generous and of the highest quality. The resort's partners for outdoor activities cover many attractions and are reasonably-priced with well-qualified tour guides. The water park was perfect for under 10 years old. The kids will never forget it. Shukran!

The best coral reef. Nice beach it has sand area and panton. Big room. Great housekeeping the Redu cleans our room every day, super happy with this. Quite wide selection of food you will always find what to eat. The food quality is average. The staff inside the main restaurant works much better, they clean tables and bring drinks very fast. One time we sat outside and it was very slow service. Beautiful area around the hotel. Nice to walk in the evening with lights on palms. Overall very good hotel for its money.

The main problem: the activities and entertainment are very bad. Like Darts, Boccia, and Yoga, it's just the names. Also, evening shows are not good at all. The only good thing was every 2 days for 2 hours of live music in the bar. When main restaurant closed from 15:00 till 18:30, there are no places to eat. The only open place is Beach Bar but it serves only poor-quality burgers and french fries, also there is a pizza bar but the pizza is not tasty. This hotel is for Italian people, they have their shows and are treated first. The hotel is perfect for people who want the best coral reef and don't care about activities onsite. If they make the entertainment and games properly, that would be a 10-star hotel!

First of all, for my child; I looked for a hotel with a sandy beach, a beach and where he could walk to the sea without danger. And when I went to the hotel, I realized that it was a perfect choice. The staff are very friendly, fast and attentive. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were very successful, the desserts were very varied and delicious. the sea was incredibly beautiful, clean!!! The reefs were hosting a lot of different kinds of fish right in front of you. and you can see them with all its clarity. Even diving boats bring their guests here to dive to show these beauties. If you are afraid of scuba diving, you can see these beauties in the sea with your goggles+snorkel+fins and that's all. We are looking forward to our next visit to this hotel as a family.Every night there is a mini disco for the kids, followed by different shows such as Egypt nights, dance shows, etc.

The refrigerator in our room was a bit noisy, but it was not a big problem.

It's Paradise on Earth! The property, the service and the overall experience was just WOW. All the staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. Ask and listen to their stories, embrace their culture and please help them by leaving tips - totally deserved!

The hotel location is perfect for snorkelling ( great reef near) and beach lovers, staff is friendly and the food is amazing, all the restaurants were amazing and food quality is great.( if you are a foodie this is for you) The staff is super friendly and service works well even when they are busy. 90% of the guests are Italians so hotel orientated more for them, but as we love pasta do we did not mind :) Would come back! And recommend.

The hotel is a bit run down for a 4 star is more like a 3 star. Needs to be made a bit more modern. When we arrived the air conditioner did not work but we informed reception and they resolved it next day. Thank you

The Reef Oasis beach aqua park resort is amazing.We stayed for 6 nights and all was perfect.The family room was renovated and the dimensions were very good.I'm italian and I can guarantee the food was very very good:many choices with pizza,pasta,fish,meat etc etc.The egiptyan staff was also amazing and all the resort was very clean. If I have to find something no good I guess the beach is not so spacious so you've your neighbour very very close to your towel.Btw the sea is fantastic and the coral bay was very beautiful. There are many swimming pools,the aqua park was incredible and last but not least the beach towel can be changed every day without any fee. Included in the resort you can find the tennis court and also the padel court. In the end of this review,I can only suggest to book this amazing place and you will never disappointed.
