The location was fabulous and as the streets are pedestrianised there was no traffic noise. We were able to open windows for fresh air. All the reception staff were very friendly ,helpful and pleasant especially Peter who organised our plus cards for reduced entry into museums etc. The bed was like a giant marshmallow -very comfy and the pillows were squishy and soft . I don’t usually sleep well when I am away from Home but on this trip I had no problems as the bed ,duvet ,pillows were so comfortable. The room was a good size clean and spacious and the shower worked well ,towels were replaced . The roof bar was efficiently run offering great views of the city.

Perfect location for a shorter city visit (private or business) with very good transport connections. Modern yet stylishy designed hotel in minutes of walking distance to the old town, local market (Saturdays), banks and shopping center in the middle of the pedestrian area. Connection to Wörther See with a bus from Heiligengeist Platz (15 min) or walking along the Lendkanal (45 min). Forthcoming staff, very helpful attitudes. Parking in the adjacent underground garage on Neuer Platz, tickets at the hotel reception. High standard rooms, abundant breakfast in a rooftop breakfast room with a nice view of the city center and mountains - on the 7th level an open-air rooftop terrace serving drinks and easy dishes, offering a relaxing sunbath.

In the rooms the space for storing clothing / shoes could be larger.

The hotel is very central and close to the shops and other amenities in Klagenfurt.

The hotel is nice and in a convenient location. The breakfast is great, the room has everything it needs to have (including good wi-fi and air-conditioning).

The problem is that the attention for detail is lacking - I found a hair in my bed when I first laid down, the corners of the bathroom were dusty, the automatic light in the hallway was glitchy ... While this is minor stuff, it should not be happening at this price point.

The breakfast was great. Also, the rooms were very clean and reasonably dark to battle the insomnia :-). We very much appreciated the ability to cancel the booking to the last moment because we were fighting with sickness in our family and were not sure to the last moment, if we could come. Reasonably fast connection to the highway.

The parking around the hotel might be a problem as only the public parking spots are available. The breakfast was on the pricier side and not counted in the original price for the room (which is an oversight from my side). The bed uses two mattresses but they are so tightly packed together, that every movement from the other person is felt during the night. There are not too many attractions or good restaurants around - the city center is a bit bland.

We really loved our stay at this hotel, staff were super friendly and helpful on check-in. Our room was super comfortable and spotlessly clean. The rooftop bar is super cute, we were lucky to get a seat straight away and the bar man came straight over to take our order. The location is perfect, very central in Klagenfurt. They have off site parking which was super easy to find and use, we sorted tickets for this with reception so was hassle free. Really recommend this hotel.

Hotel is in city center, 50 meters from main square and main walking zone. It is in an old bulding, but new, modern and very clean. The double room and the bathroom are big enough. They provided us a free cot. Staff is kind and helpful. Breakfast is served on the top floor view great view. Nice breakfast for day or two, but for a more days it needs a little more varieties. You can park where the blue lines are on the street but the price is high on work days. We were on the Saturday night and Sunday and it was free. Recommended.

Breakfast price is very high. Around 21-22 EUR per person. For that price it could be a little more options from beef. Pig salamis and dried products are dominating. If you coming on work days with the car, find a place or two where you will park for a reasonable price. You can park in front of the hotel to unpack yourself and then you need to move the car.

The breakfast buffet was lovely. They had a variety of bold and warm dishes. The staff was also really friendly and helpful. The location was amazing, right in the city center and the roof terrace has an amazing view over the city

Although there was toiletries available, a conditioner was missing for me personally. Other than that, everything was great.

The hotel is located in the center of the old city in an excellent location (near the Linderum fountain). The breakfast is excellent and includes different types of bread, cheeses, sausages, vegetables, different juices and types of coffee. The staff in the dining room are kind, patient and welcoming. The reception staff answered all our questions and explained everything we wanted. Parking near the hotel is expensive. We preferred to park the car ot CONTIPARK Parkplatz Viktringer ring (8 euros per day compared to 21 euro per day in the parking lot under the fountain). The hotel is very clean and the rooftop with the open bar is really amazing.

Stylish hotel including breakfast room and roof terrace with superb views. Very clean, stylish and comfortable room. Very good breakfast. Great location.

Initially we were given a room with a very limited outlook which for the price and length of stay was unacceptable. We requested a different room which reception arranged for us. New room was lovely. Would have preferred hairdryer in main room and would have liked a fridge. Wasn’t clear at breakfast whether a cooked to order option was available every day. Decaffeinated coffee should also be available as standard.
