We stayed 2x at the hotel, one month apart. The front desk staff were very friendly, courteous, engaging and helpful. Excellent staff. The restaurant food was very good. Great variety, ample portions, good value for money. The buffet breakfast was really enjoyable and the staff were excellent. Really enjoyed the breakfast. They really had everything one could want including an omelet station. Their airport shuttle service worked out great.

On our first visit the service in the restaurant was poor. Food was great. Service not. They redeemed themselves though on our return stay and their service was excellent. Off night, maybe?

The entire breakfast experience was positive, from the comfortably arranged seating, the airy lightness provided by the large plentiful windows, to the nicely prepared food and most impressive, the warm welcome and attentive service by the staff. We felt like we were guests in their home. 🙂

A vegan protein would be highly recommended as I would like to recommend this hotel and breakfast to my vegan family members.Baked beans are a good option. Additionally, vegan gluten-free baked goods would be welcomed by many. So would non-dairy milk alternatives, however they may already be offered.

It was a good place for an overnight connection. There were no issues with the property. It’s not far from the airport. But there were issues with the shuttle bus, otherwise the room itself was ok.

We ended up taking a taxi as 2 times that the shuttle came it was already full, so given the time we had waited we opted for a taxi at cost of $50. When we arrived at the property both shuttle buses were parked and empty. I ended up canceling the overnight stay on my return connecting flight and went with a property closer to airport in the hopes there was a more reliable shuttle.

System to get shuttle from airport. Called the number for half an hour - no answer. Then tried 3 shuttles labelled Double Tree, but all were going to a different one. Drivers told me to keep waiting at the airport stop, but correct shuttle never came. Then finally got through by phone and shuttle came. Suggestions: In your message from hotel, warn people not to take the Double Tree shuttles that come to the airport stop every fifteen minutes. Be sure calls are answered. Clarify hotel’s address on reservation. The address “Toronto West” which you gave me confused me, the other drivers and the security guard. One hotel is on Dixie, the other on Dixon and you didn’t give me either.

I was not able to stay that long due to a delay I had arriving to Toronto. However the room was really nice, comfortable bed, close to the airport and I was able to see some restaurants around the place so seemed to be well connected. Good place to stay the night and the room was well equipped.

The shuttle service to arrive to the hotel. Because in the morning to take my flight I had no issues, all good with that person. However I ended up arriving even later due to the shuttle not coming when they said they would come. I called, they said an amount of time but they didn't come, I was at Pearson, with my suitcases, waiting standing where they said and I could see other hotel shuttles going like 3 times. It was so frustrating. Also when they came the guy just threw one of my suitcases, I was so exhausted that I just wanted to leave. Obviously this does not impact in the hotel room itself but they should be careful with the people they hire to do the transportation and comply with the eta they say.

Great hotel, clean and spacious rooms, very comfortable beds. Friendly staff and free cookies on arrival. My son enjoyed the pool a lot. There is a beautiful inner yard, great place to play with the kids or just relax with a cup of coffee and a book. Hotel is close to the airport, but the area around is nice - unlike many other airport hotels. Shuttle service was flawless except one time (may depend on the driver). Lots of restaurants nearby, a convenience store about 15 minutes walking distance. Unfortunately no larger grocery stores. Lots of car rental agencies nearby - perfect for a day road trip (we went to Niagara falls), and no need to pay for parking - just drop the car off at the rental agency when you are done. Overall, highly recommended!

The sauna in ladies change room was not working. On our second day we took shuttle to the airport and UP express to city center. On our way back we had to wait for return shuttle for 45 minutes, although we called the driver immediately after arriving to the airport.

Our third visit to this hotel as it is convenient for Toronto Pearson airport. It is comfortable, clean, reasonably priced and the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Car rental and restaurants are nearby.

We used the shuttle several times for the airport and rail links to the city. One of the three drivers scared us to death with his driving. We raised this on all 3 visits and on the final trip he apologised and seemed to have calmed down, didn't use his phone whilst driving. He also repeatedly asked me to phone the hotel and tell them how much he had changed. I do hope that this continues!!

Check in was fairly quick at 9pm, and although I had an issue with a card I used to make the reservation, the young woman checking us in helped me to switch to another and informed me the prior one would have the pending charge reversed (which it did). Staff were prompt and cheerful bringing requested items (bedding, water, etc). Pool was decent and well stocked with towels, and we had it to ourselves all morning. I forgot my phone in the room after checkout, and one of the lovely cleaning staff found it for me :) ty

One of the morning staff at the desk had a strikingly condescending attitude with any request I made (specifically- repeating the request with a long pause without offering to fulfill it). Perhaps she didn't think we deserved to be there, or maybe doesn't enjoy her job anymore. Otherwise great property.

The room was clean and nice. We requested for a baby cot and it was already in the room when we arrived. The shuttle was prompt and the driver was nice and friendly. We were looking for an airport hotel for an overnight stay and this worked very well.

The staff could have been nicer during check in. After a long travel, I certainly did not need extra hassles during the check in process.

The location is great when travelling out of Pearson Airport. Enjoy the restaurant for snacks and drinks. Staff is pleasant. The wait staff in the restaurant have exceptional customer service.

Some of the beds need to be updated as the mattress this time a round was very worn in and lumpy, not comfortable at all. Also the checkin employee we had was like on auto pilot and not overly friendly compared to the other one beside us you our travel company was checking in with.
