Room is very clean and has its own AC. Each space in the room is well utilized. Breakfast is average as there were no eggs, but with toast, small donut, fruit, cheese. Coffee is good. Good location and only 2-minute walk to Subway station Manuel Montt. There was a Turkish Restaurant beside hotel and Kebab was fantastic. Neighborhood was relatively safe. Easy to get Uber/taxi as well.

Hotel did not provide cups for toothbrushing. When asking for coffee cup at reception, one staff said that cup is dedicated for coffee purchase, while the other staff said it was ok to grab one. It is understandable not to provide toiletry, but at least providing some paper cups should be more convenient for customers.

Great location, safe and hip area. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby, minutes from the metro too. The higher floor rooms have a great view of the mountains. The beds are comfortable and air conditioning keeps the room nice and cool.

It is a budget hotel with small rooms but there was no shelf beside the sink, it would have been a very simple and handy addition. No stand for a suitcase. The toilet cubicle in the room is very cramped. The shower tiles had mould on the grout, this needs some treatment.

A beautiful property on a lovely street in a nice part of the city. The bed was extremely comfortable with super soft pillows and matress. The rain shower was incredible especially for a supposed budget ibis. It was better than i have had in 5 star hotels previously. Good tv with super fast wifi. Rooms are sound proof so you can get a great sleep. Breakfast buffet has lots of choice and changes some items daily. The rasberry juice is to die for! Metro to the main city round the corner and loads of food options nearby.

The absence of a telephone in the room is noted, and the shower appears to be designed for individuals of shorter stature, as it may not be suitable for someone who is 2 meters tall. Additionally, it is observed that only liquid soap is provided. Furthermore, it is suggested that breakfast could commence at 5 AM, considering that tourism activities typically commence prior to 7 AM.

The room is comfortable and the location is amazing, very safe and close to a lot of different restaurants. The hotel is Eco friendly which is definitely a plus!

The staff is very professional, however it is a pity that none of them could speak English. Also there is no hairdryer in the room, you need to ask the reception and the guarantee is 10000 pesos to take it to the room.

I stayed at this hotel for five nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent location. Plenty of stores, restaurants and attractions nearby. The material condition of the building inside and outside was good and clean.

Only one hard wooden chair with no back in the room to sit on other than the bed. Also, no safe in the room or front desk.

I needed a safe hotel near the metro. Quick access to all Santiago attractions. Comfortable bed, quiet environment. No safe in the room. But the elevators are only with a room card and there is security at the entrance. The area is safe. There are several restaurants and bars. You can't eat in the hotels after 10:00 PM.

The staff was very helpful in accommodating us even though we reached well ahead of the check-in time. They gave us rooms which were close by, helped us with maps and information for going about in the city of Santiago. They even kept our luggage in their store room free of charge as we were returning back to them after a couple of days.

Quality of breakfast can be improved. Ibis Calama provided various preparations of eggs but this was not available in Ibis Providencia.

The first thing that stood out to me was the comfortable bed - it was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. Additionally, the room was clean and well-maintained, which always adds to the overall comfort of a stay. Another highlight of my stay was the breakfast - it was delicious and filling, and provided a great start to each day. Finally, the hotel's location was also a major plus - it was well-located and within easy reach of all the main sights and attractions in Santiago.

I don’t have any negative feedback I am afraid. The staff was amazing. They were always friendly, approachable, and ready to help with anything we needed. Whether it was directions to a nearby attraction or recommendations for a great local restaurant, they were always happy to assist.

I actually stayed here the previous week as well. The overall experience was good. Just a tiny thing the day we checked out : The two ladies working at the counter could not speak any english, which is absolutely weird for a hotel but also they were rude, especially the dark hair one, she treated my wife poorly two times when she came to ask very simple things at thw reception. At some point another colleague had to come and assist her because she was not understanding anything and getting frustrated.
