Having studied the reviews for hotels in Alicante extensively on this site, this hotel stood out and I'm pleased I booked. The reception, restaurant and cleaning staff were all friendly, polite and helpful. Claudia was bombarded with questions from me everyday as she always seemed to be on shift when I left room in the morning, she answered all my questions and was very helpful. Although this hotel seems to be for guests in transit, it was very comfortable for a 2 week stay. It's literally around the corner from the vibrant city, full of bars, cafes and restaurants, with a big supermarket 1 minute towards the town and a mini market open until 2am just up the hill, visible from the hotel. The Marina is a 15 to 20 minute walk from which another 5 minutes and you're at the beach. My father and I had a room each and we both loved the place and would highly recommend it.

The only thing was the long check in process. We arrived at 11.30pm so were very tired, especially my 86yr old father, I'm very thankful there wasn't others checking in Infront of us. But as you can see the pros far out way the cons.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The location couldn’t be better – it’s just a short walk to the city center, with the bus, tram, and train stations all close by, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. You’re also surrounded by excellent cafés, restaurants, and vibrant spots to explore, so there’s always something to enjoy just steps from the door. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, with friendly staff who made us feel right at home. It was the perfect base for a weekend getaway, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-connected city break!

This hotel's location is absolutely perfect: right by the train station and a bus stop for routes to Calp, Benidorm, and more just outside. The airport shuttle is also conveniently located next to the train station. Plenty of shops and cafes are nearby, along with El Corte Inglés. The hotel offers handy luggage storage before and after checkout, plus breakfast options and free coffee/tea in the hall. Our room was fine with enough space for two, and the fridge worked well. The staff were attentive and helpful. This hotel is a fantastic option for a short stay due to its prime location and convenient services.

We did notice that the shelves and table in the room were a little dusty. Additionally, the wi-fi connection was quite slow, which was a bit frustrating. Finally, the walls seemed thin, as we could hear quite a bit of noise from outside.

The room was great, big & with a terrace which was also large. The room was spotless and no noise at all from traffic as there were shutters and it is at the side of the building. Nespresso machine with pods and tea with kettle. Big bathroom which was well equipped and very clean.. Some noise from other guests talking loudly in the corridor and slamming doors, but this happens.

The receptionist wasn't friendly when we arrived and was quite rude in his manners towards us. Not a good first impression, which let the hotel down as we felt like not staying there. The second evening receptionist was much more pleasant and made up for the first one.

Very helpful and friendly staff, with special mention to Gema. I was provided with a kettle and cup for my room to be able to make a hot drink. The rooms were spacious, warm and clean with comfy beds.

There was not much soundproof and noise could be heard from all rooms, with doors banging, chairs scraping, etc. The buffet breakfast was average with poor choice of hot food. I think there could be more choice of cereal too.

Clean and spacious room, nice big bed that was clean and fresh. Nice storage space and good size shower and bathroom. Nice that it had a fridge in the room.

Quite noisy with doors banging all night. Mostly I didn’t like being chased out the door by what I assumed was the manager to check my room number and if I wanted it cleaned when I used the door sign if I didn’t need the room cleaning.

I loved the city of Alicante, the vibrancy and the people and of course the weather was beautiful .I also took a train trip to Valencia , what a beautiful city. I would need to spend a full week there to get to see even a fraction of it. And I took a day trip to Totana in Murcia. I have a grandson who lives there with his Spanish grandmother, my son is married to her daughter Maria but both of them live and work in Cambridge in the UK. Overall I had a most enjoyable holiday. Hopefully I shall return.

I was sad to see so many homeless people but unfortunately this is not a problem for Spain alone, it is universal. We have very many in my city of Dublin too.

The room was excellent with a very large amount of space, TWO comfortable armchairs as well as an outdoor terrace. Tea and coffee facilities were good. A good range of breakfast options at varying prices was a good original feature.

Our only serious complaint was the lack of a WI-FI signal on the 6th floor. We needed to go to the reception area to get any usable signal. In fairness, the receptionist tried to contact their internet provider but could get no response.

Liked the hotel as it was located near to the main rail station. The beds where comfy and the room was very clean and tidy. nice walk in shower in the bathroom with plenty of towels and free toiletries. staff on reception where very helpful.

Nothing much, but no English speaking channels on the Television.

Gema was truly helpful and made us feel like we were at home. Her knowledge of the area and activities helped make our stay in Alicante a delight. The room was perfect for our needs and we will likely return. The dining/breakfast area were clean and inviting. Having coffee available in the afternoons was a treat and the mints sweetened our stay. Location was ideal for us, train travelers. We made full use of the bidet in the room. We commend the hotel staff for their friendliness, helpfulness and efficiency. Overall, a great place to stay in Alicante.
