Great location, friendly staff, bathrobes and slippers, fabulous weather, pool view, comfy beds. We hired air-con for €20, best decision ever and they refunded the money when we checked out. We were all inclusive, but the room had all facilities for self catering also. Added bonus of a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge, along with water and lemonade, thank you!. Staff work very hard and are extremely helpful. Great variety of food and drinks. They also provided towels and our balcony had 2 sunloungers, table chairs and a sun umbrella. Great entertainment. Overall we had a very relaxing holiday and really enjoyed it.

The room is a bit dated in areas and could do with painting/ updating, but it's generally well maintained.

Premier apartments had a very large balcony with table, chairs and sun loungers Leisure facilities were included, squash, gym, tennis, crazy golf, table tennis. Cotton dressing gowns and slippers provided. Entertainment every evening. Good position, near the front, short walk to the beach, main bus stops,, shops and restaurants. Quiet area. 3 swimming pools, 2 heated..,(we went Jan to Feb) Reception staff very helpful. Well maintained complex. Large TV but the Internet was a bit ropey at times.

The apartment only had a 2 ring hotplate, no full size oven. There was a microwave and a limited number of pans, although a request at reception provided us with a new size pan. The room needed a lamp instead of the main light all the time. Had to request the room to be cleaned and towels changed on separate 3 times, not sure if they had forgotten to do ours or just missed us out. We were there for 4 weeks and sometimes the floor was not mopped. No outside lights on the balcony ..

Great location,flat walk to beach and centre. large comfy bed. Great shower with large bathroom. Very helpful and friendly staff. Free WiFi everywhere, and it was only 3 euro per day for the safe, a lot cheaper then other places I have stayed, especially as we stayed for 3 wks. Not sure why is has such bad reviews online. Appartment was up to date, and clean.

Sofa wasn't that comfortable to site on, although we did spend much time in the lounge area. Some of the outside areas ie masanory is a little scruffy but didn't effect our stay, and it is being renovated

Apartment was spotless very spacious and comfortable. Pools were lovely. Staff were very helpful. Comfortable walking distance from the beach and the market was only across the road.

Selected because described as bungalows I wasn't expecting the amount of stairs we had to climb to get up the hill to the apartment. We were at the back of the complex. Not for the faint hearted. Choose poolside or front when booking.

Really nice complex, lovely size apartment with outside area. Great entertainment area with pool tables. Nice atmosphere and very friendly staff. Great facilities and pool was nice. You can rent a fan and hairdryer for free with deposit which you get back. Beach is a 10-15 minute walk but for those with mobility issues, you can hire scooters. Excellent value for money considering its so cheap and super clean. Even toilet paper and shower gel is great quality.

Bed was a bit hard and pillows are odd shape and the double bed matteress was too big as it hung off the edge. Limited vegetarian options with meals but plenty of restaurants around.

The complex was pretty and clean. The staff were helpful and friendly, and there was 24 hour reception. Our apartment was a good size, very private, with a large terrace with great views of the mountains and the sea, (although we did have to climb a few stairs)

Whilst the apartment met our needs, it was a little dated. There was a good selection of glasses, crockery and cutlery, but not many pans for people who wanted to cook. The pools were pleasant enough, but the ladder access was rather difficult for anyone who had knee or mobility issues.

The accommodation was pretty much as expected. The property is slightly dated, but well maintained, the staff was very helpful and cordial, the location was good, it was very quiet and yet close to the beach. The most important thing for us was that the property was child friendly and our children had a good time as well.

The only thing I would say as a negative is the horrendous coffee that was served in the restaurant and as part of the breakfast / lunch / dinner buffet.

the only thing we weren’t keen on was the fact there was no air conditioning in all the rooms, we were in room 32. we didn’t have air con, however, the staff were great and let us rent 2 fans for the week. the only other negative thing is that we didn’t have an outside light! we played cards but had to use phone lights. apart from that. a great stay. thank you.

For that money you cannot expect 5 star hotel, but property is located in very nice area. It is close to main walking areA, beach.. everytthing is walking distance. Staff was amazing. Super friendly and nice. Room was very big, and the best off all - super clean! Foor was very good.

Only bad thing was out bad luck to have the room next to tennis court - so balcony was kind of in bad position.

We had a lovely apartment next to one of the three pools. We were lucky to get an apartment with air con as I believe they don't all have that. We had a private balcony that overlooked the swimming pool. We were right next to the bar/ restaurant too. The place was very aesthetically pleasing. It was kept lovely and clean and the cleaner came into the apartment every second day to empty bins and change towels. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a taxi rank two minutes walk down the road and the shuttle bus to Siam Park was a 5 minute walk away. It was only €8 in a taxi to Playa de las Americas. There was a tour operator stall in the reception and the people working there was very helpful and friendly. Food was nice in the bar (we had lunch one day) and restaurant (where we ate breakfast)

It would have been unfortunate if we had gotten an apartment with no aircon as we really needed it and were very glad and lucky to get it.
