Location was great for local beach, shops and bars. room was large enough for two adults and kept clean by friendly hotel staff. The food was really excellent with plenty of choices, never missed a meal with our half board package.

The usual drunk idiots who cant keep there big mouth shuts after to much alcohol consumed, especially after midnight on the stairs and landings. I believe it gets worse in the summer when the younger crew start arriving.

Very good hotel and friendly staff, all the pools and jacuzzi are really clean and fresh. Hotel rooms very nice and comfortable beds with air-con… I have no faults with room or facilities.

The all inclusive bar only have 1 beer (Amstel) and if you want a Heineken on draft you have to pay and only a few selected cocktails and soft drinks on offer and the rest you have to pay for which is bad as you have paid for all inclusive!! And they have approx 300+ guests around the pool all day and have 1 person serving so you can imagine it’s like your back at the airport queuing to check in. On an evening when you kick back and relax it’s like riot across the landings with people shouting from end to end and doors slamming every 30 seconds, this starts between 9:00pm till 4:30am. Woke up one night thinking I was in Magaluf strip. Not ideal for any who struggles to get to sleep.

Food good apparently from poor variety of soups and temperature. Cream soup of the day for 14 days much alike and poor selection of second choice

Soups also temperature of food on cold side. Also no entertainment for adults. No relaxing lounge area. No tv. Or background music. This used to be supplied by the shisha bar now closed. No chairs in sunlounger area. or small tables.I am unable to use sunlounger. Smokers not singing designated smoking areas, but smoking and leaving mes all around tables on tables and sunlonger areas. Not being cleaned unless you did so yourself..No sunbathing towels to rent. Told to use room towels. Unacceptable for pool and room use.

This was my third time staying here. It never disappoints. The entire complex is spotless. The apartment was cleaned daily, fresh towels daily. We had a pool view and watched in the mornings as the cleaning team throughly cleaned the entire pool area. We arrived at around 10am, check in is at 2pm. The lovely lady on reception told us she had flagged with the cleaning team that we had arrived early and our room would be ready for check in at 12. We were self catering but you can pay €15 at reception for breakfast, lunch or dinner and it’s all you can eat. The food is quite nice too. It can be a bit noisy at night time but that didn’t bother us. The pool area is lovely. If you wish to secure a parasol you need to go down early. But there was never an issue securing a sun lounger. Approx 20min walk to Las Vistas beach, 15min walk to the safari centre. There are 2 supermarkets right beside the apartments. There is also a great Irish pub on the corner called the Chieftain with live music and TV’s for watching any match. Can’t wait to go back!

Location is great for all local entertainment and beach only short walk away . Hotel is spotless and is great value for money . The restaurant s food is very good it's a 4 star restaurant in 3 star hotel. There's is loads of choice for everyone in Restaurant. All staff are friendly and helpful for the price off booking Columbas is a bargain. It's still a little Gem from beach .

Yes it can be busy and little noisy at times but when you add in the price the great staff and superb Restaurant and it's spotless. It's well worth money .

Great location, room was a nice size, comfortable bed,old furniture didnt bother me, but balcony table needs to be replaced.cleaning could be improved,stains on floor, overall clean,bathroom had a brilliant power shower which I loved.fridge in room which was good, wifi was good, however charging for a safe,an iron and a kettle is crazy.I own a guest house and provide these items as standard.had dinner a couple of times and was nice,also had a few sandwiches and coffee everyday.all included in the price.house keeping knocked on my door and came in four times despite a do not disturb sign on door, I even stuck my own one up as the one provided kept blowing away.shouting at me to check out even though I was staying another 8 nights at that stage.staff in snack and dining areas were friendly.would stay again.

this is my second stay at everyone there was lovely there was one girl at the bar with a bad attitude but everyone else was lovely!

there was a group of lads causing drama and effecting everyone’s holiday and the hotel didn’t through them out so it was just on going the police where called. also the veggie options for food I struggled the way most days

Hotel was clean and tidy, ideally placed. The pool area and the terraces were fantastic 😎. Didn't eat there so no comment on food. Overall very happy with the hotel. Liked the staff member on hotel entrance stopping non guests getting in to hotel. 👍

Would have liked some security cutting down the mouse at 04.00 in the morning with returning guests from night out running up and down the corridors and screaming. I get they want to have fun, been there myself, but more consideration for other guests would be nice especially as the hotel promote a quiet time between 23.00 and 06.00 . This wouldn't deter me from using hotel again but I would ask for a quieter part of the hotel.

This is my second time staying here and once again, loved it. We stayed in a one bed apartment which was perfect for us. There were 4 of us. The apartment was spotless and was cleaned every day. The entire complex was very clean also. There are two pools, a jacuzzi and a kids pool. One of the pools was heated and was lovely to swim in. Plenty of sun loungers. We were self catering but paid for lunch in the restaurant downstairs one of the days. Plenty of selection and the food was lovely. 2 minute walk to the Superdino on the corner. Really handy location for las vistas beach, the safari centre (fountain) and Veronica’s.

The shower tray is very flat and as a result the bathroom floods quite easily while showering.
