Spacious rooms and nice evening meal, which we ate in another room as the dog was with us. Good breakfast

We were given a dog bed and bowl for the night which we thought was cute, but on leaving were charged 25€ for the dog 🤨 thought that was excessive

The best thing about this hotel is without a doubt the huge swimming pool! Unfortunately over the years it's become more and more crowded. They've enhanced the wifi which works much better now. Breakfast was also really nice with plenty of choices.

It was really hot, as usual in August, and the a/c took a really long time to get the room to a cooler temperature. The hotel is located in a bit of a remote place but it's great if you want to relax in a somewhat quiet place.

Big room, and the terrace was also very nice with views of the pool. Very friendly staff, they allowed us to store our cooler pads in their freezer for the night as the mini fridge in the room didn't have a freezer. The bathroom was also spotless and roomy, with disposable amenities and pushy towels.

Pillows were too soft for my liking, although they had 2 per bed, so you could adjust.

The views and calm of the property are overall great. Having breakfast and dinner available in the same place is wonderful, especially when the price is accessible and the food is great. Perfect stay to get away from the busy city life and the highways of Spain.

You need a car to get here and to leave, it's a gated golf community so all you have to do here on walking distance is look at pretty houses and golf courts, which is great if that is your intention. This is great if you want a quiet away vacation.

We had a nice room with the view to the swimming pool area. Nice balcony, big beds. The breakfast is very nice, big choice of food and nice coffee to drink. Water in the swimming pool was nice and warm and clean. Pools are big so no problem to find space for yourself and swim.

The shower is a little outdated and the water splashes in every direction possible ;) The TV has only few Spanish channels, nothing in foreign language at all. At the breakfast I would love to have more vegetables. Not enough sun beds at the swimming pool area and most of them are occupied with people by just putting their towel there before breakfast even though the pool is closed. So when you come at 11.00 just like the pool opens there is nothing empty. The front desk has an information that they will be removing the towels from beds if people are longer not there but they do not do that at all.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Food in the restaurant was very good quality and value. We chose the hotel because it was pet friendly. The free gift for our pet was a very nice touch.

The hotel is a bit isolated. Exercising our dog was problematic, as the hotel is in a residential area and doesn't have its own facilities. Fortunately, we found a building site for this purpose.

Extremely friendly staff who were very helpful and responsive in the messaging app and in person. We were only there for one night driving from Lisbon to Seville, so it was a pleasant stop off with free parking (and EV charging)

Rooms were a little dated for the price. Unless you're there for golf, it's not very convenient to restaurants or shops. If you are arriving after 10pm, it's best to eat before you get there.

Receptionist team. I think it was Carlos the guy which really explained me the best route to go to Porto. Common areas and swimming pool

Overall I found the breakfast a bit poor. Bread was not homemade except one type and juice was from the brick.

Property was beautiful and well located. Reception staff was courteous and warm.

None of the staff except reception could speak English. It was next to impossible to order food at the restaurant. We wanted glasses from the house keeping and it took us 15 minutes to explain as they couldn’t speak English.

Great one night stay passing through on our drive through Spain to Santander. Excellent breakfast options, super comfy and quiet room with balcony with views over the golf course and wonderful staff! We loved our stay. Also appreciated the cans of water and minimal plastic and the efforts made by this hotel to be as sustainable as possible.
