1. In Overall, it is a clean and well managed hotel 2. The staff is quite nice and helpful, but definitely with an attitude :) 3. Unexpectedly good cooking at the pool cafe, highly recommended! 4. The variety of food for breakfast and diner is fine. Good selection of fresh fruits. Missed gazpacho (cold soup), instead a hot soup was available. Once or twice gazpacho was served in small glasses, a bit strange. 5. Also, to access breakfast and dinner, you have to check-in with personnel and give your room number every single time, I would prefer to have bracelets or check-in card to avoid this strange procedure. I don’t know, maybe too many are trying to access it illegally and the hotel wants to control it each time personally with big piece of paper and pen. 6. If you want to seat outside, you have to wait in the line and wait to be seated by personnel. But some people are cutting the line, and it causes unpleasant moments. More outside space will be nice to have for dinner and lunch, as well as a kids open table, where kids can reach and take food easily and by themselves (the classics like pasta, French fries, vegetables, Juice). 7. We did not swim in the pools, but they look ok… the territory is clean & green. No loud music and some activities are offered

1. Cleaning was often late for our room, like at 2-4pm, often when we came back for “siesta” from the sea; the door sign “we are off, please clean” did not help. The bird popped on our balcony, but neither tips left for cleaner or reminder at the reception helped us to have it cleaned well. Unfortunately, quite a big area remained dirty. Not good / hygienic. On the checked-out day they came sharp as early as at 10 am :) 2. I had to move bed to go underneath to get a fallen item, and the bed springend up!!! Like in hospital / massage saloon, but it literally popped up, and quickly. I’m not sure if it is for changing sheets easily, or what, but it definitely should be fixed, otherwise a danger, especially for kids.

We had full-board, breakfast and dinner are buffet style. Both had a wide selection of food and the quality was pretty good for a buffet. Rooms were fine, most importantly they were clean but maybe a little dated. Overall met all our needs though. Staff were all very friendly. Moni who runs the kids' activities was especially good, she was really great with my daughter who was a bit younger than the other kids and a bit nervous about being away from me. Pool is huge and in nice grounds. The hotel is very big, so even though it was at full capacity when we were there it didn't feel too crowded. Nice beach with good snorkelling only 5 minutes walk away

Pool was cold on days where it wasn't super sunny, even in July. The hotel is in a very quiet area with nothing going on, which is great if that's what you want, but for more variety of restaurants/a few shops etc you have to walk about 15 min to Cala n, Bosch. There are a few activities on throughout the day - water volleyball for kids & adults and a morning activity for kids but not much other than that, no evening entertainment as far as I could tell. Big variety of food at meals and some good quality, but some of the food was below average

Loved the pool. Decent buffet food most meals with some vegetarian options and local dishes. Room was large, comfortable, clean and had a nice outdoor space. Evening entertainment was fun. Generally felt like a friendly, safe and calm resort - great for families.

Buffet food could have had more and better vegetarian options. No kids club and kids' activities programme could be better given how many families. Some spaces could do with updating.

We stayed 6 nites. The service stood out as the best part of my stay. The staff were exceptionally attentive and responsive, ensuring that every detail was taken care of promptly and with a smile. Every morning, the breakfast staff brought my wife her gluten-free bread, a small but greatly appreciated detail.... Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was remarkable. Every area, from the lobby to the room and pool was meticulously maintained and spotless, providing a sense of comfort throughout our visit. Overall, the combination of outstanding service and cleanliness made our stay truly enjoyable. Location : Cuitadella is only 15mn by car, you have lots of beaches around less than 15 minutes by car, so top location for beach hunting Restaurant : We did not try the buffet restaurant but can highly recommend Dulcinea which is a 5mn walk.

Wifi was a bit slow.

Very well decorated and clean. Nice spacious room with big balcony. The swimming pool is gorgeous and huge! Always available spaces on the day beds. Breakfast is good too and has stuff for all different tastes.

Very noisy. From 7 am I would wake up with rooms around closing the doors and kids running around the corridors or crying. You could hear everything as if the door of your room was wide open. You had to get the car to get to a supermarket or beach.. its was a bit out of hand but not too far from anything.

Beautiful holiday resort next to the beach and near restaurants and facilities. Absolutely enjoyed my stay and I am looking forward to coming to the same place again on my next vacation! The courtyard is breathtaking with big pools, luxuriant gardens, tennis courts and little places with benches that have the best viewing points for you to rest on. Both breakfast and dinner are fantastic with a lot of variety, the rooms are comfortable and the staff has been very friendly and helpful. Loved it.

That I couldn't stay longer.

The hotel is very welcoming, clean, with its own small handy convenience shop. The rooms are rather big and the mattress was comfortable. It was also a good point to have a balcony.

The only drawback in my opinion is that no part of the very big pool is heated; even the jacuzzi is cold. Going there end of April / beginning of May, it was impossible for me to swim at all.

The hotel was lovely- the pool was great, breakfast/dinner buffet was good with lots of options. Rooms were very clean and the staff were lovely and very helpful. Good facilities such as a gym, tennis courts and bar.

Staff were very friendly , breakfast has a really good variety and choices.

We were there at the season , the hotel was closing at 3.30 the day we left - evening entertainment was not available on two evening’s and the pool bar was closed from Thursday onwards in the week were there, think because it was the end of the season - would be good if the hotel could pre warn guests before their stay

The room was spacious, the facilities were good and the location was also good to travel to Ciutadella and different calas. The Front office team was very friendly and helpful.

Our room's balcony had a pipe dripping water for the plants. At some point, there was a big flow of water coming out, making the balcony wet. Afterwards, the pipe continued dripping, making an annoying sound. When the technician came to check, he said it was normal and stormed out of the room, saying we could notify reception if we wanted. Not the best manners, honestly. Missed a bit of night enternainment with more activities than only singing. Sangria of the swimming pool bar was a miss.
