great location. 3-5mins walk to bus stops and the metro station. there are a lot of shops and restaurant nearby. Very central. You can reach some tourist spots just by walking, if you have enough time. The place is clean and spacious. The bus stops for aerobus are very near. You can leave your luggage before or after check in.

The room was a bit cold (spring) even when the heater was on. The hot water also takes time, but what we did was to run the water in the shower together with faucet at the same until the hot water comes. No elevator although we had small luggages so not a problem at all

In terms of location, it is perfect. Close to the main streets and centre, nearby metro and bus stops. Very communicative spot with lots of stores, restaurants nearby and easy access to some of the top attractions of the city. 10/10 for the location. Hosts were kind and helpful. Rooms were clean, fresh towels are provided daily. Beds were good and comfortable. The reception halls were very nice and clean with a nice aroma of lavender.

The only thing that was kind of an off for me is that in our room the AC was not working properly. Fortunately, the weather was warm enough for December and it was not that cold in the room. Also, the walls are kind of thin and you could hear other neighbors talk but it was not that disturbing.

The stay at Plaza Goya rooms exceeded expectations. Excellent location, center, everything within walking distance. The room with a balcony is beautiful, neat and clean, regular maintenance of hygiene and changing of towels, comfortable beds. Also, friendly receptionists and an excellent entry system that ensures safety and convenience. All praises❤️

The room was super clean and fresh, the bed was really comfortable and different lighting options made it really cozy. The staff was really friendly and helpful. And it was also really cozy going to sleep while listening to the Barcelona nightlife from the street below.

I loved everything, but If you need it to be total silence at night Dont take the room with the balcony to the street. (Even though i loved going to sleep to the sound of the nightlife)

Firstly, the location was perfect it was very near with the metro station. The beds were really comfy and the towels were clean. Bathroom had everything we needed. Also the air conditioner works perfectly.

It would be a little better if they had a personal fridge inside the room. But still they have a shared fridge where you can buy drinks that you like.

Ideally located rooms that are comfy and spotlessly clean. A great place to base yourself to explore Barcelona. The room was air-conditioned and had a great shower.

The bed was a little bit too soft for our liking, being used to a firmer bed. Bit might be to some peoples liking. Could do with a small fridge in the room to keep water etc cold.

The staff was very nice and accommodating to my late arrival. The place was clean. The location to the metro was great and the bakery next door was great for breakfast. My room was spacious, comfortable and I love the tall ceilings. The bathroom was nice and spacious. If I go back to Barcelona i definitely would stay there again.

The entrance to the building could use some fresh paint because is located in an older builder and it would be nice that they put in a elevator because it only has stairs. Also, I tried to contact the hotel through the number shown through booking but it kept saying it was not in service. I arrived at midnight and the building door was closed. I was able to gain access to the building because I was buzz into building.

Good location -- 100 yards from Metro station, 3 blocks to Pjaça Catalunya. The staff were friendly and helpful. Daily maid service was great. The price was very fair. Very good for downtown Barcelona

The hotel is located on the first floor (not ground floor) of a four story building, without an elevator. We had to haul off our bags up and down two flights of stairs We booked a "tiny room" which was very appropriately named. It was very hard to move around with our luggage in the room.

The balcony was a huge bonus, perfect for two. Very close to the metro station and only a 10 minute walk to la Rambla. The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. We didn’t want to leave. Hope there’s a loyalty discount for next time!!

Really good location. Rooms are really confortable and clean. Hotel is perfect if you are in a minimalist mood - passing by the hotel to sleep and refresh. Personnel was really helpful
