Communication through booking.com excellent Check in very easy Clean studio, balcony onto main street with beach and mountain views. Very central, 2 min walk to the beach. Pool is excellent, €2 per sunbed but attendant at the pool is super, small snacks available and food is v good. All excellently ran at the pool. Baby pool with toys and main pool which is very deep. The pub across the way on the street can be loud until about 12am but it didnt really bother us. I would book pool view side of hotel for quieter night-time but location was so good with everyting on doorstop we got over the noise. Aircon is good. . We will be back, great week had.

Shower water occasionally runs hot then cold, not ideal when washing hair Pool area with grass can sometimes cause lots of grass back in room due to treading it back in on shoes. Most holiday locations we’ve used are paved/ tiled which seems cleaner Alarm went off through the night each night but think this was on the property being worked on at other side of pool so no fault of MS Pepita

The room was clean and spacious with comfy beds and a nice view. The pool is lovely and the staff are so helpful. Room gets cleaned every 2 days which is great.

You have to pay for the sunbeds by the pool and you can't just bring a towel and sit by the pool either. You also have to pay extra for WiFi too.

The location is perfect, a couple of minute's walk to the marina/beach, lots of bars, restaurants and shops around. Our room was spacious, clean with all necessary facilities and balcony. Great for couples or families. Lift to rooms. Pool available but closed due to the time of year during our visit. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Good security. Would highly recommend. Really nice layout of the rooms, very comfortable size beds all suitable for adults. If you wanted to self cater you had everything you needed including washing up! It was perfect for us, nice size bathroom too. Our only problem was we had trouble getting the shower to stay at the same temperature but our friends we went with was great to don't let that put you off! View was nice. It's really close to the harbour which is gorgeous and right near the beaches bars and shops. You have several supermarkets, some right opposite the apartments. We will definitely stay again and recommend friends.

Clean modern apt close to restaurants & marina ,buses , coffee shops etc all staff inc cleaning staff very nice .

We had an apt overlooking the street and at night the noise from the pubs impacted on our ability to sleep , no other major complaints just one tea towel which had the absorbency of a tissue , mugs too small for a decent cuppa .

The MS Pepita is in a fantastic location the rooms have everything you need . Victor, Marabella and all staff are friendly polite and very helpful. Benalmádena is a beautiful place for a family or couples holiday.

We liked everything about the property but had a few concerns about the pool area(This area is privately serviced)which needs updated( mattresses on sun beds need replaced )however we did not let that affect our stay as we have already booked to visit again

Cleanliness in the rooms, made to feel welcome om arrival. Staff at the food kiosk lovely and life guard very funny. Overall definitely would recommend and come back again.

The pool could have done with cleaning but more, loads of floaters in there put you off going into the pool, out of season 12.00 opening is bit late too as most people are up by 9.30sm

We loved the location and the garden. The availability of sunbeds was excellent.

We did not like the fact that the apartments accommodated dogs, some of which were just taken through the front door and back in again. On leaving I tried to use the toilet block to change but found that someone had showered and left a white towel lying flat on the floor soaking up the water on the floor. I know there is a notice on the back of the bedroom door stating towels should not be taken to the pool or out of the rooms but this should be monitored.

Shower temperature varies from very hot to very cold, and not as powerful as could be. Swimming pool area grass surround is very dry, would benefit from an extended tiled, decked area as more appealing to those bathing there
