The rooms were a good size with a massive bed. They were modern and very clean. The bathroom was also big. We had a large balcony overlooking the street. The pool area was also a good size with plenty of sunbeds. The bar staff were fabulous, funny & super helpful. The evening entertainment was good too. We only ate breakfast but it was well cooked with lots of choice.

The pillows were really hard and lumpy. Unfortunately we didn't realise there were some more in the wardrobe.

The location was great, short walk to the beach, the strip and the old town, the rooms were modern and were cleaned everyday. The pool area was nice with nice food served at the pool bar. Breakfast had a great selection.

The water in the shower leaked through the door causing water to go everywhere. I went on this trip with my family and friends and only some rooms were given towels for the pool and some got bigger rooms even though we had all booked the same rooms. I think the price that was charged for this hotel was very expensive when you compare to other hotels of similar standard in the area.

The location is perfect for old and new town but quiet at night. The room was excellent. Staff friendly. Seven seas bar has entertainment and discounted drinks for residents. Breakfast is good with eggs cooked to order. Cleaner came to room every day to make beds and provide fresh towels

In the first floor rooms you can only see over the balcony when standing. Shower leaks all of the floor as the door is not sealed correctly, same at previous stay on 3rd floor superior room.

The hotel was very clean and located in the heart of Benidirm close to the beach, surrounded by places to eat and a short walk to either the busy nightlife or the quieter old town. The staff were amazing and room was cleaned everyday. The pool area was relaxing and pool bar had a great choice. I would stay here again in a heatbeat.

Not much not to like here we had a few issues with air conditioning but it was us more not uderstanding how to work it.

Great location. Very clean. Friendly & helpful staff. No problem getting a sun lounger. Good selection of food for Breakfast & evening meal. Overall great atmosphere.

Poor air con in Bedroom.

We picked this hotel because it was easy to reach by car and has its own parking. It's also had a fairly recent refurb, and is close to the beach. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly, and our room was clean and smart, although a bit minimalist. We used the buffet restaurant for dinner and breakfast. I would say that the dinner was adequate, but the breakfast buffet was excellent. Overall, we were very happy with our choice of hotel.

The hotel is in a great spot with plenty of things going on around, the bedroom was very clean & the beds very comfy

We had breakfast twice & both times there was no one serving on the omelette station, people were queuing with their breakfasts going cold waiting for eggs etc, and the cook kept going AWOL. The TV in the room had quite a few English stations but only ITV worked. I thought 16euros a night to use the car park was a bit steep.

It’s a lovely place to stay. Rooms are spotless and cleaned every day with fresh towels. Breakfast was included and a choice of fruit cereals fry etc. Hotel was located at end of the strip so it was quiet by night. Room had air conditioning which is a must this time of year.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the place.

Location is fantastic, shot distance to the beach, down town. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

When we arrived there was a huge cockroach in my room. When I went to the lobby to complain about it I was given some spray to kill it. Luckily it was the only one I had in my room.
