I love this hotel. We've been several times, and it's always the first I look to for vacancies. It's an oasis in the desert, tranquillity in the sea of madness that is Benidorm, but still close enough to everything anyone could want within a few minutes walk. And the views from our balcony couldn't be beaten anywhere else in town.

Nothing, as I said, I love the place. The Brisa is a relatively small hotel in comparison to the others, so the choices at mealtimes might not be quite as expansive, but the food is of good quality and there should be enough of a choice to keep everyone happy.

The rooms were beautiful and our view was fabulous. Great location as not too noisy at night. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The shower was lovely with great temperatures and water pressure as well as being nice and big. Our balcony was perfect for the two of us, and having a fridge was useful for keeping our water cool. The safe also was easy to use. The bar was well stocked and priced, with great friendly staff. They also did pizzas during the day which were delicious.

A few things we would expect for a 4* hotel is glasses in the room. On our arrival there were 2 small plastic cups (which weren't replaced daily). It would be better to have glass, in a 4* hotel. This goes exactly the same with the plastic mugs provided, and limited tea/coffee for use. For a 3* I would understand limited tea/coffee amenities, but not for a 4*.

Overall, my stay was very enjoyable and the service, for the most part, was excellent. On one particular night, I experienced an issue with my phone not charging. I contacted the front desk, and staff responded immediately. They quickly identified that the problem was with my charger and kindly provided me with a replacement for the remainder of my stay, which I greatly appreciated. However, there was one incident that I found quite upsetting. On returning to the premises after being in the pool without a towel, I was dripping wet and, instead of being offered assistance, I was physically directed to go back outside. This response felt abrupt and inappropriate, and it did leave me quite disturbed. Despite this, I want to emphasize that this was the only negative interaction I had. The rest of the staff were polite and accommodating. For instance, on a separate day when towels were mistakenly not replaced in my room, the issue was promptly resolved after I raised it with reception. The breakfast was excellent, and I consistently had restful nights. The overall environment and hospitality made it a pleasant stay. While I did not feel it was appropriate to give the staff an “exceptional” rating due to the one negative incident, I have given them the next highest rating, as they demonstrated strong service throughout. There is definitely room for improvement in handling guest concerns with empathy, but I would still recommend this place to others. It is, on the whole, a brilliant place to stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay — the room was comfortable, spotlessly clean thanks to the housekeeping team, and I had a restful night's sleep. The hotel maintains a high standard of professionalism which I appreciated. However, I did feel that the front desk staff could be a bit more welcoming. On several occasions, they appeared more focused on their computer screens than on acknowledging guests entering the lobby. A simple greeting or eye contact would go a long way in making guests feel noticed and valued. Overall, it was a very good experience, and with a small improvement in guest engagement at reception, it could easily be outstanding.

fabulous beach front location, very quiet at night, despite being close to all the night time attractions. clearly labelled all the food in the restaurant with specific allergens.

despite advertised as pay on arrival. the hotel took a 25% deposit from credit card. when this issue was raised, I was informed it was to check credit card was working? totally unacceptable practice, when asked for it to be refunded was told my booking would be cancelled without deposit paid? reported to booking.com as this is a clear breach of their terms and conditions. be careful

The Brisa is a fairly small hotel so you might not get the same range of choices as some of the bigger hotels, but the food is of good quality and the menu varies each day, there should be a enough options to keep you happy. Where the hotel excels is that it manages to be a quiet hotel in a noisy resort. It is tranquil but within a few minutes walk of the bustling Benidorm entertainment area's, but the best part for me was opening the curtains in the morning and drinking in the views across the bay. The balcony was also a great place to chill if you feel liken you've been overdoing things (very easy to do in Benidorm)

There's nothing that I didn't like at this hotel. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Everything was clean and well maintained. Well worth the money. Next time I go to Benidorm I hope they have a room available because I'll be checking with them first.

What we liked: location (right across the beach with sunbeds & umbrellas), the staff very nice and helpful (tried to always solve our requests or questions), the food (for breakfast OK, but the highlight was the dinner - every evening something new and tasty, fish, seafood and everything that the heart desires).

The only thing we didn't like was the set up of the bathroom: the toilet, shower and sink all were in different spaces, not all in one and the allocated space was rather small.

I loved the location especially that it was so near the beach. Loved the view from room which was a first floor sea front room. Room was very nice and there was a decent fridge in the roomand also the luxury of a bath which my husband loves and is hard to find in a hotel room now. Breakfast was also decent but I did find on our first morning breakfast staff werent very helpful when asking where things were

I didnt like that there were lager louts in the room next door to us and they disturbed our sleep for 2 nights when I complained and they were told to turn down music they did so for a few minutes but turned it back up and no one came up to check on things. Its not that sort of hotel as a lot of older people stay there. That was the only real complaint we had

The room was very clean, we had a front sea view room which was wonderful and the location was excellent

We didn’t like the plastic cups in the room for tea and coffee and they didn’t replace the sachets once used. Food was poor for 4*, we had half board and only ate in the first night as we thought the selection wasn’t great. Breakfast was the same every day, very greasy. Was suprised there wasn’t a chef cooking omelettes/eggs in a morning and meat on an evening

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. If you would have had this my stay would have been 10 out of 10
