Our room was very clean with a lovely comfy bed. There was a very wide variety of food. Breakfast every morning included English sausages, baked beans and eggs. Over our 5 days we were served roast chicken, grilled chicken, braised beef, grilled pork, pork chops, paella, meatballs, king prawns, a variety of fish and a good choice of potatoes, veg and salad. Everything we ate was very nice. The desserts were pretty standard, various cakes, yogurts and fresh melon and pineapple slices were served every lunch and evening. Drinks in the dining room were reasonably priced. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

The 2 lifts are very small. 2 people with 2 cases is all they can hold. However, it wasn't a problem out of season in January.

Friendly ,not overcrowded, plenty of sunbeds .AI worth every penny, food was lovely with themed nights , drink ok just like any other AI holiday local. Spirits , only downfall are the stupid tokens, and if you lose it, you feel guilty asking for another. It's like bee a naughty school kid. Overall stay was good and we would return to the Gala Pacidia again

Property is very clean and well kept, good choice of food and enjoyed the theme nights of food. Pool area was clean and inviting. Bar staff and animation team were brilliant, we couldn't fault them and they brought us lots of laughter

Food was a little cold but they provided a microwave so solved that issue! wasn't an issue for us! A few more cocktails on the list, very limited

The staff were very helpful, the rooms are cleaned daily, the hotel is in a great location not too far from the beach and near the shops and bars. There are two pools at the hotel one that is in sun the other in shade which is fabulous for the summer heat. The water pressure was fantastic.

We were B@B so I can only comment on the breakfast, which was cold every morning, the fried eggs were curing at the ends and the yolks were hard, tinned fruit is not what I expected. The toilet paper was very thin meaning that you used more. The entertainment at night was awful.

Very friendly staff, good facilities and very clean.

The only criticism I would have is the restaurant food wasn't the hottest.

The food at hotel was very good , quality , and always fresh ,hot ,and of good variety, we had no complaints , amenities were also good , pools we did not use but noticed that surrounding area was cleaned daily , staff were always pleasant even when busy , reception were helpful , would be happy to stay here again 😊

Very clean nicely decorated. The reception staff were very helpful we arrived with our friends and they asked if we would like to be on the same floor they put us next to each other which was lovely

Really don't know where they found the coffee it was not drinkable and the juice was no better. Jam was like sauce. But plenty of choice normal type buffet breakfast

Hotel room were cleaned everyday, fresh towels provided. Hotel was a little out of the way for main bars and strip so would suit people who like that. There are plenty of shops and restaurants local to the hotel.

breakfast was nice but could of been improved with nicer quality meat products and hotter. Still perfectly fine. It was up a hill which some people may not prefer Could be a better wine selection, but again it was ok

Location,cleanliness, comfortable and helpful and friendly staff.

The fact that wasn't much going on in the day with a little music around the pool, and evening entertainment was very limited.

Very clean hotel. Food was good and hot, the staff were constantly making sure food hadn't run out, plenty to choose from. Good breakfast serving black pudding. Their soups were amazing, nice selection of deserts on offer too. All staff members appear happy and really friendly. 2 pools on different levels, both very well looked after. very close to the nightlife (3 min walk). strip not too far away if that's your thing.
