Good location only a 5 min walk to the beach, 10 mins to the old town and 10 mins to the show bars. The suite was a good size with a large balcony and a sea view between the buildings. The pool was a good size and no problem getting a sun bed until mid morning when there were suddenly lots of towels but no people. We had half board and the food was good. The reception staff were very helpful. We used the Alsa bus from Alicante airport which stops a few minutes walk from the hotel.

There was no complimentary tea and coffee in the room. The 7.30pm start of dinner service was late for us. Towels holding beds was annoying.

Location of the hotel is perfect: just minute walk to the beach, on the Strip, but it is not too noisy, also only short walk to Old Town. We had Junior Suite: perfect room with spacious balcony. The hotel has two swimming pools, which are clean and not overly crowded - there are more swimmers only at certain times (between 10 and 13 and between 17 and 19). There are enough sunbeds available. The pool is open from 9 am to 9 pm, it is in the shade in the morning, then in the sun all day. The hotel also offers a variety of animation for all ages, from animations at the pool to evening events. Animator by the pool (aqua gym, pool volleyball, various other games) is amazing and very funny. The maintenance staff is also good: when we accidentally locked the safe, they came to fix the problem within 5 minutes. Hotel guests are mostly Spaniards.

Problems with the elevator in the building where the suites are. The elevator broke down twice, but was quickly fixed. Closing the room door - the door cannot be closed quietly, it has to be slammed.

I loved my stay at los alamos. The location was perfect for exploring benidorm, right in the heart of the action. The staff were very friendly and helpful and always seemed to be happy. Our room was comfortable, clean and had good air conditioning. The pool area was nice and relaxed with plenty of space to chill out. The food and drinks were reasonably priced. I would definitely come back to los alamos again as I am a frequent visitor to benidorm. This hotel was given as a recommendation and it was a good one.

Fantastic location close to beach / old town and on very edge of new town . Very clean welcoming and friendly towels changed everyday if you want them and you can pay a refundable deposit for pool towel and for a euro have that changed .lovely wellbeing pool and larger swimming pool asked for kettle and it was in are room within 10 mins also free safe . plenty of selections at breakfast and very clean

Evening entertainment only in Spanish , mainly Spanish staying there slow service at bars

The property itself was in a good location. Walk left or right as soon as you come out the entrance doors and your in the heart of it. And most best, you don't get no noise from the surrounding bars/restaurants, they are just far enough. Staff were very accommodating and I arrived 3 hours early and the lady behind the desk checked me in no problems.

Only thing is that there was no coffee facilities in the room.

Hotel is spotlessly clean and in a good central location for beach and old town. We had a very late check in and staff had kindly left beautiful salads in dining room. Breakfast was good with enough choice to suit all. Dinner was mostly Spanish menu but not a problem as plenty of good cheap restaurants around if you want something different. Room for 3 people was spacious with great air conditioning. Rooms cleaned every day with fresh towels and bed linen changed every other day I think. Pool area good, very clean with plenty of sun beds

Booked this hotel on a whim, the price was cheap, but pictures online looked good. Well the room was perfect for us! We only stayed room only, and didn’t use any of the hotel facilities other than staying in our room. We went out for our meals and drinks, so can’t comment on them at the hotel. But for being away for the end of the Cheltenham races and Paddy’s day the hotel was very quiet. Our last day (Mon 18th March) we sat by the pool for the last bit of sun before our transfer to airport and there was no one at the pool at all, I’ve never stayed anywhere so quiet around the pool area in my life for all the days we were there. It’s close enough to the strip without it being too close to all that noise. It really was the perfect location. Cleaner came in everyday and she was very friendly, very nice lady.

This hotel was fabulous. Amazing staff and great location beside the beach and old town. The staff always went over and beyond. We were a group of 15 ranging from age 80 to 20 celebrating a 60th birthday and we all had the best time here. The hotel was so so clean and there was always plenty of variety in the resturant. We were all inclusive and it was amazing. We will definitely be back. Thankyou Los Alamos and all the staff for the cake, the balloons and for making our stay so special. We didnt want to leave.

The location of hotel los alamos is amazing, it is along the same road as the main strip, so is easy to find on your way home, but is far enough out that you can't hear any noise from there, there's a lovely set of restaurants and bars 30 seconds in either left or right, I found the staff, friendly helpful and accomodating, we were a bunch of lads in our early 20's and have been to known to experience hostility from apprehensive staff, however at Hotel Los Alamos they were nothing but friendly, helpful and accomodating, I had a lovely sized froom, as did all my friends, everyone had good views either of the street or pool from their rooms. the beds were comfier and room was clean upon arrival, I'd defintely reccomend this hotel and would happily stay again if I was to return to Benidorm.

All meals are diversified and okay for the price. You get what you pay. Less than 10 minutes walk to the beach, quiet space but near to pubs, restaurants and bars; Staff were very pleasant all the time. It was my second time there and I hope there will be a third.

Bathroom smelled and the shower door didn't close tight. I was able to manage the smell by keeping the room refrigerated and the barthroom door closed.
