I've just got back from a week and had a great time, chilling and catching up with friends. I stayed in the Magic Villa Benidorm. I know it can get some negative feedback so I want to big it up. I can honestly say I was not disappointed! Is it a little dated? Yes. Do the rooms have balconies? No. Does any of that matter? No. There's a lovely pool area, a rooftop sun terrace and a bar with lots of tables outside. Was it value for money? Absolutely, yes! The room was spacious, clean, well equipped (TV, kettle, fridge, hairdryer, safe ) Bed was comfy and the water pressure in the shower was spot on. Breakfast was great. A good choice and served till 11am. All the staff were really friendly and helpful too. Well done Magic Villa Benidorm!

Oh, what a *delightful* stay at this charming relic of a hotel! 10/10 for sheer nostalgic perfection. The decor? A glorious time capsule from the 1970s, complete with mustard-yellow wallpaper and shag carpets that whisper tales of disco nights gone by. Yet, miraculously, it’s spotless—someone’s clearly been polishing this vintage gem with love. The vibe screams Fawlty Towers, with beds on balcony’s and a receptionist with a moustache it’s Pure comedy gold. The pièce de résistance? A dead pigeon gracing my balcony like a feathered art installation—nature’s way of saying, “Welcome to character-building luxury!” Honestly, I’d book again just to see what other surprises this masterpiece delivers. Bravo!

Just back from a weeks holiday booked last minute and booked this hotel. After reading reviews I was a bit nervous as the reviews were shocking! I was very pleasantly surprised. Rooms were dated but spotlessly clean staff were lovely and checkin etc was very straightforward. Pool was spotless and I seen the guys every morning cleaning pool and at night cleaning pool area. Sunbeds were never a problem pool opens at 10am so no mad rushing early in morning. Breakfast was great nice hot food with great variety to suit everyone. The location was fantastic very close to everything and nightlife. Air con in rooms with kettle fridge hairdryer all you need. Always hot water and the shower itself had great pressure after a day in the pool it was great to be able to take a good shower. Maids clean room as often as you like u just put door hanger on. Overall a great experience and I’ve learnt not to go on negative reviews see for yourself.

Only thing is a snack bar at pool or bar area would be great although plenty of eating places and shops close by.

I loved the central location of the hotel. The room was excellent and overlooked the pool. The cleaners were thorough and friendly. The reception staff helped to make sure we had booked the shuttle bus on return home as I couldn't get through myself online. He sorted it for me. The breakfast was delicious. Buffet style with hot and cold choice. The pool is great for all ages and the music made it nice abit like smooth fm so wasn't too loud and relaxing. The room was cleaned daily with fresh bedding and towels.

The room was fabulous although a little dated. The room had a plug one side and a switch for above lights on otherside so I had control of lights myself but could only charge phone my mums side. But was fine.you don't have a balcony on higher floors only first floor but can open windows fully. So wasn't a prob. The bar wasn't so inviting and was a bit small but adequate. It's a euro deposit for the plastic cups for round the pool. Another holiday maker said her room was noisy and she was on lower floor at front. So I guess that being in the centre of all that Benidorm has to offer, I would say go to the high floors overlooking pool to get a good night's sleep.

Great location. Food was varied and plentiful. Was in a reasonable condition throughout

They had booked in about 50 young lads for a football tournament. They disobeyed most of the rules. Diving in the pool from adjacent walls. Walking throughout the hotel in their wet clothes leaving floors etc in a dangerous condition. Generally very rowdy

The hotel was a really nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the aircon and it was fixed straight away. The hotel might be dated for some people but I would definitely stay again as there is everything you need. Considering it's next to Morgans bar you think you would hear noise but heard nothing. Loved the size of the rooms as friends were staying in other hotels and our room was fair bigger than theirs. The mini fridge was brilliant we were able to get a big bottle of water in there and was nice and cool to have when coming back from the bars or restaurants. TV was good as loads of different channels to pick from. The location was really good and felt so safe especially at night with security being at the front when you came back. The view out over the pool was lovely. The bathroom was perfect having a bath and shower was lovely as not many places have that options anymore. I would definitely stay again and would recommend the hotel to anyone.

Only thing would be have more than one plug in the room as a couple it wasn't too much of an issue but families may need more

We were moved to their sister hotel Magic Rock Gardens. Lovely rooms. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Plenty of food for all meals and snacks. Lovely outdoor area by the pool with plenty of sun beds. 2 minute walk to beach. Entertainment was good but could have lasted longer.

Up a very steep hill, so not good for anyone with a heart condition or breathing difficulties when walking. Although a cab up is only €3.50 day and €5.50 after midnight.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Magic Villa de Benidorm and I cannot say enough good things about the service I received, particularly from the receptionist, Alberto From the moment I walked through the doors, Alberto greeted me with a warm and genuine smile that made me feel right at home. Throughout my stay, Alberto went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. Whether it was providing insightful recommendations for local dining options, assisting with transportation arrangements, or simply engaging in pleasant conversation, their dedication to excellent customer service was evident.

The beds were comfortable the cooked breakfast was excellent.

The choice of cereals.Got to be the worst quality I've ever experienced in Benidorm.Noticed other guest brought there own cereals with them.The hotel must see that very few people were eating them.
