The hotel in general was excellent, and I liked the location. Check in was super quick and easy with very friendly and helpful reception staff. My room was modern, comfortable, with everything I needed and a nice view from the fifth floor. I loved the electronic safe in the room and also the lighting. The food was really first class and it never got boring, always something new and plenty of choices. Staff in the restaurant were very pleasant, helpful and kind. All in all it was a fantastic stay at the Poseidon Resort.

There isn't much I didn't like about the hotel. Maybe a larger TV would have been nice, but that's only a minor detail.

Spacious comfortable room with good balcon & views. Breakfast & dinner buffets were with wide selection . I complimented the kitchen staff. but could not see a place to leave a tip for them. The dining room staff were very helpful & welcoming, especially to a loner.

Room 1404 did have some tiny insects in bathroom & bedroom. The spa pool & jacuzzi were very good but power could be saved when noone using them. The jacuzzi should have a timer on it. Even the swimming pool pumps were running full blast at 1am when I returned one night. With bathroom linen do you not have a policy of asking guests to leave towels in the bath if they wish them changed?. I was only there 4 nights .

Stayed for one night as needed access to a hairdryer and iron as apartment we had been staying in had neither. Check was great did the online check in first, receptionist Rocio was so lovely, friendly and helpful. Room was great on the 11th floor nice and clean comfy beds two complimentary bottles of water. Breakfast was really nice lots of variety from full cooked to pastries and meats, staff all very friendly. Was able to safely store our bags when we checked out and use of changing room. Only small issue was no irons available for us to use as all had been hired out till the morning. Great hotel would definitely stay again. Would like to give Rocio a big shout out and thank you, very professional and friendly lady fantastic customer service 😊 thank you

I loved their attention to details. Our room temperature was perfect when we arrived, they turned the AC on, a little before our arrival and we really appreciated that. The location is just perfect! The swimming pools are amazing! Great breakfast too. We paid for the parking but it was really nice that it was available.

The fridge didn’t have a freezer. There were not so many options for breakfast (no variety in fruits&vegetables, just some tomatoes and a salad; there was English breakfast but nothing Spanish - Jamon Serrano or local foods). No allergens mentioned.

Beautiful hotel and pool. Staff friendly and helpful. About 15 min walk to centre but we wanted to be in a quiet part. Only 5 min walk to beach to nearest bars. Plenty of sunbeds and parasols. There was work being done on pool area but it didn't stop us enjoying the sun and we got complimentary drink for the inconvenience. Breakfast was nice- usual continental, fruit, yoghurt, hot, fresh croissants baked on site. Definitely recommend and go back.

Found it strange not to have stairs just lifts, as would have liked the excercise now and again😁. But otherwise nothing to dislike

location was a few minutes walk from bars and restaurants, but still in a fairly quiet area. We hired a couple of Ebikes from Marco Polo's which were a brilliant way to get around. Staff were all very helpful. The bedroom was large, very comfortable very clean and had all the amenities you would expect, including a fridge. The shower/toilet was also large and very clean. Plenty of room outside to sit with some sun loungers, and a fair sized swimming pool. Very large bar/entertainment area and a very large restaurant, with an amazing variety of breakfast options. We only experienced the restaurant for breakfast. Lots of room in the public areas and 3 lifts to get you to your rooms. Plenty of room outside the the main entrance to park your mobility scooters/ebikes should you need to. Private car park as well.

Not a lot. During the very busy periods, staff were a little slow keeping up with replacing breakfast items that had run out. But, this was on a very busy morning. Equally, the chef trying to keep up with demand for fried eggs was dispatching them almost raw. The bar area although large had a very limited selection of beer. In fact I believe only Amstel and that wasn't all that good. But don't let that put you off. This is 3 star hotel and I've stayed in worse 4 stars.

I have stayed hear many times before .you get what you pay for .lovely size rooms in winter time lovely and worm. best location in Benidorm as it is right on centro .so easy to get to old town and new town .all the buses pass hear . but if you are a fussy eater i would recommended you eat out . if you get transfer too the Hotel they will drop you off at Poseidon Palace .walk through the Hotel to the lifts .go to - 1 floor walk past the swimming pool to the Poseidon Resort Hotel.

restaurant .food could be better .

The location was great for walking into the old town. The pools are great. Plenty of lifts. Two complimentary bottles of water were a nice thing to have . The balcony was a nice size with a pull out clothes dryer. The room was very clean, and the maid service was daily. Several English restaurants/bars nearby.

The room was on the small side but not too bad. The shower was over bath and in need of updating. We were unaware of work in hotel which was quite loud at times.

stayed here for one night so we could go out in benidorm and the hotel did not disappoint! central location, spacious rooms and our request to have rooms next to each other was also met so can’t complain and would definitely return!

only issue we had was finding our room, we were given room number but not told which floor it was on, but other than that, all was perfect!

Staff very helpful and friendly. Spotlessly clean. Perfect location for venturing out and about because the majority of local buses stop 2 minutes away. Easy to walk to both the old town, rincon area and beach front. Very good selection of food at breakfast time.

The queues for the tea and coffee machines was ridiculous, sometimes 6 or 7 people waiting at each machine. They need more barrister machines to ease guests stay.
