We liked how spacious the rooms were, everything was clean, modern and fresh. The staff were very welcoming and the reception staff couldn’t do enough for you. Nice choice of 3 different pools to use depending on what sort of holiday vibe you like.

There wasn’t a huge selection of food at breakfast, lunch or dinner & nothing amazing to write home about therefore probably not worth doing all inclusive because there are so many good food options in Cala d’or itself, if this is something that’s accessible for you.

This is an excellent 4 star hotel, located over looking the Mediterranean Sea. It has everything you want, big and comfortable apartments, friendly and helpful staff, great food options. It is a smaller hotel which for me is even better, with beautiful open courtyards and stunning flora. The hotel was near a local beach or travel by bus to Cala Mondragó or Cala D’or for more choice. One very big plus was we could go out to the local beaches for the morning and still be back in time for a late lunch (finished at 3pm). For the price I couldnt fault it all and can’t wait to go back next year

The weather wasn’t great , it rained for 5 days out of 7 in August! But the entertainment team didn’t give up hope

A well-thought-out hotel. You will be able to have a quite and cozy room as well as one in the center of all activities. Btw, we really loved room layout, for family of 3 we had enough space. Also worth mentioning - separate bedroom with possibility to fully block sunlight in the mornings was crucial for us. Staff is extremely helpful and supportive. Food may vary day to day, from "acceptable" to "delicious", but definitely you'll not starve. Im really glad that we've selected this hotel for 12 days vacation.

Maybe some general refreshment should be considered in the nearest future. Other than that, some really micro adjustments - improve quality of coffee a bit, don't turn off coffee machines for lunch in restaurant, people like to have a cup in the early afternoon after the food you know. And turn on cola-fanta-sparkling water machines for breakfest :)

Beautiful resort. Great facilities. Loved our comfy beds and sea view apartment. Realised they had all inclusive packages too when we got there. Receptionists spoke very good English and was very polite. Loved our 3 nights stay in cala d'or

Noise at night due to shows and performances. Request room further away from main stage if you can. They have buffet food however the oil they use is smelly and causes indigestion so eat out if you can. Lots of shops and restaurants near by. And oh! Tap water tasted like so salty and smelt so bad no one told us if it was drinkable or not. Partner got sick with gastro after drinking literally a sip and brushing his teeth with it. Get bottled water to avoid this

Amazing location and the sea view was beautiful. Adults pool was lovely. Really good entertainment. Literally witnessed a man on a unicycle with a man juggling on his shoulders. Axel and Fabi were so fun poolside too :)

Food was standard all inclusive buffet. Some days were much better than others. Still great service from the staff though!

Beautiful setting with great views. Evening entertainment was fun. Pools were great but hard to get sunlounge. It seems many people leave everything there and take off for hours which is annoying. Reception staff were very helpful when needed.

No plug, cloth or sachet of dishwashing liquid for sink. No milk for tea/coffee We had a number of issues with the keycard for the door.

We didn’t realise the suites were broken into 4 separate areas away from the hotel, which was lovely and quiet for us, but we selected a top floor thinking there would be a lift. When we arrived midday, we had 3 suitcases to get up 3 flights of stairs. Thankfully a very fit and able housekeeper was there to help us.

The staff are very friendly and very helpful. I have reported something is not right in the room and they send someone to fix it immediately. Also, they are very sweet to send me a bottle of sparkling wine for my birthday surprise. So nice of them. They have 2 pools both of them facing the oven is stunning. Location is good as well less then 10mins drive you can be in Cala dor centre.

The room has a bit of humidity and has a strong wastewater smell.

Superb location, spectacular view to the see, spacious apartement, comfy beds, nice and renewed bathrooms. Pool is great, big and deep enough. The relax pool ( only for adults) is a great idea!

Kitchenette is sparsely equipped, not suitable for self catering. If the hotel offers accomodation with self-catering possibility and mini-kitchen, it should be more equipped. Gym could also be more equipped.

The hotel was lovely and quiet- good relaxed vibe. Staff were excellent- very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious, and restaurant wasn't too busy on the later of the 2 services (which we selected).

A/C was a little weak and didn't really do a lot in the room- but thankfully outside was not too warm. Often certain food items in the restaurant would run out and it would take a while for things to be replaced (on 2 occasions there were no dessert options left after 9.30pm)
