The gardens create a magic sanctuary. The buffet breakfast and lunches at the beach restaurant were delicious and substantial. The elegant four course dinners were accompanied by live music (piano, violin). The staff are enthusiastic about making the guests happy. You feel part of the "Bonsol Family". The art around the hotel has been collected for years- you discover something fascinating in every corner. The sea view from our room in the main building was stunning.

Looks even better in person, Amazing place to plot up all day and relax. Lovely beach a few minutes walk for a great lunch too! Staff were so lovely and helpful. Would definitely recommend and hope to go back in the future.

Restaurants close by closed around 9pm. So went into Palma city for dinner and the food was delicious!

Everything was great. The entourage, the people, the beach, how everything is organized. The food was great - fine dining / true restaurant level cuisine, great pleasure. Were were traveling with a 5 month old baby, for the first time ever. Such trips are a challenge in general, but thanks to great experience at Bon Sol, we were still able to enjoy the beach and the sea and have great time with our little one.

As they say, one bad apple can spoil the whole bushel - it also works in hotel staff as well. There were a couple of waiters a d bartenders who really didn't know what they were doing and that spoiled experience quite a bit. I would not even notice them in any other situation, but everything is great - you star paying more attention to small things that are not perfect.

Stunning location, excellent food. Staff were lovely and super friendly - everyone seems happy in their jobs. The beach restaurant is a great location with brilliant food and great staff. Staff could not do enough. And the beach area has an old record player playing old tunes - often old Spanish singers which gives you a fabulous retro vibe. A real change from having entertainment staff playing Euro pop or mini disco music

Dinner was busy with one restaurant (beach) far better than the main hotel. If you didn’t book well in advance, you could miss out. The evening singers were not great. You have to reserve sunbeds to get any sun which makes the mornings stressful. The staff were good at finding spots for those who missed out though. Invest in pool shoes as the beach is very rocky

The breakfast was outstanding. Lovely fresh and a wide variety of produce. Omelette and eggs cooked to order. This family run hotel and we got to experience the hospitality of Martin the owner and his family who were always interested in having a conversation with you and ensuring you were happy.

The gym is tired and could do with an upgrade. There is only one, very old ironing room, with one iron,for the entire hotel. We would have appreciated having an ironing room in our section.

Food and restaurants were wonderful. Service was excellent. Drinks at the bar and restaurant wine were reasonably priced. Plenty of sunbeds and all the public areas were un crowded. Heated pool was a lovely temperature. Didn't use the gym but it looked well equipped Our room was spacious and the balcony large enough for the four of us to sit and have a drink before dinner. All together a great holiday experience..

Very small point - we looked at mini golf area and although we didn't use it we thought it looked tired and overgrown and generally unloved. We would also choose a lower floor room next time we stay to ovoid having to use two tunnels each time we visited the swimming pool/beach area - but to be honest it wasn't that much of a problem and I'm 83!

I loved the luxury and the charm of the hotel, the organic soap, shampoo and body cream provided in the bathroom, the room was very big and cozy with a spectacular sea view from the balcony. My favourite was the little cove to go to swim into the sea. The main building is very nicely decorated. I also loved the sustainable ways of operating the daily life and the drinking water machines available at every floor. Since there are only few average quality eating options in the area the personnel suggests to also include halfboard or fullboard with your stay although it might get a bit boring. The Illetes area is very quiet, there is no promenade or nice roads to go for a walk, you will basically spend your whole days in hotel`s territory: beach and pool/sea during the days, bar and dinner in the evenings. Or you could go to Palma to explore and have dinner there.

The description said that coffee-tea making possibilities are availbale in every room but I did not have that. On the last day it occured to me that I could actually ask for that: the kettle was kindly and quickly delivered to my room but it was plastic kettle and the smell of plastic was so very strong and repelling that I did not want to use it. Suggestion: Please use stainless steel kettle! It would be a nice addition to hotel`s other sustainable and healthy features! The reading lamp was available for bedtime only. The couch and arm chair area were pretty dark for reading.

Such a cute hotel! I have absolutely no complaints, truly. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The WiFi is exceptional. The staff were polite and helpful! The location was quaint, quiet. What I loved most about the hotel was the cove, hard to find a hotel with its own direct access to the beach, that was really pleasant! You’ll see in other reviews that the food is not great and that this hotel attracts a lot of older people — I found this not to be a problem and only added the quaint aesthetic of the hotel. There many food options in the area if the hotel’s dining options don’t suit you. Would to come back in the near future!

Did not know that y’all had live music going so late at night, my 1st night it was loud so the 2nd night of my stay, I ventured downstairs to see where all the noise was coming from! :) no worries! it was cute. <33

The food is amazing especially the choice on the salad bar and loads of options for dinner even for vegans. The staff are super helpful and friendly. The private beach is lovely Love the rooms with all the amenities kettle soap shampoo etc Bath robe, beach towels, slippers and a safe

The WiFi is very weak and intermittent around the hotel so I just paid for roaming daily
