I booked for my mom and dad as I stayed here last year. My parents are elderly and the reception were very accommodating to putting them on the 1st floor so than you for that. The location is so central also and it makes it easier for them. We will be booking here next year for my mom’s celebration of 80 and all our family are going 😁

Fabulous location, exceptionally clean, no issues with beds around the pool. Third year staying at these apartments, same staff each year.

Nothing not to like!

Clean bright and modern looking. Nice pool area. Friendly and helpful staff. The location is perfect for access to beaches and shops and restraunts. The facilities in the room were good in terms of kitchen and shower etc. T.v's were modern and equipped with YouTube and Netflix etc which was good with a small child present. Overall very happy.

Only thing the room didn't have which would be handy was a sweeping brush or a dust pan and brush, just for loose sand/crumbs. The cleaning staff are great and give it a good clean everyday so it never gets too bad in fairness.

Wonderful location. Close to the sea and evening walk or morning run, and places to eat. Clean long beach area. The hotel is very clean, with nice interior design, pleasant colours in a room and lobby, with kitchen facilities. There is a good shop uphill in 5 min distance with good choice of options for quick cook in a room 🍳. Beds are very comfortable, which provides a baby sleep 😴 . A bus stop to Palma or airport in 2 min walk. The pool area is also comfortable and clean, very quiet to lie there with a book. I definitely recommend 👌

This was our second stay here and it was exactly as we had enjoyed last year, this is a small complex which offers relaxed first class accommodation kept immaculately clean by the cleaning staff., it is ideally located just around the corner from the end of the strip that leads on to Magaluf, about a 10-15 minute walk away. The complex offers little by way of entertainment other than low key music around the pool by day, there is a a snack and bar service which is used by day but not so in the evenings. For anyone looking for a well kept spotlessly clean and relaxing environment, without the perils of the pool and towel race every morning, this is it, sun lounger hogging just doesn't seem to happen here. There is a €10 per towel refundable deposit along with a non refundable charge of €2 per towel, this is no bad thing as it is silly to see where the supply of "free" pool towels results in never ending exchanges of towels just because you can do so at no apparent cost.

The girl I was dealing with at reception was very welcoming. She made a great first impression for when I arrived and was very helpful with any questions I had. Similarly the gentleman I dealt with on check out and who organised me a taxi to the airport was so helpful. The rooms were very spacious and clean. AC worked a treat. Everything was easy to use and it had everything that you could want. But the best thing about this was location. I was here as a solo traveller and so safety is a massive thing for me and the location couldn't have been better. Close to beach, close to restaurants. Ideal.

The walls were a little thin. I might have been unlucky, but there was a child in the room next to me that was extremely loud. So this did wake me a couple of times across the few nights stay. Luckily I just rolled over and went back to sleep but it could have been more annoying.

Lovely room, clean and tidy. Very modern. With it being so close to late night bars we were surprised at just how quiet the rooms were. Really good location right near the beach too. Staff were great especially Tracey who guided us to going for an unforgettable meal!!

The only thing I would call a fault would be around the pool area, the decking is painted a dark colour and with the heat being 33 degrees+ it got extremely hot and uncomfortable to walk on!

The place was really wonderful. I heard and read a few reviews about noise around hotel and from the neighbors, but in fact I didn't have any problem with that. Place is quiet and nearest bar closes their doors after 11 p.m. so loud music couldn't be heard from outside. Apartment was really clean and hotel stuff did their job really good, so every evening we came back to the apartment like in the first day. Everything was like on the picture so there were not any surprises. Also I want to notice that Palmanova beach is really good. Water clean, many restaurants around and not so many people. Bus stop is also not far from hotel, so you can drive to the supermarket like Mercadona in literally 5 minutes.

The place is almost perfect, but I had problem with shower. In some reason water pressure was not so good and temperature was changing all the time, like 3 seconds cold and 5 seconds warm and then 2 seconds really hot and all over again. I asked hotel stuff to fix it but without any success. Also I didn't have a good knife on the kitchen witch is really strange. We got small and not sharp knife so we barely could use it and that was annoying. And another detail. I think it could be really nice to have salt or little oil on the kitchen. With the price we pay, I think, that we should have it.

The staff was incredibly kind, always smiling and ready to help, we had a great stay! Super clean, close to the beach, supermarket, bus stop, and bars/restaurants but at the same time very quite. Also, we have really appreciated that we could leave the luggage and have a shower after checking out from our room such that we could enjoy the beach until the very last moment on the day when we left. Spotless clean. Modern. Great staff and location.

Various age groups. However larger groups arrived for weekend playing music of their taste around pool not considering others relaxing. Mayb notices around poolside not allowing this but hotel playing own poolside music. If aiming for younger age group it should be stated .
