It is well situated in the city, with most things a reasonable walk away, or a cheap taxi ride. The rooms are large, as is the bed, which was very comfortable. The walk in shower was excellent and there were plenty of products. Every day, on cleaning the maid left 2 cartons of water, 2 small Kit Kats and 2 packets of crisps or something similar. There was a kettle with coffee and tea products, with free coffee in the foyer. The staff were very helpful. A good stopover hotel for a night or for longer is recommended.

Nothing about the property, bur being a city location there is no free parking. The hotel charges €15 a night for parking in their underground garage, and for peace of mind, it is a good option.

Good sized room, big comfortable bed, quiet and efficient air conditioning, complimentary coffee and water machines, good breakfast, good location, good quality bathroom gels. Appreciated the relaxing areas on each floor, a nice touch and place to enjoy the complimentary coffee.

Would have liked cold milk (not warm) for my cereal, it really does make a difference! No low fat yogurt option. Would have preferred a staff member to advise me of the free breakfast option in lieu of a room clean instead of finding out with a chance glance at the TV in reception.

Great location, lovely clean and super efficient hotel. This was down to the staff who were all excellent, professional and very friendly and happy to help with everything. We had a lovely’s stay here for the week whilst visiting the area and would definitely stay again. Breakfast options and coffee were excellent but it was the friendly and hard working staff that went the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our stay. 😊

The staff were very nice & helpful. The location is very good, few minutes walk to the main square where there are clothing shops and all the restaurants, icecream shops & coffee shops. However I was shocked to find 1 dirty stinky towel & pillow on the top shelf in the closet. The room doesn't have any view like in the photo. It faces other residential buildings. There was also renovation in the hotel reception & lobby area, which I was not informed of. But they compensated us with a goody bag every morning, although I have booked without breakfast, and the best part is that there were 2 coffee machines where you can get free coffee, hot chocolate, cappucino as much as you want. Also the AC on the lowest stand was not cooling good enough. All in all for the €135 I paid for 2 nights for twin bedroom I loved it, and the bed was very comfy. I would definitely book again if I ever revisit Cartagena. I fell in love with this magical & historical city.

Excellent location, right in the centre of Cartagena. The staff were welcoming and very helpful, giving simple instructions regarding the underground car park - excellent value and safety for €15 overnight. The air-conditioned room was spotlessly clean and the the super king sized beds extremely comfortable. Proper bath was a bonus.

Tea and coffee facilities in the room would be welcome, although these are available free of charge from machines in the lobby (good coffee). Corridors a bit dark, could be a problem for some people. No glasses in the bathroom.

Iin spite of their reply only days before my arrival that they offer parking space this was not the case ! We were kindly informed that the hotel parking was shut and we needed to go at an expendive parking nearby, where we got a discount but payed a lot more. This price combined with the hotel price made it far less interesting to book. For those interested in booking because of the parking option, look for alternatives because they rip you of.

The location perfect, its in city center! Promenade is 10mins away by foot. Supermarket 5mins away. The beach is 10mins away with car.

The staff, they didnt speak english. I think its mandatory to speak and understand english in hotel reception ;) + pillows like sausages, there were no extra in closet. The parking is in public parking garage (and very expensive) since the hotel doesnt have one.. Street parking is always full and after 3 hours you have to come back to re-pay to extend it.

The room was humongous, and the location of the Hotel is perfectly situated in the city center within walking distance of all you need to see or what to do. Great underground parking just around the corner, so the usual hassle of trying to find a spot for your car doesn't apply :)

The location of this hotel is excellent, about 10 minutes walk through the main shopping/eating precinct to the harbour. The staff at reception were wonderfully helpful. kind and informative. We were able to park in the very convenient hotel car park building. The bed was comfortable with good bedlights and the shower was great with Dove toiletries. It’s a good, basic hotel to which I’d happily return.

This hotel is very pet friendly. We travel a lot with our dog and this is the first hotel we have been where they give you a welcome gift bag for the dog. That was a very nice surprise. Dogs are also allowed in one part of the breakfast area, witch is very positive and not common in other hotels we have been to. The rooms are big and the staff was very nice and helpful.
