We come at least 2x to Portocolom - and I was really happy this time. We had room 206 - which was more spacious. We were the ones who thought we booked until monday but it was until sunday. So even with our mistake the staff was friendly and Hugo relocated us to another hotel. The hotel is basic and clean and the connected restaurants are so good! Location is for me the best. Not too crowded - feels more local. Best Beach S'Arenal 40 min by feet. I like the breakfast as buffet - good value for the money!

Spacious rooms, with good Internet connecting. Everything is just straight forward. There is not A/C fee or deposit for remote or stuff like that. The mini Hotel is ran from the restaurant by the sea, which looks super charming.

The rooms are a bit basic, but it didn't bother me. Oh and there is no elevator, so prepare to do some suitcase lifting

I do really satisfied with my stay by HPC Porto Colom. Clean and tidy room, with your own bathroom. Working stuff is ready to help, very friendly and polite. The atmosphere of working stuff giving you good vibes, they did make me feel cozy during my stay. The food in a restaurant by HPC is delicious and fresh, i am impressed with deliciousness of seasonal fish and really good spanish cuisine. I am very thankful to all the HPC Porto Colom Team for accompanying me during my vacation.

Lovely place for the money paid, especially in the off-season. The on-site restaurant is good, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Overall, you get a bit more than expected for the low price.

Stayed during the off-season, so it was very quiet—possibly too quiet for some. Soundproofing isn’t great, which might bother light sleepers.

Everything was great! The hostel is located so close to the bus station. Alberto met us (thanks a lot to Alberto!) and we made a check in a little bit earlier than 2 pm. The room was so nice and clean, and personal was wery helpful. We were at restaurant HPC for breakfasts and they have a big range of food in a menu, so you won't stay hungry.

Nice room, super breakfast, well situated in town / on the seafront, nice people working there, very helpful

Suggestion : put water cooker in the room. Ask guest if ok with changing towels and cleaning only every 3rd day (or so). Saves water/detergent/work , helps the environment. Provide information on bus or shuttle transport to airport. Thank you

Breakfast was good, the room was very clean only negative was it’s a bit dated.

I’m not good with stairs and I emailed before trip for a room low down, we were given a second floor room so I struggled a bit with the stairs

I was given a suite as the hotel had muddled bookings. It was a lovely airy room. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. Staff in the hotel were mainly very helpful

The air con remote was very complicated and I couldn’t find a YouTube to help me get it going. Then a member of staff helped me. There was no drinking water as the tap never ran cold and only presented a dribble of cloudy warm to hot water. At night you could only get really hot water out of our taps. So we had to buy water for everything including at table. I’m sure you used to be able to drink Mallorquian tap water but we always had to pay for water wherever we went. Also, no effort to recycle; all the rubbish went into the same bin

The room was great; comfortable and clean. The restaurant was excellent, a high looking fancy restaurant with delicious pizzas at a very good price. The staff was very kind.
