Great location near the marina and old town. Quiet streets. Liked the rooftop bar, which is where the fabulous breakfast was served. Mixed bag of staff - mostly amazing, a few grumpy or inefficient.

The wind up/down blinds are very noisy and unless I missed it, there was no a/c that we could control in the room, or tea/coffee making facilities. It looked and felt more like a 3-star hotel then a 4-star but the price and location more than made up for that.

The room was spacious and warm, the communication with the staff was very pleasant and friendly. Adding the parking was very easy and we appreciated the loading/unloading free parking hotel spot. Everything was pretty straightforward. Complementary bottles of water and some sweets were a nice touch. Breakfast is ok and the view from the breakfast space was lovely.

The room needed a bit of refreshment, the mattress/bed was loud and a bit noisy but this is truly nitpicking.

Location on the waterfront is excellent. Had a view of the bay. Mattress firm and comfortable. Staff extra friendly. Breakfast was fine, but considering the spread, should probably have been included in overall price.

Vigo is a pretty raucous town. Restaurants on the street were lively until 2am. Great for partying, not so much for resting. But we also loved that the folks in Vigo were so boisterously happy.

Really appreciate the guidance and helpfulness of the front desk staff! And we wish we had taken advantage of the hotel breakfasts earlier in our stay. It was very good and better than a couple of restaurants we tried.

The outdoor rooftop bar was lovely, but too cold for us in December. We wish that the lighting inside the bar was more ambient (dimmer) and less like an operating room.

Lovely rooftop bar and restaurant and the breakfast was very good. The room was a substantial size. It was easy to get to the train station for trips out of Vigo.

The soundproofing is minimal. It wasn't the fault of the hotel but the family next door were ridiculously loud and I did have to go and speak to them to ask them to quieten down.

Loved the location, superior double room had a lovely view. Roof top bar was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent parking.

Would have liked a kettle in the room. Coffee machine was excellent & reception happy to supply more coffee pods

This was one of our favourite stops on the Camino! Pictures don’t do it justice, or maybe images just haven’t been updated. Stunning place, friendly, rooftop bar was lovely. Made us want to return to Vigo for more than one night!

Netflix didn’t work and no English channels.

Location is great. loved the terrace, nice place to have a glass of wine in the evening. The room was clean.

Would be nice to have body lotion. There was small water bottle in the room upon arrival, will be great to have water bottle the next day as well. It’s just small things but can make stay more comfortable

The person (young woman who reminded me of Penelope Cruz) at front desk when I arrived was simply the best. She made me feel welcome and comfortable after a very long day walking the Camino. Hotel is very close to Camino too.

Include breakfast.

Location is fantastic! Next to Vigo’s estuary and a stone’s throw of the boat to take you to the Cie Islands, with plenty of restaurants around it. The terrace views are breathtaking and pretty cool at sunset. But the part of it is the staff: from the reception to the waiters, they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and sure they did! Would recommend this place to anyone in Vigo!
