As a biker the garage is the most important - this was the only one I've come across that has a lift directly to reception / rooms. As with any hotel the noise from other guests depends on the guests! I slept fine. The breakfast was usual buffet style with scrambled eggs etc and was fine. I did have dinner there one night and while it wasn't anything fancy it was great fully received. It was conveniently located for access to Sierra Nevada.

Nothing really - I would be happy to stay here again

The free parking inside the compound is the biggest plus. There is a direct bus S2 that starts about 200 m from the hotel and goes all the way to the city center. From there, there are quite a few bus connections to all parts of the town. The room itself was quite spacious with clothes wardrobe, sofa, TV, AC and a locker. The bed linen and towels were neat and clean. The room was cleaned on a daily basis. The bed was also comfortable to sleep in. The restaurant below had a sufficient variety of food at reasonable prices. They were able to provide vegetarian dishes for us. The breakfast buffet was ok, also at a reasonable price.

Nothing major. Some of the bathroom fixtures were broken - 2 of the spotlights didn't work, the flush button was partially broken, the water hole sieves in the sink and the bidet were missing.

It's a good location, 25 min away by foot from the city center, and convenient to arrive by car because it is close to the highway. There is also parking opportunities. The staff is friendly, and there is also fast internet. It's a perfect hotel when in transit or sightseeing of Andalusia.

There is a desk in the room, but there is no chair. It would be convenient to have a chair in the room, which would make work more convenient.

Used parking first night as flight delayed. Desk staff were very helpful. Free parking the other days. Good location for Alhambra. Try the Bar restaurante Mario's Guerra 5 minutes up the road, good value set lunch menue (its the last bar/resturant before the roundabout and may have a diffrent name.)

Excellent location for visiting the Alhambra - only a 10 minute drive. Excellent transport into Granada - a 3 minute walk to the bus stop - S2 bus ran every 5 -10 minutes into the city centre. Shopping centre across the road with several restaurants. Car parking available within the compound of the hotel. Room was large and clean. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Clean, warm room (in winter), great comfortable beds, good size rooms, very good buffet breakfast.(scrambled eggs, great bread, yoghurt, cereal, fresh fruit, tosta de tomate, etc), free outside parking, great access to Sierra Nevada, 30min walk to city centre, we had a room out back with views onto mountains and no traffic noise. Small shopping centre close by.

No mini fridge in the room and the room safe was not working. When the light was switched off the fire alarm would flash brightly every 20 seconds. The arm chair cover in our room was old and dirty. One of the lights in our room was flickerrng. Some refurbishment works are under way and started getting noisy around 11am.

Clean and safe. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The staff helped us ask for a taxi, that's convenient.

Only one thin sheet, I was cold all night because my partner needs the ac at a certain temperature. Two beds put together instead of a double bed. If you're not driving, think twice because going to and from the center takes 40 minutes in public transport. The taxi from the bus station to the hotel was 15 euros.

I really enjoyed the room, cleaned and with a fantastic bathroom. Thanks to the AC, which works perfectly, you can have the perfect temperature.

Exactly what we wanted from a value-for-money hotel within walking distance of the city centre. Great comfy beds, quiet location, free Wifi, free parking right outside the door, very easy to walk back to after an evening out. Also generous amount of time to check out in the morning. Highly recommended.

Would have loved one double bed rather than two singles, but the singles were big enough for us to share one, so that didn't really matter.
