Staff are most helpful and friendly. The girls that work on the bar and the shop in the lobby are lovely girls most friendly and help I can remember their names sorry. Pool area is lovely. Food at the pool bar in the Sunsuites is amazing and great value. ONly thing we missed was a bit of entertainment in the hotel for the kids but as we went over easter Im assuming this is not on as it would be out of season. The balconies are an amazing size we were in a room next door to our friends and it was great as we could just step over into each others.

The beds. We had a 1 bed apartment for 2 adults a 17 year old and a 9 year old. Kids slept in the bed room as we didnt want to be disturbing them if having a drink on the balcony after theyd gone to bed but the sofa bed and pull out bed are extremely uncomfortable i ended up having to share the bed with my 9 year old a couple of nights as my back was broken. Rooms are great for 2 but a tad on the small side for 4 people.

-The huge balcony -Own sun-loungers -Having our own kitchen so not having to go out during the day -Great location -Lifts, almost all the way down to the shopping centre -Close to all the shops and restaurants -Lovely housekeeping staff -The pool at the top for people in the royal apartments.

-Bathrooms a little dated -Shower, while hot was not very powerful- took forever to wash my hair! -Toaster tripped the electric so couldn’t use it -Air con wasn’t as good as it could have been, was coolers just keeping the windows open.

Lovely hotel, amazing balconies, comfy beds, powerful shower.

No remote for the air-conditioning so had to remove the electricity card to turn it off. Top pool closed, we're not informed of this, and the others were too full. Quite a walk to the lifts to get down to commercial centre, we were ok with this but some people may struggle.

Beautiful hotel, rooms spacious and cleaned daily, air con is that good you need a sheet to go to bed, and the balconies are massive and private. Ideal location for shopping, various restaurants, Tipsy Bee is fantastic, there's a lovely Indian restaurant and all you can eat Chinese, the beach Is 10 mins walk, Amodores Beach is €5 in a taxi. If u like a pint and a bet and some good entertainment it's a stones throw from Terrazamar..we will be bk next yr Oh and opposite the Mogan Mall there is a the biggest and best Spar I've ever seen.

Possibly the only thing was the onsite Bar and mini Market shutting early ish.

Excellent rooms, spacious, clean and comfortable. Reception service brilliant, very accommodating. Good location near shops and the beaches.

The property we were very happy with but it is slightly more expensive to similar properties around. We would always stay there (booking in advance at the property for our next stay) if the prices were more competitive, as we are frequent visitors to Gran Canaria.

We being coming to Puerto Rico for 10 years now and this is by far the best place. Walking distance to everything, balcony huge. The fact you can use both suites. Washing machine on site. They looked after us so well with our 9 month old. We will definitely be back.

Even my child was only 9 months kids club was only for 2 hours in morning. By time they were fully feed it was time for nap and didn’t have time to go. Maybe this was because it was low season but longer hours would be a perfect. The area in which we stayed could do with some updating but it was still well keeled

FRIENDLY staff, very spacious appartments and terrace outside. We had jacuzzi robes & pool towels too with the booking. Near restaurants

Bit of a treck to the beach. Card to enter the complex didnt always work. (Same for all guests), we had appartment beside the gate and had people shouting through the fence to let them in!! Beds were just base & toppers, not great. But not anyones fault really enjoyed the week.

on our last 2 days of our holiday a family moved in to apartment next to us very loud shouting and roaring screaming we were delighted to be going home at that stage

Little bit worn out hotel. All the way.. beds, rooms, pool and so on. Needs renovation. There was some cockroaches in the rooms too.

Love the large balcony which gets the sunshine all day long up to 7 p.m. Also, the staff in the bar/food area on the ground floor were so lovely. As I was on holiday alone, the warmth and personalities of the staff were a real bonus and made my stay very enjoyable. Also, the welcome bottle of red wine was a bonus :)
