This is a standard holiday resort with all the facilities that you might need. Excellent restaurants, several outdoor pools easily warm enough to swim comfortably in. We had a chalet with all mod cons, very cosy with outdoor table and chairs and view of the mountains. And it was very reasonably priced.

The only drawback was that we were at the top of the park and it was a significant trek up several sets of steps to get to and from our chalet.

Perfect location. It was my second stay in this place. Previously I´ve styed at Terras Vidas which has a bit better view but for cyclist this one has easier access with a bike from the street. I love this place for short distance to the Ocean, palms, birds singing, good restaurants near by, many shops... Really good to stay with family. I think for a single or a couple could be better to chose adults only but I was aware of that. Previous stay with family with TUI was perfect there.

The room are ok but need some refreshment-new furnishings. Some things like Mirror frame, bathroom fluid dispenser need to be definitely exchanged. Also soap and body shower gel ain´t nothing special. In many other hotels with this price you can get much better quality soap/gel. This is important for me. No body lotion etc...

- Well-located area - you can easily rely on public transport to get around (30mins' bus journey to the airport, 5 minutes to Playa de San Agustin, 10 minutes to Playa del Ingles etc). We often walked to San Agustin beach via the scenic coastal path, which took around 50 minutes - Small pebbly beach with a beach bar - Staff very friendly and helpful - Food at breakfast varied and good quality - Evening entertainment - Complimentary 1,5L water bottle, tea and coffee provided each day - Apartment well-equipped, comfy enough beds - Facilities on site (small gym, pools, spa) - Lovely 'village square' lined with shops and plenty of restaurants - The resort was fairly quiet, though this may because we travelled out of season - Our apartment was at the top of a hill so we enjoyed watching the sunset in the evening from our front 'garden' with a glass of wine!

- The complex is very big and consists of several collections of apartments, so we were very confused as to where to check in and wasted a lot of time trying to find reception (we took the public bus from the airport which dropped us off across the road). The gardeners were very helpful and explained to us (in Spanish) what to do. It would have been helpful to know beforehand that the keys were to be collected from the Hotel Orquidea reception desk. - Quite hilly so probably not suitable for people with mobility issues - The 15 EUR/hr tennis court hire was a little steep in our opinion so we decided to play elsewhere

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect—everything is nearby: the pool, promenade, sea, and easy public transport. The buffet and restaurant offer excellent food, and the room was clean, comfortable, and had a private terrace. A special thanks to Regina, the receptionist. She is the best hotel staff member I have ever met—kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. Wishing her all the best, and I hope to return soon!

Fantastic Hotel!

We had a lovely two bed apartment in a separate complex of buildings (apart from the hotel area), very well equipped with anything you need for everyday living and dining, a comfortable sleeping bed. The location is perfect, close to the sea and a long pedestrian zone overlooking the sea. Free access to the big pool. We also had a direct access to a smaller semi-private pool just in front of the apartment. The common areas are full of green plants and trees and are very well maintained. There is a very convenient bus stop 5 min away with regular connections to Las Palmas, the airport and Maspalomas. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants nearby.

The apartment is located on the hilly part of the complex, so not appropriate for people with limited mobility.

It was a good hotel. There was plenty to see and do and the breakfast was amazing 👏. Spacious apartment with comfortable bed and all the gadgets necessary for a perfect stay. We thought the TV channels choice was good. Also, the outdoor space was ideal with both sunbeds and a table and chairs. The proximity to the airport was also a bonus. There were plenty of eating and drinking options close by.

There was nothing to dislike.

-Bahia Feliz is not a crowded location which makes the place not so much comercial and touristic. There is everything what you need. Few supermarkets, restaurants, shops. -Bus stop is close, 3min walking, 20min to the airport. Buses go to main touristic places and cities, especially in the south of the island -Great location with excellent food and swimming pools. You can use all facilities in the Hotel Orquidea. -Many attractions for kids -Strong wifi signal -Meals in the hotel were the best we have experienced so far. Good quality of the food and were delicious

The check-in and the check-out had been easy, quick and simple. All staff members are very friendly. The apartment I got was great. It overs a lot of space, the furniture is new and multifunctional. Everything is in a good condition. The wonderful view into the garden and the palm trees in a quiet area of the unit. The garden with all the flowers and plants as well as the complete area with the different pools, restaurant, a beach volley field (sand) and bar offer a nice stay. The breakfast buffet overs a large selection. The hotel takes anxious to protect the enviroment. The sea view, the possibility to swim in the Atlantic and the walk along the coast. - The publich bus stop in front the hotel at the main street.

For me the bed mattress was to weak. As told on other comments, it is a family hotel and apartment complex. For example in the dining hall as well as around the pool area it is a bit more action and noisy. But the hotel overs a special area for family in the dining room as well as for adults only. So there is place for everyone and the food corner for kids is sweet. - There is only a stone beach at the hotel, but enough free sunchairs. Still it is possible to swim in the Atlantic.

Location and facilities were great. Plenty of things to do with children. We had a car to explore the island but eventually did not use it that much. Even when the hotel resort is almost full it does not feel that crowded in the swimming pool - only sometimes the restaurant times are a bit stressing.

Initially we were given a room in las pitas which was at the back end of the resort. This is not very practical when you have children. But they eventually managed to change the room to something closer. Without children those rooms would be perfectly fine but with the baby buggy you have to do a big detour to use the ramps. No car parking available but there is generally space in the back of the resort (which can be close to the apartments so it is not such a negative point).

Nothing beats the view of the sunset from the terrace. The beach was nearby, heated pools, generous breakfast buffet, I liked the recommended guided tours. El Sultan Grill was a decent restaurant nearby but Pizza Restaurant La Plaza in the Centro Comercial Bazar had quite delicious food.

Wifi kept disconnecting, the bathroom didn't have curtains but the staff was very kind to put some up for me. The apartment was a little stuffy when I first got there but it just needed a little airing out
