Excellent stay! Centrally located in Vegueta, near many restaurants, points of interests and stores. Beautifully decorated with many art pieces. Very comfortable and clean rooms with nice amenities included. Breakfast was plentiful, varied and delicious! But what sets this place apart from other hotels is the staff. Lucia, Miriam and Gerardo were amazing, tending to all our needs, making sure at all times that we were well taken care of. Thank you! For making our holiday stay a memorable one. We will be recommending this wonderful boutique hotel to our friends and family. Planning to return in the near future.

- I'm not a fan of the open space bathroom (well, the toilet is separate) - the breakfast, although very good, should be somewhat diversified every few days; when you stay 7 nights you get a bit bored with the same menu (but if you eat a little you have a choice of something different every day)

We have stayed in many properties throughout Spain/Europe and by far this has been the best place we have stayed in. I would give it a 100 and definitely recommend it and We would stay AGAIN. Extremely clean and beautiful. Close to everything as well as easy to get to. The staff, Gerardo, Miriam, and Lucia were phenomenal as they truly make you feel at home. Their professionalism is exceptional as well as their assistance in planning your visits throughout the island is knowledgeable. The breakfast was was beyond good. An incredible selection to choose from. The art pieces at the place were amazing and you can not stop viewing them. If I could give this place higher than five stars, I would give it ten stars. Like I mentioned, we have traveled extensively in Europe and the UK and by far this hotel is ranked # 1 for us. We are already planning our return trip.

Nothing as it was AWESOME

The service was top-notch! Staffs were extremely friendly and made us feel at home. We asked for a baby cot for our toddler, and were surprised to find not only the cot, but also baby towels & toiletry and a baby bathtub already set up for us in the room when we arrived. The hotel was one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in, and we loved the attention to details in addition to enhance the whole experience (great smell, many light options in the room for various settings, unintrusive AC sound, double-layered curtains to block out sunlight while sleeping, etc.) Breakfast buffet was also really great, and our son had a lot of fun with the staffs :)

The hot water runs out relatively fast, we had to shower faster than we normally do.

A stylish room, with a lovely wooden balcony overlooking the street. Breakfasts were excellent - the Tarta de Queso was heavenly! I loved the architecture and the art works. The staff are welcoming and very helpful. When we made a late decision to hire a car, Lucia arranged it for us and I was grateful to be able to use the hotel's underground car parking space nearby, rather than trying to find somewhere to park on the street, which seemed impossible.

My sofa bed wasn't the most comfortable, but it was after all the sofa bed in the suite's lounge. I would have preferred the shower water to be warmer.

This is a real gem of a boutique hotel. Transformed a few years ago from a private residence, there are only 9 suites. Our suite had the bed area separated by a permanent divider to the other part of the suite, which consisted of a comfy couch, table with chairs. The center divider had 2 TVs, one facing each area. Beds are really comfortable; shower area is modern with lots of hot water and a ceiling rain shower plus hand held wand. When we checked in, we were warmly greeted and offered a beverage. We had some wine, and a piece of cake. Buffet breakfast is outstanding with many choices. The hotel is in the heart of Vegueta, and just a few steps to the cathedral, and very close to many restaurants. It is very quiet! The decor is charming, with interesting art work

The hotel was absolutely stunning, both inside and out. The architecture and interior design were breathtaking, with every detail thoughtfully executed. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to suit all tastes. The staff truly made our stay exceptional – they were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Overall, this hotel exceeded all expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

The bed mattress was a bit soft for us.

We loved the room ( suite6), very spacious and well appointed. Nice quiet room as well and the rain shower was superb.The staff were so friendly, Miriam and Haroldo, in particular, looked after us with care and lots of smiles. Breakfast is special, more Spanish than English buts lots of choice and they were very good with Gluten Free ( I am a coeliac) Couldn't fault the location, very near to the cathedral and lots of restaurants around, especially a short walk away in Triana. Overall would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

The washbasin in the bedroom rather than the bathroom was not a good point for us.

From the moment we arrived, staff were welcoming helpful and friendly. Room was clean and spacious. Bed comfortable. A good shower with good water pressure. Rooftop terrace was very relaxing to sit with a coffee or a beer. Breakfast in a lovely setting that feels like a beautifully decorated and cosy cafe. Food was delicious, especially the pastries and sweet treats! Also, an actual barista coffee which is unique. You won't get better in terms of location. Located among all historic buildings, a short walk to shopping, restaurants and local buses if you want to visit places such as the aquarium or the beach

The stay was wonderful and without fault. Just a word of advice would be that parking is understandably limited in the vicinity. The hotel warned us that parking is tight with a larger car, which we were grateful for as we were sure to take our time entering and exiting the underground parking, which is located on the street facing the hotel entrance

1. Amazing staff and amazing welcome 2. Amazing breakfast, but Saturday some hot food was cold 3. The room is very big and spacious. There is an easy exit and access from the back of the hotel. 4. Room has been recently renovated.

1. The in room safe had low batteries, and I requested to change them. However, the replacement batteries were also out charge, so I went to the supermarket to buy my own batteries which I then left for others to enjoy. 2. My room was on the lowest floor. There is hardly any light coming into the room, so it is very dark. 3. Even though the room is recently renovated, the water heater capacity is not enough. It should have been a larger tank and/or the shower head should have a lower flow rate to conserve hot water.
