The location was perfect along the main road. Lots of things to do close by. Easy to get to the cathedral. The room was very comfortable. Easy access shower. And very quiet.

When I checked in the man at the desk was kind of put off by me being there. He pretended like I wasn’t there, even though he asked for my passport, and I had to wait while he did other things after he asked for my passport. However, the next day, the young woman at the desk was exceptional. She tried to communicate with me and she held my bag While I went off walking around town. Before I had to take my bus.

Breakfast was very good, plenty of of variety, The reception staff were lovely and very helpful. There was nothing about the hotel itself and the staff we could fault. The location was ideal and close to the old town and restaurant’s

The signage for the Hotel was dreadful, we drove around 4 times in heavy traffic before we could find the main entrance, parking by the hotel to check in was very difficult. There seemed to be be two names on the hotel, Carlton was not on the website details

Large room at a very decent price with a huge bed and a great bathroom. Staff is very nice and accommodative (my room had a connecting door to another room with a family and young kids which made it noisy and they agreed to change my booking to another room as a result). The amenities are good. Location is the best, very central and not far from the main stations

My new room did not have the AC turned on and it takes quite a while for the room to reach a good temperature.

There was parking under the hotel. Nice room, excellent breakfast. The old town and the Rioja bars were just one road away. To sit in the warm sun and drink tinto Rioja in early January is one of life's great pleasures. little ole wine drinker me 🥂.

I could find nothing wrong with a hotel Life is for living not for constantly complaining about the smallest of things. It was my third visit to Rioja,and.I think it gets better each time.🥂

Very helpful staff, big rooms and well appointed. We arrived before check-in and bag store was available.

We had to leave early and so missed breakfast. Not able to get a refund for breakfast - this may be a booking.com issue, but it would have been good if hotel could have credited us, or prepared a takeaway.

Brilliantly situated. Facilities that you would expect in a much more expensive location. Good on site parking. Very good and helpful staff. Amazingly cheap for the price. We had a view of Gran Via and the hotel is right at the heart of everything you would want to see. I would recommend it thoroughly.

Parking not included and not available either. However, there are plenty of parking options nearby (cheaper than in the hotel) and there is also a free parking lot about 10´walking from the hotel.

Good location at the center of Logrono, many bars, restaurants, stores nearby. Very friendly staff and good breakfast.

The hotel is a bit dated so it was a little noisy but they did a good renovation so everything was fine.

Excellent staff, went out off there way to make us feel welcome and very helpful, we don't speak Spanish and they helped us with taxis and other things. Location was fantastic for eating and shopping in Logrono and just a 10 min taxi from Logrono airport and 20 mins from Navara Race Circuit.

Front desk workers were very helpful in advising neighborhood “centro de salud” location for a health problem.

Front desk was without personnel from at least 6:15 to 6:25. Another couple and ourselves wanted to pay and check out. The worker arrived saying there had been a problem on another floor. Fine. BUT a note should be left with a cell phone on the note to call for customers needing front desk service if the front desk worker has to leave the desk.
