The property was in a great location in the old town close to the Cathedral and many bars and restaurants. It is in a wonderful building with some great original features. The staff were wonderful particularly Joanne who gave us a very friendly welcome, was always smiling but was also able to give us many practical tips. The rooms were very comfortable with huge beds and great bathrooms. Breakfast was also really good with a lot of choice.

The cooked breakfast was all looking good, but everything was cold , not on a heated base to keep it hot,, it can only be hot when they set it out when the restaurant opens at 7am we went down for breakfast at 7-30 and found the food was cold, my scrambled eggs and my husband's sausage bacon & mushrooms , Cold this spoiled what would have been perfect .

The location to explore Logrono was perfect and we found the hotel easily in the car. We enjoyed a very friendly welcome and they were very helpful with recommendations of where to eat and how to enjoy the tapas bars. Our room was wonderful particularly for the price we paid. It was large, light, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was huge with a great shower. We liked the option to use the hotel garage, it was tight with a VW T-Roc and I wouldn't want to put a much bigger car in there but it was ok if you go very slowly!

Ideally we would have had a room on a higher floor as were were woken up by a delivery in the street but we had the door open. Apart from that minor issue this was our favourite hotel on our trip back from Southern Spain to the UK.

We have stayed many times at this excellent hotel over the last seven years. The staff are always helpful and friendly and the rooms comfortable providing everything you need. When they say mini bar they mean mini bar and not just full of water which is welcomed when you have travelled all day. The hotel secure parking is a bonus and it is ideally situated for the many delightful Tapas bars and restaurants at lunchtime and in the evening. Also it is so central to the many sights and shops.We love visiting Logroño and making our stay at Calle Mayor.

The staff were all friendly and helpful and their recommendations for somewhere to look for food and drink were very useful. Secure garage parking for a motorcycle was just down the road from the hotel. The room was great and the rest of the hotel was very nicely appointed. It was a pleasant surprise to find what was hiding behind the outer walls of the hotel as they give no indication as to what is inside. The location of the hotel was really good for exploring all parts of the old town.

We loved the location. The hotel nicely blends old and new design. The staff were very helpful.

Our room was so hot and stuffy, even with the heat off, that we couldn’t sleep. We tried opening the window, but there were people in the streets until 5am making too much noise.

Great location, easy to walk to restaurants and bars around it, and still very quiet. Nice staff, good breakfast with lots of options. Room is clean.

No cups and kettle in the room, no coffee machine. So no drinks in the room. Upstairs noise (walking) during night.

Lovely hotel. We booked it as an overnight stay on the way to catch a ferry from Santander. I booked the hotel as it has parking. However on arrival, as my car is large, I was not able to use the car park as the car entrance is small which was a disappointing and had to find some public parking - which is not secure. I would not recommend booking this hotel if you have a large car and looking for secure parking. Otherwise it is a lovely hotel.

Great location for exploring the pinchos bars. We were lucky to arrive when Cristina was on reception. She recommended a great place to eat for our wedding anniversary and then recommended and booked us in for some wine tastings in the Rioja region. She went back and forth with a few wineries - her customer service exceeded our expectations.

Room was a little warm and we couldn't work out the air conditioning. In the end we just opened a window.

A lovely boutique hotel, the room was large with fantastic high ceilings and an excellent bathroom with a huge walk-in shower. Buffet breakfast was very good, with a full spread of options. The location is excellent, just a few minutes into the main streets with bars and restaurants. The hotel has its own private garage which makes parking easy - although the ramp to take you underground is fairly tight!

When we arrived to check-in, two members of staff were dealing with one group of customers. When one of the staff members broke away, they left Reception rather than moving on to yourselves. This meant we probably waited about 5 minutes to actually check-in.
