Very clean hotel and pool. Rooms cleaned everyday except 2. The Staff are all friendly from reception, maintenance, cleaning and the bar. The lifeguard not so much. Good Location a 5 /10 min walk to beach.

The beds are uncomfortable. The pool didn’t open until 10 am and people waiting from 7.30am for sun bed, they would leave towels on beds for hours and not be at the pool. The life guard passes out beds 1 by 1 then Starts collecting them in at 4.30pm. when the pool doesn’t shut until 6.45pm. It makes you feel uncomfortable, whilst trying to relax he’s collecting the beds as soon as anyone moves, grumpy looking. No music night or day at the bar or pool.

The location of Aguamar is perfect for our needs, near the bars, restaurants and shops that we use. I've stayed in the dump across the road too many times now and decided to pay more for a real hotel. After an initial hiccup where we were given a small room with a terrible view. On the second day we were moved to an amazing room, with an excellent view (even the weather improved). It was so nice to stay in a proper hotel with great service. Ok, food, drinks and internet are hotel prices but that's all optional. It's just nice to know that there is someone friendly and helpful on reception that can sort out any problems (and the rooms are cleaned regularly). Having been to Los Cristianos many times and having stayed at Aguamar a few times; this place is now my number one choice. It's worth paying a bit extra.

It’s basically a nice clean hotel, nice staff. The apartment rooms have a view of the pool area. The massage is really nice. We had a very nice welcome. As a base it’s a great hotel for just nipping back to sleep as it’s cheap.

It’s a little dated - some of the family rooms are a little shabby. Some of our beds were uncomfortable. The hotel requires additional payment for WIFI everywhere except close by the area where you can buy drinks and snakcks! Also requires additional fees for sun lounger pads umbrellas etc to use at the pool & It’s 2023!! It’s adds up when there’s a few families all with phones and all liking a sun lounger each! Few hundred euros extra a week! To upgrade to a better hotel with all inclusive accommodation, ice creams wifi, comfortable loungers all drinks etc would definitely be more affordable for a big family if a hotel holiday is what you like.

Cannot moan about the price as it’s so cheap to stop! Property was perfect location for few days away. Previously we stopped in Playas so wanted something a little quieter. The hotel was perfect for this, it was so quiet at night to the point we was whispering. Got great night sleep! Lovely view from the balcony. My partner and 11 year old loved the stay too. The rooms were really clean, we only stayed self catering but the drinks were good and responsibly priced. There is supermarkets close by to buy all essentials and to get any inflatables for the pool. If you come out of the hotel and turn right you can catch the airport bus (343) and it takes about 15 minutes to the airport. We got taxis to Playas Las Americas and they was about €10. The reception staff are very friendly and will book any excursions (we booked the water park through them) it ended up being cheaper than online and again a taxi was €10 there and the same back. Really was a great stay and perfect for what we wanted. They have big fans on the ceiling which work as good as air-con. Rooms were cleaned daily.

Super clean and all staff were very happy and helpful. The location is excellent too.

Sunbeds were plentiful but were hard, plastic ones. There were cushions available but you had to pay €3 for them, which to be honest I felt unreasonable, as it should be part of the holiday. This was indeed reflected as nobody whilst we were there I didn’t see any hired! Shame really as it did spoil the pool area.

Good quality, spacious 2 bedroomed apartment in a quiet location near to bars and restaurant. Easy access to taxis, bus station and shopping area! Apartment clean with comfortable beds, clean towels and fridge, microwave and enough crockery and cutlery. Friendly staff on reception, bar and cleaning ladies. Didn’t eat in restaurant so can’t comment! Pool area clean and tidy!

We requested room 428 twice before we went unfortunately we didn't get it hopefully when we are back in March we will i requested again a few times during our stay maybe check the bath towels some of them had rips in them definitely
