The property had a nice sized bed and the sheets were very nice. The room had very good air conditioning and heating controls allowing for some good comfort. The location was great with metro access only a 4 minute walk from the entrance of the Hotel! Using the shower was nice as the water was hot instantly and the pressure was very good. The bathroom was quite hygienic and minimal. A hairdryer was also included in the bathroom which was a nice amenity to have.

The Check-In process was extremely slow and strangely troublesome requiring me and my partner 2 forms of ID each, and even after this we waited a while for our room cards. On the second night we returned and my card no longer worked. Had to get a new one at the desk which was relatively easy and straightforward but not ideal. The bathroom door wouldn’t close properly due to bad handiwork, strange lip on the edge of the door and doorway frame. The room only had 1 power socket one one side of the large bed which wasn’t very couple friendly for their own devices The hairdryer wasn’t very powerful, although I realise this is pretty standard across hotels in Europe!

Location was perfect, not to far from city center, main road and metro, room was as i expected, we had really nice view above rooftops. djakuzi was amazing, if you are traveling with your partner, it's perfect place to chill and enjoy each other. Staff was really nice, and they have underground parking , so perfect for travellers with car. i all cases will stay again at this place when i will visit Madrid.

Convenient location (close to two metro stations). 20mins taxi from the airport. Comfortable v large bed, cleaned daily, fresh towels.

I liked the Bed. And where the Hotel was located. And the staff were really kind. They helped me a lot since it was my first time in Madrid and my Spanish isn't really good.

Location was good, not far from the metro and easy access to Chamartín Railway Station. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Can't complain at all. Was good value for money. Overall a pleasant stay.

Bathroom size was quite small in our particular room, but very much useable.

The buffet breakfast which was an added cost was very basic (but adequate), not much more choice than the lower cost continental breakfast. the basin drain in my bathroom appeared to br blocked.

Room was spotless clean, had a decent size and a great view of Madrid skyscrapers on Plaza Castilla. Staff went above and beyond with our questions and requirements. Best bang for your buck for that part of town.

Room was spacious and in new style, nice furniture. Very large and comfortable bed. close to the train station (30min walk), subway 5 min.
