The staff were very friendly and helpful. Always willing to go out of their way to help with anything. The breakfasts are also good. Rooms are really nice and spacious. Beds were very comfortable.

There wasn't anything I didn't like but if I could make a suggestion I would say for breakfast rather than having to sit down and order the bacon and eggs it should be as part of the buffet considering the amount you pay for breakfast. The lighting in the room could be better it was a bit dark. Also there should be a bin in the room there was only the tiny bin in the bathroom which was not very convenient.

The staff welcomed us with a smile and the check in was fast and smooth. They allowed early check-in at a fee of Euro 20. Our kid was gifted a small teddy at the time of check in which brought a big smile on her face. The room and washroom are both of good size. Kettle and other amenities were provided. The bus stop is outside the hotel and the metro station is at a distance of 650 MTRS. Fast Wifi and a Big Television

Nothing to dislike Few Suggestions 1. An extra Dustbin should be provided in the room in addition to one provided in the washroom. 2. The majority of channels are in Spanish. Few English channel additions shall be great.

We stay here each time we return to Madrid after having lived there for over 4 years because the location is perfect for us. Easy to get to and from the airport by metro. They have a bus station right outside plus 2 metro station in walking distance. The hotel itself is clean , staff are friendly and helpful. If you need to print your boarding forms or just need plasters for sore feet they are happy to help. It's close enough to the Centre to get in and out and enjoy the night life but sleep in a quiet area at night . There is an Alcampo up the road for everything and anything you may need . It's easy for friends to access from the highway has a safe ares for drop off and pick ups. All in all a great hotel.

If only it had a pool.

location. Was walking distance to supermarket but all the really nice cafe and shops were quite far. The ad said 4 star hotel. Definitely not 4 star level or quality one would typically expect from a 4 star hotel. Quite underwhelming. Not happy with the restaurant service. Restaurant staff spoke minimal English and got our order mixed up. Didn't figure that out until I bit into the sandwich. Called the waiter over and was asked if we still wanted the dish we actually ordered, to which I said yes. When it was time to pay, I was charged for the sandwich they got wrong because I ate it...

Very nice and attentive staff , excellent service, large rooms with very comfortable beds. The breakfast was very good and the staff helped us with every need - calling a taxi, recommending a restaurant, and even calling a doctor when we had a medical emergency. The facilities are also very good, as well as the parking possibilities. There are some very good restaurants close by (10-15 min walk) and Chamartin is a lively neighborhood with lots of bars and tapas places. From the airport it's only 10 min by taxi.

Everything was good and we had nothing to complain about. However, a little bit more attention needs to be given to controlling who has access to the hotel areas from the outside.

Although out of the city - the number 150 bus is literally outside . This takes a pleasant 40 minutes into the city going past some sights of interest along the way . Take it right to the last stop Place Sevilla and you are right in the tourist area for the Palace, Cathedral etc . On the way back you got to the stop you got off last and the stop at the hotel is on the opposite side . The room we had was on 2nd floor , big and airy . The bathroom was fine although the bath is narrow and a bit slippery for showering . The car park was great and secure . We had dinner and breakfast - which was good .

Very accessible, it feels new, lobby was clean and beautiful, restaurant was clean and tidy. Rooms were up to standard cleanliness.

That the airconditioning cannot be adjusted to cool. Having said that, when we visited it was their winter time so their heating was on but the room was just so hot even if the heating was off. The pillows could be more comfortable. Could've done with more TV programs or would've been nice if we can connect out gadgets to the TV.

Location was good, walkable to the local metro although not to the main station Chamartin. Neighborhood was quiet and seemed very safe, not a lot of places to eat but it was ok given the proximity to the metro. Chamartin was only a 5-10 minute Uber ride away so if you have a lot of luggage it’s worth doing that.

Price quite expensive for what’s included. Also aircon was blowing out hot air intermittently even though we put it in the lowest setting.

We chose the hotel because it was a 20 minute walk (with suitcases) to Charmartin train station. On arrival we were delighted to discover that it also has a bus stop immediately outside which takes you right into the centre of Madrid - the journey is about 25 minutes and very easy. The room was airy and very comfortable, clean and modern. The hotel has a restaurant if needed. The staff were really welcoming and helpful regarding travel and transport advice and visiting Madrid.

Decent sized room with all-important air-conditioning (Madrid is HOT!) The restaurant served good meals. The staff are friendly and we’re always on hand to help. Housekeeping was okay. The beds were made up every day and they were always approachable if we needed loo roll or water. It was pricey, but considering we bought last minute tickets to Taylor Swift, we knew hotel prices would be through the roof for the days we were there.

The bathroom could be cleaned a little bit better.
