The room is super good as Mandarin stands, the location is excellent with walking distance to most places while besides the park it's even more peaceful to have a good rest after a day city walk. The bellman, reception and the concierge are all super nice and helpful.

The breakfast service is not good to us. The food is good, but there was no one coming to our table for service. We were waiting for 15 minutes without any one coming to serve, while the waiters kept talking to each other without looking around to pay attention to the customers. Eventually I have to walk to them to ask for orang juice and water which they hold at the place, and the waiter said to me you can't have water here, go back to your table, we will serve at the table. Ok then, I was back at our table, and he turned continuing to talking to others without any service. Don't understand why they ignored us, never has such experience. Hope no one will ever experience it.

Everything- but a special mention does to the service which was exceptional. Alejandro was great, we felt really looked after. The concierge team made the impossible happen by getting us a booking in a restaurant that was fully booked. Nothing was too big or small a task for them. Will be back, best hotel in Madrid for sure. Amazing almond cake- don’t miss it!

The cleaning staff cracked a cpap machine we have, it still worked and we didn’t make a formal complaint. Mistakes happen but would have been nice if they owned up to it before I noticed.

Obviously, it’s a luxury hotel with everything you would expect. Great breakfast buffet. Very close to the Prado Museum.

For me, it felt a bit too pretentious, even uncomfortable at times. Some staff acted too artificial. It would be nicer if they behaved a bit more naturally. The breakfast buffet was excellent, but the à la carte breakfast was disappointing.

Excellent location and very good facilities but what really was exceptional and unmatched is the attention to details from the staff. Big thanks to Javi and the concierge team (the best I have experienced in all my travels).

The elevators were a bit far from the suite and the breakfast had the same menu everyday. But it was still amazing.

The paelaa in the Garden Cafe was a disapointment. It needs to be the old style mediterranean recipe with shrimps, clams, etc. and not the creamy crab sauce which was too spicy.

Missed a mirrow on the other side of the door from bathroom and corridor. The tv was unnecessarily dominating the wall, wanted to have a mirror there. Room service good but missing a chair to enjoy the meals sitting properly. Asked help in help desc , needed tickets to Prado, she never came back with information how it went.

Stayed at Suite Prado.. one of the best experiences in Madrid ever. The hotel and the staff is just fantastic . Definitely coming back and recommending it to everyone
