The room was exactly what I needed - spacious, clean, and in a safe area, just a short walk from public transport. Even though check-in was done online, everything went smoothly. When the code to enter the building didn’t work at first, the staff responded immediately via WhatsApp and got it sorted right away. I also appreciated how quickly they replied when I needed a hairdryer; they let me know exactly where to find it. Great service and a very convenient stay overall. I’d definitely come back!

The location is excellent, just steps away from the metro and bus station, which made getting around the city very easy. The housekeeper was extremely kind, and the host was very attentive, replying to my messages quickly and politely. Although the room was small and didn’t get any sunlight, since we spent most of the day outside it was not a big problem. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay in Madrid.

It's exactly what you'd think. Single room with honestly most of the things you need. I found it comfy and it really suited my needs. Also the location, not smack in the center but I walked everywhere.

Price was high, but - that's true for the entire city center. This place was fairly priced in comparison. Also sucks that any additional service incurs extra payments, which I wasn't requested to pay in other places (storage, slightly early check in).

I like how peaceful the room was. No noise from the road. You can really have a good rest. Small room but you have what you need and well organized.

One thing I think an issue is there's no elevator for guest (which i forgot to check when booking) . They have fright elevator for cleaning and supplies. I have to carry my 33kg luggage up to my room using the stairs

Despite being warned by the landlord, the lack of air conditioning is a problem in the summer in Madrid, especially because it is a somewhat noisy avenue, so opening the windows was not an option. Maybe some kind of small portable air conditioner would be very helpful.

I liked this small nice cozy room with own bathroom! Good option for those who travels solo and seeks for good location and fare price. It was quite, no noise from street or neighbours.

The automatic message after booking, did not have a link to check-in, so I have to contact via email to get the link to complete it.

The only fault for us was the lack of daylight in our room, since the window was facing inner courtyard whith very little daylight accessing it.

I loved the proximity with the center, the bakery right downstairs, the fact it was really clean and modern.

Nice experience, the room was ordered and clean. The position is perfect and owner available to support you. Maybe a little bit expensive considering the dimensions of the room but overall a very good experience.
