Some of the staff from the front desk were kind of arrogant they never said hello, except Daniel a very polite young man and some others who were in the front door .

Excellent location right on Gran Via! Staff are very helpful, friendly and informative. Daniel was really good, his good manners, advices and friendliness maid us feel welcome through the entire staying in Madrid. Breakfast was yummy, it was really well worth it, great variety, but for the last couple of days yogurt was not available. Here is the room for improvement.

We like everything, but room could have been bigger. You could jump into the bed as soon as you open the door to the room. Was a bit strange.

The hotel is everything and more than we expected. We stayed in Madrid before and had a rooftop terrace in the last one, but having the plunge pool when it was 40oc was amazing. The staff are so helpful and friendly at all times. The breakfast was fantastic, especially sitting out on the terrace looking out over Gran Via. The room is amazing and definitely done to a high standard. The sports bar and terrace are great to relax in after a long day sightseeing. On our last day, the staff were so accommodating, letting us keep our room for an extra 2 hours and storing our bags until we were ready to leave. We will definitely be back in Madrid and stay here again when we do.

Pestana CR7 Gran Vía Madrid is optimally located in the city center. Multiple restaurants and shops are within a few steps. The rooftop pool is small but ideal for the afternoon siesta (you can order food and drinks to the pool. The breakfast was perfect with a large buffet. The room size was average, and walking around the bed could be tricky for the elderly. The public parking garage is located within a 3-minute walk (pre-book for excellent prices). The drop off and streets to the hotel are busy with crowds of people, so it's difficult to navigate. The AC worked fair on the extremely hot August days. The office and breakfast staff were very accommodating. The hotel was well-maintained and clean. Overall, a great stay!

We absolutely loved this hotel. The decor is of a very high standard, much higher than we expected. Our bedroom was really stylish and had lots of storage space. It was very comfortable. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. The location is a very easy walk to the Royal Palace and the Plaza Mayor. The department store El Cortte Ingles is just down a side street. Metro stops are a few 100m away to take you to the galleries. We ate in the hotel restaurant and really liked it. The Sports Bar and the Roiftop bar are both very cool. A very good breakfast is served. Overall we found this an extremely comfortable base for a visit to Madrid and would highly recommend it.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Pestana CR7 Hotel on Gran Via in Madrid for 5 nights (March 7-12), and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience from check-in to check-out. Location: The hotel's location on Madrid's iconic Gran Via is simply unbeatable. We were within walking distance of major attractions like Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, and the Royal Palace. The area is vibrant with excellent shopping, dining, and nightlife options right at your doorstep. Rooms: Our room was modern, stylish and immaculately clean, featuring the signature CR7 sports-inspired design elements that blend perfectly with luxury comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing perfect rest after long days of sightseeing. The bathroom was spacious with excellent shower pressure and high-quality toiletries. The staff truly made our stay special. From the front desk (thanks to Juan :)), to housekeeping, everyone was professional, friendly, and attentive. They provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, and were always ready to assist with any requests. A special mention must go to Julia in the breakfast area - her warm smile greeted us every morning, making each day start on a perfect note. Her attentive service, friendly personality, and willingness to go above and beyond truly enhanced our dining experience. Julia is an exceptional asset to the hotel team and made our breakfast time truly memorable.

Everything was nice, friendly staff and the bar at the rooftop was beautiful. The bed and pillows were super comfy and the room over all was very nice , clean and comfy.

The only thing that upset us was that we arrived at 6:00AM, they promised to give us our room early but unfortunately they didn't, they told us we cannot give the room before 3:00PM and still gave us our room by 3:30PM. We even offered to pay extra to get it earlier, but they didn't accept as the hotel was full. The lobby was also very small, there was no place to rest after 9 hours flight. Also the Gym was tiny.

The place was perfect! The location is excellent in the center and near all the tourist places within walking distance. The hotel is modern, everything is clean, tidy and of a very high quality. The room has a coffee machine and other treats. A huge, comfortable bed and a small balcony overlooking the street. The staff is pleasant, everyone was kind and only tried to help with everything. The value for money is really worth it compared to hotels at similar prices that are old and not pleasant. I will definitely pay again.

Although entry did not provide an elevator to get from street to lobby, the staff handled getting the bags up those stairs. Front desk staff was excellent, assisted us in getting to a rare taxi early in the morning to get to airport. Comfortable room with balcony; had to request a chair to sit outside.

The location was good, although very busy and noisy throughout the night. Had we known this prior to booking, we would have opted for another property. Rooftop bar very nice, although limited seating on our arrival. Had to sit at a high table, very windy and uncomfortable. Restaurant just so-so; limited choices.
